Villas in Lozenets

An amazing place to stay on the seaside if you're looking for a calm and relaxing visit. The villas are in the woods, so it's cool, even in the hottest days. Sea isn't as calm as you like - swimming pools. And to top it off - all-inclusive has different themes every evening, so your taste buds don't get bored

Standard Villa on all inclusive package.. reasonable food and sleep conditions

We stayed at Villas Holiday in 2018, but it is almost the same. The bungalows are divided half to Ropotamo half to Holiday. They are old, but renovated and in relatively good shape. The location is great - close to the water, the woods is perfect for hiding, place to play beach volleyball, playground for smaller children, clean swimming pool, delicious food.

Very good location, surrounding and overall environment, nice concept but lacking proper cleaning services in the vilas by the chamber maids

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s an all-inclusive place, and overall everything was fine. The food was good with enough variety, and while the drinks weren’t anything special, they were decent enough. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. You can tell the hotel is a bit older, but for the price it was perfectly fine. The bathroom was okay too – the shower wasn’t...

Awesome place for parents with kids. Good service, clean and nite hotel

Just want to share my compliments to hotel for great syay and becouse I am a good food lover to share a fotos from Exellent Greek Diner from yesterday! This pictures show all my feelings for our stay!

Great cuisine and service. The stuff is friendly and always there to help. However the hotel itself is not well maintained. It requires fresh paint, new furniture and a lot of repairs. The boardwalk in the hotel is falling apart, I personally requested it to be fixed but they changed only half of the broken pieces, the elevators and bathrooms look centuries old.

* The food is not like in 4 stars hotel. * Managers need to pay more attention to the staff - must be smiling a lot and making the guests feel good, not guilty to be rest in there. * The hygiene is not good at all. The tables in the restaurant are really sticky... * Some days they just forgot to clean the room and to put toilet paper in it. I've asked them 3 times to put paper in the toilet and in...

Good location and friendly staff 😊

Nice place at a very good location in Lozenets with new management.

The hotel is classy, the service is at a high level, the cleanliness of the hotel is also. The breakfast is extremely well selected. The manager is an extremely polite person, very responsible and precise. An absolute professional.

All in all, we had a great time. Probably the cleanest pool I have ever seen, the service personnel was hospitable and attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean. The terrace was a good size to chill on. As a suggestion, I would love it if next time housekeeping can offer us memory foam pillows by request and some bath salts for the bathtub. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

The quality of the breakfast was not as expected, except for the fresh juice,Fresh orange juice and grapefruit juice were very good it seems that the bar staff and the chef are not professional enough, but if beauty and cleanliness are your priority, do not hesitate to choose this place, I think it was opened this year. Is really new

I am so excited to reveal what I think about a great hotel in Lozenets where I have recently stayed. The hotel is located in the center of this picturesque sea resort and it offers an amazing combination of comfort, cosiness and splendid views. From the moment we arrived, the staff members welcomed us with smiling faces and warmth. The rooms were extremely clean, furnished stylishly and equipped with...

A wonderful gem on the Bulgarian coast. Beautifully decorated and truly top class We had a lovely room with terrace directly access into the wonderful pool, in which you can swim for 65m non-stop (longer than Olympic pool!). Pool is also shady from mid-afternoon. The spa area at -1, with sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gym is top class. Breakfast was way beyond expectation and staff super friendly....

One of our most beautiful holidays was spent here! And that's because we took the room with access to the pool, which is brilliant, spacious, beautiful decorated (like the whole hotel), clean, with quality products, and a perfect terrace for the pool. We traveled with a french bulldog - they are petfriendly! We parked the car in the underground parking, they also have it on the surface for free. I...

Very Poor Service. This is an expensive restaurant, and for the prices one shall expect excellent service. Instead the personnel was very unwelcoming (we've never heard "please"), they didn't know what the dishes contain, and used aggressive language. Asked what the sauce of one of the dish contains, the answer was "lemon and some secret ingredients". Asked again if the sauce is spicy, the answer was...

Prices are a bit high but the food is amazing. Best salad I have ever had in my life. Nice staff.

Very tasty and fresh food! The staff is very friendly! I recommend

Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time. This only made it feel overpriced! Nonetheless the service was friendly. The food was nice and served properly however our tuna stake was a bit overcooked. The restaurant is fine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were pleased with our stay, very goos and quiet location, had all the amenities we expected

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stefanov Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is fantastic, being so close to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the seaside. The hotel itself is a haven of cleanliness and comfort. Every corner of the property is immaculately maintained, reflecting a high standard of care and attention...

Great hotel. Nice and clean. My room was cleaned every day. The pool is great. Lifeguard is great. He saved my little child at least once. My children liked the pool very much. The restaurant staff is great and fast. The food is ok. I did't like the tomatoes (and cucumbers) in the salad. They have used the ones that do not have any taste, while it's the middle of the season for some of the most delicious...

