The location is good, but the service is mixed. The waiter at the door who helped with the luggage was very enthusiastic, but the front desk and restaurant were very different. What I want to complain about the most is the elevator and room card. You have to swipe the card first, then press the floor and then press confirm. The front desk, restaurant and car pick-up area are on the 0, -1 and ⭐ floors respectively. I feel dizzy. Moreover, if you stay for a week, you have to swipe the room card at the front desk every day, otherwise you can't open the door the next day. You also have to connect to the room wifi once a day. It's so troublesome!

Booked during the exhibition, the price doubled, the hotel is relatively old, and it happened to be renovated, the experience is average, the breakfast is the same as most Brazilian hotels, not too good, not too bad

The room was very old, and the problem was that my room was leaking. The water from the bathroom leaked into the bedroom, which was a very bad experience. Then the room service ordered a small pot of hot water, and when it was delivered, they said it was free, but when I checked out, they asked me to pay... Speechless😓. However, the service staff was quite polite, which deserves praise.

This is my first time in Sao Paulo on a business trip. My colleague recommended this hotel to me. It is within the standard range and has convenient transportation. I recommend it.

Excellent for the location and the friendliness of everyone. The parking lot complies with all sanitary protocols such as seat covers, vehicle hygiene and valets with all PPE
