Great Bulgarian experience, lots of pools and great aqua park. There can be slight improvements in food and drinks diversity. Nice view from the hotel over the coast. A big plus: they have a 468 m long zipline, and the experience was unique.

I have visited this location 3 times before the pandemic. This was my first choice after that because of the incredible large space. It was again a good experience. But not great as I knew. A resort which it's glorious times has behind, still can attract tourists by it's location and competitive prices. This was a girls trip. The apartment was clean and ready to receive guests. Easy to find, we found a parking spot every day. From towels to hair dryer, from cups to oven trays, everything was there. Acces to the pool was free. Everything was great, nothing bad to say. It’s a place that I happily recommend for my friends. We had a great time at this resort.

Stayed for a few hours to explore the beach. The place is beautiful, quiet. More suited (and intended) for the Parking of caravans. Seeing the stones, hoping to snorkel, but the sand forms a permanent suspension, visibility 30 centimeters. Shore liked.

Very nice location and awesome food! If you want to do your laundry make sure you ask the guy at the reception how many he will do, for the clothes you need to be washed! It's 10 leva per laundry.

Feiwndly stuff, needs some improvments though

First of all the real name is "Rai Hotel", "Paradise" being the English translation. Ask for "Paradise Hotel" and you will end in another place. "Rai" it is a small and old (communist era) hotel near the sea with a beautiful sea view, a small garden and a nice and clean swimming pool with free sunbeds. Hotel have free parking. The closest beach is on the left of the hotel at around 5 minutes walk....

Nice place in the area of Ikantalyka, close to the beach! Near by you can find good restaurants and small shops ! Last but not least, the owners are smile and friendly always available to make your stay more comfortable :)

Extremely nice low budget family hotel. The people here are friendly and always ready to serve the customer. The mattresses are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are wide and comfortable. I would gladly return here many more times. And let's not forget, all anti-cavitation measures here are strictly observed.

Amazing view and great location! The rooms are clean, the apartment is spacious and well protected from the sun (for our stay ac was not needed). It has an underground parking so the car won’t get hot. Nearby is a great beach with still and clear water, soft sand. Nearby you can find great restaurants.

Great location near the sea, with underground parking (which is great, keeping the car cool). It also have some pools between the two or three lines of apartments. We had the ground floor apartment, which was very nice regarding the access to the sea. The sea has nice sand, however in the first meters there are some rocks. Nice hotell. Will recommend for family's with kids up to 12 years of age. We went there in July 2025 and it was plenty of space by the pools, even if the restaurant area seemed full. Restaurant is not so good. Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. Unfortunately not this one. It was recommended by a local person but...if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there. There are plenty of pizzas, salads and other "traditional" stuff. Enojy!

The pool is nice and shallow, perfect for my girlfriend who cannot swim. The sea can be reached by walking in or jumping in. Everything is clean and well served. There are lifeguard stands on both pool and sea. The stuff is kind and polite and makes sure your stay is great.

Very spacious and clean rooms, a huge bed, air conditioning, and a well-stocked minibar. Towels are changed daily. I just think the breakfast could be improved, but apart from that, everything was perfect.

The rooms are a little oldschool/outdated but they are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. Air conditioning works well which is a huge plus for the rooms that are located on the front which have sun almost all day.

Rooms not so clean. Our fridge was full of mold and the cleaning lady came and clened with with a basic cloth (did not look clean at the end), smelled sooo bad. Also, we saw a bug in the room. The cleaning lady was doing a lot of noise, always knocking things. Very close to the small beach and close to markets.

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good. There is a pool but on the day I was there I was freeeeezing. But I think this hotel is just a place to stay and the main attraction is what's around the hotel outside like botanical garden and nice shops and beach around.
