Lived in this hotel a couple of days. The view from the room is beautiful. The view we had of the pine forest and the hills. What can I say about the hotel? In many official sources it is declared as 5*. But I'd say on a scale from "4 -". Namely because of the rooms. Very old. Bathroom we tech. Fabric ceiling near the bed were baked from the hot bulb inside. In some places, right to the holes. Well...

A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Staff attentive. The ability to walk indoors to dedicated lift down to spa is genius. Wear a robe and slippers from room to spa regardless of outside temperature. Highly recommended.

The most of the hotel is renovated. Nice SPA segment and big swimming pool. A trampoline for the kids and whole football field. Every day there is organized light hike with transport to and from the starting point. AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT The hygiene in the jacuzzi is not the best as my wife got fungi infection from it. My only complaint is that I couldn't watch movies via USB on the TV 😅. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, both the breakfast and the food in the restaurant were quite good. I went there for a short business trip and was not disappointed. The view from my room was beautiful, the place was quiet and peaceful (off-season), I enjoyed the food and the service was good. I had little time at the SPA but I enjoyed every minute of it. The only downside is that the water in the pool was a little cold for my taste. I would return there if I have the chance.

Rooms are large enough. Lobby bar area and restaurant are nicely decorated. Spa and pool was nice. Shuttle schedule could be better organized and would be better if shuttles pick-up/drop off from the hotel entrance, not from street side.

Great amenities, spacious room, huge variety of foods with nice local dishes. On the downside, staff was not helpful and communication in English was an issue. In the kid zone attenders were on their phones all the time. The cleaning staff blocked the lifts with trolleys and didn't give priority even to disabled customers.

A older looking hotel possible in the 80s but still fabulous as we discovered a lot of hitels and bars were of the same . Staff were polite and accommodating . Meals weren’t the best so we ate at bars outside of the hotel . The size of the room was more the size of an apartment . Straight from the hotel we caught the ski bus

It was ok, the rooms were modest and for some reason it was very hot all the time, even after turning off the heating in the room.

Very good hotel in the nature. The road towards it is good but a little steep. The food in it is very good. There is also a nice gym with everything necessary in it and a medium swimming pool. There is food shop near it(1km).

This is a luxurious hotel with staff that speak excellent English, the rooms are huge, the bed so comfortable and the food in the restaurant was 5 star. We absolutely rate this hotel!

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty. During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and nevertheless everyone made us feel taken care of, specially turned on the SPA center, so we'd make the most of our stay.

Super happy with our stay at the hotel. My family and I spent 3 days and it was so worth it. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. However our fav part was the restaurant downstairs. So happy with the menu, food, service and the staff attitude. We felt at home. Thank you

The place is great and the location is fantastic. The rooms are very warm. I am just disappointed by the restaurant inside the hotel as the wine was not in the menu and there were no prices so 2/3 of the bill were only the bottle of wine. I would advice to go to another restaurant where people are more honest.

I would give 5 stars but there were things that did not work. 1. Phone in the room 811 did not work. 2. WiFi on the 8th floor did not work 3. There was a sign in the kitchen asking all guests to wash their cups and glasses in the kitchen. 4.not even 1 bottle of water complimentary. There is definitely room for improvement

Quiet, clean, the food is good with enough diversity to choose from. This was our second time there with child under 4 and it is probably one of the best places for families. The playground is well kept and there are enough things to do in the hotel with kids. Everyone are really helpful and i derstanding. Highly recommend 👌

I stayed at Hotel Kamelia with my family for 4 days, and it was fantastic, especially for families with small kids. There were a lot of positives about the hotel, Kosmos bar and bakery on the roof is excellent, as is the spa and staff. My family stayed here in August and we spent a good time here. The location is very, very good. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The food in the restaurant was also good and delicious. The hotel is suitable for both - summer vacation as well as winter ski relax. Next time in Pamporovo, we would visit it again.
