Nice hotell. Will recommend for family's with kids up to 12 years of age. We went there in July 2025 and it was plenty of space by the pools, even if the restaurant area seemed full. No need to stay in line for a sunbed in the morning. The only thing that feels very negatively from my family's stay was the black sea. The sea was very brown and full of seaweed. This was not very inviting for swimming...

We as a couple came every year on this hotel since 2020, maximum stars from our perspective, free and safe parking (also underground), delicious food, good quality for the drinks (5 bars), clean rooms, the studio's are large and we had all the time with sea view, the staff very kind, the beach was improved every year (few years back was a rocky beach). 12 swimming pools. 2 on them infinity pools.

Hello, Asking some questions here, as I did not receive a reply over email. 1. How big (width and length) is a bunk bed from the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments? Can an adult sleep in the bunk bed? 2. In the two-bedroom apartment, one of the bedrooms has two twin beds. Can these be attached to each other to create one single double bed? Thank you!

We had a pleasant holiday at White Lagoon and especially appreciated the excellent location, directly on the beach with easy access to the sea. Restaurant is not so good. Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. Unfortunately not this one. It was recommended by a local person but...if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there. There are plenty of pizzas, salads and other "traditional" stuff. Enojy!

Amazing accomodation with stunning views from each room. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. All rooms were spacious and spotless. I would go back there any time, even outside of summer season, just to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

This place is awesome. Rooms to view. You do have to drive to the beach, but it only takes less than 5 minutes

The absolute jewel! As per our opinion, the best place to accommodate on the northern coast in Bulgaria. Spacious and comfortable condos with everything you can imagine as a furniture and appliance equipment. Very clean! Breathtaking view from the therace, which will warm your memories for a long time ahead. Top polite staff! Certainly highly recommended for your family vacation or... Whatever type...

Beautiful place, it's actually "just like in the pictures". The view is amazing, the apartment was roomy and clean, everything was as expected. I would definitely visit again. It's on top of the cliffs so that gives an amazing view, but also makes it harder to access without a car, unless you're up for the hike.

Splendid view Disadvantages You need to drive everywhere and the roads are very very bad, No restaurants near, The beach is far away No ac in the bedrooms, only in the living room Maybe a transportation to/from beach at request or every hour is desirable. Also an easy acces into the hotel, with ramps is desirable.

Highly recommended! I was really impressed with this place. The complex is modern, clean, and very well organized. Everything was exactly as described – or even better. The location is great, the environment is calm, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything in top condition. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely return. Great value for the money!

Amazing view and great location! The rooms are clean, the apartment is spacious and well protected from the sun (for our stay ac was not needed). It has an underground parking so the car won’t get hot. Nearby is a great beach with still and clear water, soft sand. Nearby you can find great restaurants.

Great location near the sea, with underground parking (which is great, keeping the car cool). It also have some pools between the two or three lines of apartments. We had the ground floor apartment, which was very nice regarding the access to the sea. The sea has nice sand, however in the first meters there are some rocks. Overall is the best cost / benefit location we've found in the Balchik area

Nice place in the area of Ikantalyka, close to the beach! Near by you can find good restaurants and small shops ! Last but not least, the owners are smile and friendly always available to make your stay more comfortable :)

Extremely nice low budget family hotel. The people here are friendly and always ready to serve the customer. The mattresses are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are wide and comfortable. I would gladly return here many more times. And let's not forget, all anti-cavitation measures here are strictly observed.

Comfy beds, TV only had 6 channels and the internet kept disconnecting so I was forced to use my data.
