No need to stay in line for a sunbed in the morning. The only thing that feels very negatively from my family's stay was the black sea. The sea was very brown and full of seaweed

Safety at the Pool: On the upper-floor pool, some boards were loose, creating a dangerous situation for children. I personally tripped multiple times

Will recommend for family's with kids up to 12 years of age. We went there in July 2025 and it was plenty of space by the pools, even if the restaurant area seemed full

Staff Attitude: Seasonal staff members did not always demonstrate politeness or professionalism, which impacted the overall guest experience

The absolute jewel! As per our opinion, the best place to accommodate on the northern coast in Bulgaria. Spacious and comfortable condos with everything you can imagine as a furniture and appliance equipment

Also as a minus the beach is about 15 minutes away down-hill if you go by the cliff stairs (and probably 25 minutes if you go up) or 5 minutes away with the car (plenty of parking spaces available for free)

The receptionist was very helpfull and pleasant, the apartment was great, the view was fantastic, everything was clean, we even had a cold water bottle waiting for us in the fridge

Extremely nice low budget family hotel. The people here are friendly and always ready to serve the customer. The mattresses are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are wide and comfortable

Excellent location, you can find it easily on Booking, it’s half Hotel and half apartments. It has 3 main swimming pools, bars, parking. The view is magnificent!

It was a great stay, perfect for a family getaway. The kids had great fun in the large selection of pools, food was very good and the views absolutely perfect.

Location is perfect as it was year ago. Personal was polite, room was spacious, view from the room, restaurant and pool is amazing. The resort definitely is not maintained well

They work from 10am to 6pm, and they close at 6pm sharp, so you need to be aware of this if you plan to stay for drinks over the pool during sunset ( I think the reason is that the same staff works in other places after 7pm)

Pro: relative small price for all inclusive in august 2000 bgn for 1 week,nice staff, 2 pools, relativly clean as per total, nice big rooms, area for kids over 4 years 2 play, okysh food, very very nicr staff, cleaning lady changed our sheets like 4 times because the kid kept eating biscuits in bed and made it dirty, always had fresh towels, all in all a good experience

There is a bar, a restaurant with a toilet, paddling pool ( so-so) today the warm water and fun waves

There is a kids play area with a climbing frame, trampoline, games and a small pool for toddlers or kids that cannot swim. Our room was very clean and tidy daily which was fantastic! Highly reccomended

Location:5*, sea access, more private, away 5min from promenade. Garden, pools, place to sun tan. Parking place free outside of hotel. Abd yes, very safe, parked there 6 nights

The pool was noticeably cold, which made swimming less comfortable than expected. The breakfast selection felt limited and could benefit from more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days

Very spacious and clean rooms, a huge bed, air conditioning, and a well-stocked minibar. Towels are changed daily. I just think the breakfast could be improved, but apart from that, everything was perfect.

We've been there between the 17th-21st of July 2025, parents and two kids. The next day, Friday, our friends (also parents and two kids) tagged along

And the view is to DIE FOR!!! Please get a room with see view, the price diff was like 50$ for a 3 nights stay but u will not regret it

Victoria Hotel is a great place to stay in Balchik! We enjoyed our stay a lot, the rooms are beautiful and spotless clean! The location is great, 2 minutes walk to the beach, and the owners are welcoming and super nice! They go above and beyond to make you feel good and they serve fresh and delicious meals in their restaurant

We did not stay at the hotel, but we had some fabulous dinners at the restaurant. We wondered in accidentaly and we did not go anywhere else for the rest of our holiday in Balchik

It has everything you need, with a plus for the studio rooms and apartments (which also have a small kitchen). Hotel staff, uninvolved, disinterested and in no mood. Most were young people with temporary jobs

The parking lot is quite big, didn't had any problems in finding a free spot. Supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel

The cleaning could be more throrough, it is visible they are open only during summer, they are not very attentif to cleaning details (spider webs, rust, cracks in the walls)

We choose White Rock Castle for our wedding stay in Balchik for us and our guests. I loved the place for its location. The parking is free, the swimming pool was nice, the rooms were clean and equipped

But the main reason i would recommend the place is the team behind the frontdesk. Everyone was nice, supportive and the communication was always on top level. This is a top quality service by all means

Very clean rooms, good service. Restaurant has good food. Large gym with lots of machines and ping pong table in basement. Beach is at a 10 min walk.

I laughed myself to tears seeing my dad jumping in the pool and my mom grabbing to my watermelon floatie for life :)) It was a much needed break and I loved the little beach from Balchik for sunset, but during the day we’ve spent most of the time at the pool

So each morning we’ve had a lazy breakfast, then fun at the pool, after lunch we would go to the Botanical Garden which was just across the street and then went on a nice walk on the beach till that wooden deck from my previous post

I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive"

Close to the hotel, they have a good-sized pool with a beautiful view to the sea side. This year, they had only the breakfast option, not all-inclusive hotel anymore

I love this place! I will definitely spend my next summer here, with my family once again. It's a silent place with all needed. It's comfortable bc there is football court. Clean units and linen bed sets

The view is fantastic! The pool is clean and spacious, and it has a special zone just for kids. The parking lot was pretty busy but we found great spots everytime we left the hotel

It's very close to the castle and gardens and there is a staircase close to the reception door that gets you near the sea in 5 minutes. Not the beach (that is about 5 more minutes), just the sea promenade

The room we were offered was pretty good, considering we needed accomodation for 2 adults and 2 kids and all we found everywhere else was two separate double rooms

We got a room with a direct view to the sea, we drank our coffee there watching the sunrise and slept with the window open listening to the waves. We had an excellent sleep here

We stayed here for 1 night in October 2025. Location is super convenient for visiting Balchik, and the staff at the reception and breakfast area were super nice

A few years ago, the hotel restaurant was open to non-residents, but this is no more (correction: I have just heard that the restaurant is now open to non-residents again), so I have no recent experience of the Paris hotel

A nice location if you want to sped a short holiday in Balchik. It offers all you need for the price you pay, with 4 nice menus for breakfast included. The personnel was nice and the check-out was 12 o'clock.

This hotel is old but the staff are trying to make it hospitable and welcoming. Could work on the details in cleanliness. Breakfast was great. A little far from the beach but close to the castle. Overall a good value.

This is a an older hotel which could have some repairs and some refurbishing here and there, but the staff is very friendly and nice, there is a very hot and great sauna available as well as an outside pool and jacuzzi

This is a good hotel to stay in for a few days when exploring Bulgaria. Has a great pool, plus wellness centre, all included in the price no extras to pay for, Family run, English spoken. We had a good few days.

The outside was nicely kept, we often had the pool to ourselves. It was a bit too cool to use the pool but the sea was lovely - apart from the jelly fish. Staff were great particularly the bar and restaurant staff

The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong

The all inclusive food it has a wide variety and tastes good. The upper rooms have beautiful view but the lower ones not, view to swimming pool or to other hotel buildings, like the restaurant

Room cleaning you had to ask for it, and they gave new towels and water. To my opinion the allocated stars are not the real ones, the location might help on that

Middle class hotel with middle class staff. The barmans at the Lobby bar are rude and not professional at all. The pool isn't clean and safe and the food is below average

Always friendly, always nice, a big variety of games like archery, cocktail game, cup tournament and more! Their night shows are not to be missed as well with programs for kids and adults!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a beautiful view of the cliffs. An interesting feature is the robot that brings breakfast. Breakfast is not served buffet style, but you have to choose from one of the options

However, we decided to give it a try—and we’re so glad we did! Everything was excellent: the food was delicious, the fish was fresh, the staff were kind, and the view from the restaurant was simply breathtaking
