Stefanov 2 Hotel in Lozenets

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stefanov Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is fantastic, being so close to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the seaside.

The hotel itself is a haven of cleanliness and comfort. Every corner of the property is immaculately maintained, reflecting a high standard of care and attention to detail. The rooms are spotless, and the common areas are equally pristine, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment.

Stefanov Hotel is perfect for families. It's a very safe place, allowing parents to relax knowing their children are in good hands. The swimming pool is large, clean, and well-maintained, providing endless fun for both kids and adults.

A special mention must go to Jana, the hotel manager. She is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything you might need. Her warm and friendly demeanor truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Jana's dedication to guest satisfaction is evident, and she goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

Overall, Stefanov Hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, with outstanding service and amenities perfect for families.

We were pleased with our stay, very goos and quiet location, had all the amenities we expected

Great hotel. Nice and clean. My room was cleaned every day. The pool is great. Lifeguard is great. He saved my little child at least once. My children liked the pool very much. The restaurant staff is great and fast. The food is ok. I did't like the tomatoes (and cucumbers) in the salad. They have used the ones that do not have any taste, while it's the middle of the season for some of the most delicious tomatoes that can even be found in the local store on the way to the beach.

Stayed in the hotel as a family for a few days
The reception staff was brilliant, we always struggle with the language barrier in Bulgaria but the reception staff this time was very helpful.
And although he apologised for his lack of English language skills, he spoke much better than my Bulgarian (English is not my first language either) but we could communicate
The pool area is brilliant and is always well maintained
The lunch menu is very good and we enjoyed every thing ordered with generous portion
Breakfast buffet in the morning was highlight with the kids
Only drawback was that the hotels kitchen closes at 6pm with such a lovely menu we would liked to have dinner there as well
But understood that it's not cost effective currently to run the kitchen after 6pm
I sincerely hope that will change in the future for them
I would recommend this hotel anytime

And I found Lozenets very family friendly we will definitely do a return visit and I know where be booked in 😊

Nice hotel, friendly staff on a communicative place

When we arrived we had no place to park the car, the parking issue is big. The view from the balcony is horrific, there is no kitchen. The food is really tho, and the pool is big and free with a children`s place and a lifeguard.

Offets more for the syats it has.