Stayed in the hotel as a family for a few days The reception staff was brilliant, we always struggle with the language barrier in Bulgaria but the reception staff this time was very helpful. And although he apologised for his lack of English language skills, he spoke much better than my Bulgarian (English is not my first language either) but we could communicate The pool area is brilliant and is always...

Nice hotel, friendly staff on a communicative place

When we arrived we had no place to park the car, the parking issue is big. The view from the balcony is horrific, there is no kitchen. The food is really tho, and the pool is big and free with a children`s place and a lifeguard.

First time ever in Bulgaria, and I must say I am very pleasantly surprised! Customer service is on point, and the food is delicious! Our waiter "Georgi" was amazing.

A small daily menu, very tasty and qualitative food for a good price, nice staff, very happy with this restaurant, it became our daily lunch place during our stay.

Everything was amazing. The beach is very close and clean. We have a large apartment with sea view with all we need for ours vacation. It is a quiet place with a lot of kids and cute dogs. This place is pet friendly.

The food tastes great, prices are reasonable and is really cosy and well arranged. The best price performance in the neighbourhood.

It was a very nice stay. A Special Thanks to the women a the reception. They were extrem friendly and helpful.

The food is very tasty and I have friends there in la lavanda

Stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of the holiday season, so it was fairly quiet. The hotel is in a great location, on the main road close to all restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The hotel furniture is dated but it is in better condition than some brand new hotels I have stayed in. You can tell that it is well looked after and it is very clean and tidy. We spent time around...

Very clean an d nice place, the service good and the prices are reasonable for the location. There is outdoor pool, which is clean, but it unfortunately there is no live guard, which is pity, but otherwise 8/10

The staff was really friendly and helpful during our entire stay, made a great impression to us. The hotel is located at a main street, but there was barely any noise. Breakfast was served everyday. Pool was big and clean. The hotel rooms had all the neccesities listed. Highly recommended.

Very clean and cozy place. There is a parking which is very convenient and air conditioning in the rooms.

Amazing little family hotel. It's location is literary 2 minutes from the center of the village and 5 from the main beach - slow walking. It has nice really clean pool where you can read a book, rest, swim and have a cocktail far from the sand and the people on the beach. Rooms are really clean and have cable TV(nice big TFT), wireless internet and air conditioning. All of the staff is really nice...

Great experience!!! Great for couples and families! This place is very well run and maintained. Family owned hotel and everybody was extremely helpful and polite. The facilities are clean, neat and well organized. We even had a problem with our car and the family that ownes were very helpful. Definitely will recommend.

Comfortable and clean, friendly staff, perfect location. Probably the best hotel in Lozenets. We had the best time here, food is also great 💕

Despite the covid-situation, we had a very pleasant stay in the end of July! The owners are super friendly and always at your disposal. The rooms are big, clean and well-lit (a great advantage for people who like to read in the evening!) We had a small terrace at the third floor with a side-view to the sea. The location is great - just a few minutes on foot from the central beach and the center of...

The owners are very sweet. They let us with small doggy. It's close to the beach. The room is always clean. I recommend it to anyone who want a great vacation.

My sister and I spent 3 nights there in the past weekend. We received a fantastic well sized room on the second floor with a terrace looking to the main beach. The hotel is family run and it is great to be recognised even if I haven't been for a year or two. Everyone is very polite and friendly. The room was cleaned on daily basis, towels changed, bed was made. The hotel offers buffet breakfast with...

My friends and I spent just 2 days there, but for that time we got excellent service. We had a clean room with a big terrase and a partial sea view. The place is no more than 2-3 min walking from the central beach. I'd definitely recommend it!

The great located hotel with lovely garden and small restaurant. The rooms are very clean, the stuff is very friendly and helpful. I am sure that we will come back! Huge 'hello' for beautiful girl with curly hair, for her colleague and for Mr Petko :)

Very good location. The hotel 🏨 has a large beautiful garden 🪴 with many swings and a hammock for relaxation . Two minutes from a great beach 🏝️ with wonderful sand . The staff is very kind and smiling. there were air conditioners in all the rooms .The beds are very comfortable. I recommend half board. breakfast 🍳 and dinner 🥘 were very tasty. The bar staff are very friendly. Thanks to everyone....

Rooms: Clean, access to a balcony, and AC! Service: The staff were very friendly and quick to solve problems and issues. We were there during the Euro ‘24 finals and I asked if they can put the game on in the lobby on their projector, they obliged and next day made a whole little viewing area it was very cute. Location: Your like 1 and 2 minutes away from both main entrances to the beach, super close...

We visited this hotel two years ago and it was as nice as it was then. This time we opted to include breakfast and dinner but we were not satisfied, so maybe skip that option and eat out. The deserts they offer are very good. Rooms were tidy.

Lozenets, practically the southernmost city in Bulgaria, located on the border with Turkey. The Chaika Hotel is a small, cozy hotel designed for families and any private rest. The hotel is located on the second line, 200 meters from the sea. The beach is a little low and you will need to climb a hill.

Station from "Soca ...", for not so pretentious - it works! The promotional package with meals for 2016 was profitable! A big "+" is the proximity to the sea.
