Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time. Everything was amazing. The beach is very close and clean. We have a large apartment with sea view with all we need for ours vacation. It is a quiet place with a lot of kids and cute dogs. This place is pet friendly.

Beautifully decorated and truly top class We had a lovely room with terrace directly access into the wonderful pool, in which you can swim for 65m non-stop (longer than Olympic pool!). Great value for money. Pet friendly. It's a clean but tired looking hotel with outdated rooms and furniture all around. It needs a good updating. Great location right on the water. We stayed here for 4 nights while we completed a SCUBA diving course at the very nearby Marina Diving Center. The hotel is dated: the bathrooms and the facilities are in a little worn-down shape, but the price is right for 3 of us. The breakfast was very good: it was buffet style and the dining outside by the bay was very enjoyable. They also have their own private beach with chairs and umbrellas...

Good rooms with very nice see views. The beds are also very comfortable but if you join them both they get separated and one can fell in between haha, buy some food-holders. The food (we tried only breakfast) was ok, not very good choise of healty meals although.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Lecker! Die Bettwäsche und die Tücher wurden regelmässig gewechselt und es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall das Hotel weiterempfehlen und es nächstes Jahr wieder besuchen.

Excellent and friendly staff. Rooms are modest but okay, although the sofa we were sleeping on was extremly uncomfortable. Cleaning service is available daily. My only remark is breakfast and dinner - not various choice, many times the Milk was gone and it took time to be replaced with a new dose. Beach is very near, and we had a nice view. Clean, quiet, nice rooms, tv, fridge, airco, balcony, anti mosquito screen and free parking for only 35€ a day for 2 persons. 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants and the beacn (Arapya). Recommended!

I really liked this hotel. The hotel base is nice, there was a lot of space for me and my family, the gardens were spacious. The room was okay and it was cleaned every day. The food was delirious, there were many different options and I enjoyed it. The hotel staff were very helpful, we had a problem with the AC but it was fixed right away. I recommend it and would come back again!

Great location, great view (we paid for one bedroom apartment but there was an issue with our reservation and instead we got a two bedroom apartment with two balconies - both with sea view which was great). The hotel is catering towards the local/Bulgarian clients, you won't meet many foreigners there. The receptionists don't speak English but this was not a problem (they always call someone on the phone who can translate). Rooms are old, it's like a time machine takes you into 80's. Elevators have probably never seen soap water since installed (and they keep breaking down).. We haven't tried any food...

A great place for a relaxing holiday.

The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, cleaned every day. The beach is 2 minutes away on foot. Extremely many shops and restaurants approx. In the courtyard there is an equipped kitchen and tables where you can prepare absolutely everything for dinner. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend! We will be back again!

A great family hotel 🔝🔝🔝, located in the center of Primorsko and close to the beach🏖🏖🏖. The hotel is run by a very kind family who do everything possible to make you feel good during your stay there. Good hotel, didn't book a room, we just walked in and asked and since they close on Friday,(end of the tourist season) we got a decent deal. Pool was out of commission though as they where getting ready to close. 2 minute walk from the beach and main street lights up at light, it is a great spot.

We did not like the hotel for its price. The room has not been renovated for many years, there is no air conditioning, the parking lot is crowded and it was noisy from the street. At the reception they were very kind and the cleanliness was acceptable.
