Location was great with a free shuttle bus every 15-30 minutes to and from ski centre 1&2, and several nice restaurants around if you haven’t got dinner included in the hotel. Yes breakfast was mostly the same each day but had lots of variety and we never found it running out and the staff would remove items that...

A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Staff attentive. The ability to walk indoors to dedicated lift down to spa is genius. Wear a robe and slippers from room to spa regardless of outside temperature. Highly recommended.

We stayed as a group of ten across two families with half board and had an amazing time. The food variety and quality was excellent, spa was exceptional and general quality of the hotel and rooms was amazing value for money. The icing in the cake was the bowling facility which we discovered on the last day. I would definitely recommend the hotel to other families.

Fabulous spa! I stayed at a neighbour hotel but chose to visit the spa here as the reviews were better than the hotel I stayed in. This one of the oldest hotels in the town, remodeled with new look and modern furniture(almost), but even that this hotel was created back then with idea and infrastructure, with plenty of rooms or halls, seems the new design didn’t incorporated the new features well-it is not logical to go throw floor 3, long tiny corridors and then elevator to the SPA, when you have direct connection via floor 1...

Excellent facilities, beautiful room. Efficient shuttle service to the ski slopes. Lovely breakfast and spa. The staff at reception and at the bar are really friendly and helpful. Will be back!

There were a lot of positives about the hotel, Kosmos bar and bakery on the roof is excellent, as is the spa and staff. The rooms need renovation, bathrooms are shabby, rooms are overheated and there is no air conditioning, we had to request a change of room, due to the fact that rooms at the front of hotel, although they have lovely views are very noisy, there is a problem with stray dogs roaming...

Another hotel in Pamporovo with a great reputation in past and not worth to be visit today. It is a part of Sharlopov hotels I used to visit a lot and most of it hotels are going down year by year. Sad to write such a review but this is a whole truth.

Nice and clean rooms. High temperature in the rooms. Free shuttles to ski slopes every morning and evening, but not during lunch time. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Nice place, location almost perfect, 20 mtr walk to pist. Has Slavi ski school inside, nice teachers. But totally not safe. Fire precautions below zero. There were no fire/smoke detectors in rooms. No fire extinguishers at corridors. Most importantly no fire escape. No chance to leave through balconies as its 8 stories. In the room all walls are plasterboard. Outside building covered with wood. Nothing beats Pamporovo after a good snowfall. Hotel is right next to the ski slopes. Amazing experience.

The hotel is huge and mostly empty. There are no escalators going down. You must carry the luggage.

This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this. Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants...

Great location, ski in ski out.

Nice place, was a little disappointed that the spa and pool was closed when we where there, also very limited parking. Over all a good place for skiing

We were there end of May and the hotel had reopened from the ski season for the towns festival. No were had been cleaned properly. Pleasent staff. Steep walk from the town. May be it's cleaner in the ski season. Food was good.

Service good. Rooms good. Location decent.

Cool place, nice stuff. Casual rooms. Food is awesome. Nature around Chepelare is breathtaking.

Having been to Pamporovo many times and stayed in The Orvelets at least 4 times I feel that the standard is dropped . In particular 1. Food in Orvelets , poor selection, cold , staff friendliness not good. As mentioned we complained to management and they let us eat in the Perilik, where the food selection is far more extensive and most warm ( I know Bulgarian food is never hot) . Great salad bar...

Room very fine. SPA - very fine but pool is very small. Restaurant ok but at breakfast people are waiting in line for cofee as only one machine.....odd for 5 stars. Hotel facade on the room balcony side not renovated and the wood looking poor and rotten. Personnel was friendly and helpful but we had some misunderstandings about room minibar.Parking place finding is a problem and indoor parking cost...
