Amazing accomodation with stunning views from each room. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. All rooms were spacious and spotless. I would go back there any time, even outside of summer season, just to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

This place is awesome. Rooms to view. You do have to drive to the beach, but it only takes less than 5 minutes

The absolute jewel!
As per our opinion, the best place to accommodate on the northern coast in Bulgaria.
Spacious and comfortable condos with everything you can imagine as a furniture and appliance equipment. Very clean!
Breathtaking view from the therace, which will warm your memories for a long time ahead.
Top polite staff!
Certainly highly recommended for your family vacation or... Whatever type of leisure you'd prefer!

Beautiful place, it's actually "just like in the pictures". The view is amazing, the apartment was roomy and clean, everything was as expected. I would definitely visit again.
It's on top of the cliffs so that gives an amazing view, but also makes it harder to access without a car, unless you're up for the hike.

Disadvantages
You need to drive everywhere and the roads are very very bad, No restaurants near, The beach is far away
No ac in the bedrooms, only in the living room
Maybe a transportation to/from beach at request or every hour is desirable. Also an easy acces into the hotel, with ramps is desirable.

The receptionist was very helpfull and pleasant, the apartment was great, the view was fantastic, everything was clean, we even had a cold water bottle waiting for us in the fridge.
As a small minus the bedrooms had no air conditioning, the only one was in the living room. Also as a minus the beach is about 15 minutes away down-hill if you go by the cliff stairs (and probably 25 minutes if you go up) or 5 minutes away with the car (plenty of parking spaces available for free).

But overall is still worth the 5 stars. I recommend.

A. M. A. Z. I. N. G. view through those huge windows! When you're inside the living room, you see nothing but the sea; it feels almost like flying over the sea. Very comfortable apartments. The staff was very polite and friendly. I avoid repeating hotels when we travel for pleasure, but here I would consider revisiting. The place is an excellent starting point for tours around exciting places in the northern seaside of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

Black Cat - White Cat should have been filmed on the road to Calithea. The road to this building winds through a gypsy village with men with tatoos and moustaches and 15y souped BMW wearing ladies sandals. Horses, dogs and naked children in abundance. Once you reach the cliff you can see the building. Decent, but is that it? Was it worth the trip? Down the road you can spot a beach full of people (mostly locals I suspect) flanked by 3-4 unfinished buildings. The manager was nice as he quickly understood this was not for us and offered to re-imburse us. If you've never seen any other coast or the sea, this may seem paradise. If you've seen a bit of it, you may laugh and run back from it.

Outstanding view, fully equipped, clean and cosy apartments with plenty of space, close to the shore, hospitable personnel and manager, open-air activities for adults and children alike, guarded surroundings. This is the recipe for a great holiday. Will definitely return in the future.
