Stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of the holiday season, so it was fairly quiet.
The hotel is in a great location, on the main road close to all restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the beach.
The hotel furniture is dated but it is in better condition than some brand new hotels I have stayed in. You can tell that it is well looked after and it is very clean and tidy.
We spent time around the pool, which was nice and peaceful.
They have a small bar with a big selection of drinks. Great cocktails!
Breakfast is freshly prepared, with a small menu to choose from.

Very clean an d nice place, the service good and the prices are reasonable for the location. There is outdoor pool, which is clean, but it unfortunately there is no live guard, which is pity, but otherwise 8/10

Very clean and cozy place. There is a parking which is very convenient and air conditioning in the rooms.

Amazing little family hotel. It's location is literary 2 minutes from the center of the village and 5 from the main beach - slow walking. It has nice really clean pool where you can read a book, rest, swim and have a cocktail far from the sand and the people on the beach. Rooms are really clean and have cable TV(nice big TFT), wireless internet and air conditioning. All of the staff is really nice and helpful. A big + is that it has it's own big parking lot on the back of the hotel. For a small village that get's full of people in the summer this is something that should not be overlooked at all. Still there are drawbacks but for a two star hotel it is amazingly good. If it's a lot windy and bad weather the sewer start to smell (you can counteract it with a small wet toilet paper over the sewer). On some places inside the hotel the internet is somewhat slow and not reliable(on the pool however it's perfect). Prices are absolutely reasonable and depending on the place you are booking from you can get a nice breakfast included in the price(it is served from 08:00 to 10:00). Definitely THE place where I'm going to stay again if I'm up to that village again.

Great experience!!! Great for couples and families! This place is very well run and maintained. Family owned hotel and everybody was extremely helpful and polite. The facilities are clean, neat and well organized. We even had a problem with our car and the family that ownes were very helpful. Definitely will recommend.

The staff was really friendly and helpful during our entire stay, made a great impression to us. The hotel is located at a main street, but there was barely any noise. Breakfast was served everyday. Pool was big and clean. The hotel rooms had all the neccesities listed. Highly recommended.

We ordered steaks worth of 200 euro and they came black and surely well over cooked.When we asked for explanation they acted as If we are wrong.

This place suffers from bad service. These waiters seem to have agreed between them to work against this establishment and its owner.

Unprofessional service. Ordered watermelon and got 5 slices. Then the bill came and paid for a fruit platter 30 BGN! Maybe the worst place in Lozenets!

Very Poor Service.
This is an expensive restaurant, and for the prices one shall expect excellent service. Instead the personnel was very unwelcoming (we've never heard "please"), they didn't know what the dishes contain, and used aggressive language.
Asked what the sauce of one of the dish contains, the answer was "lemon and some secret ingredients". Asked again if the sauce is spicy, the answer was "Don't eat it then!". Then the white wine bottle was left on the service table with no ice bucket, and we had to ask another waiter to move the bottle inside an ice bucket. The waiter was adding olive oil to the salad basically pouring it and waiting for someone to say "stop", but he did not instruct us to say stop. We were not offered water even though the temperature was 35C. We have asked for lemon slice which was missing from the fish-based dish, and we've got a little lemon juice instead for which we get a charge as half of the "fresh" - basically 4 levs for a lemon slice. There were many more other things.
The food however was good and tasty. There is a open view to the sea, but there were a lot of beach chairs stacked on large pales in front of the restaurant.

Prices are a bit high but the food is amazing. Best salad I have ever had in my life. Nice staff.
