The most of the hotel is renovated. Nice SPA segment and big swimming pool. A trampoline for the kids and whole football field. Every day there is organized light hike with transport to and from the starting point. AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT The hygiene in the jacuzzi is not the best as my wife got fungi infection from it. The restaurant service could be improved. The ordered in advanced fish was delayed...

My only complaint is that I couldn't watch movies via USB on the TV 😅. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, both the breakfast and the food in the restaurant were quite good. They cleaned our rooms and changed our towels and robes every day. The spa was also nice, with a pool that is specious but a bit too deep and with various sauna options, and a jacuzzi. I went there for a short business trip and was not disappointed. The view from my room was beautiful, the place was quiet and peaceful (off-season), I enjoyed the food and the service was good. I had little time at the SPA but I enjoyed every minute of it. The only downside is that the water in the pool was a little cold for my taste. I would return there if I have the chance.

Rooms are large enough. Lobby bar area and restaurant are nicely decorated. Spa and pool was nice. Shuttle schedule could be better organized and would be better if shuttles pick-up/drop off from the hotel entrance, not from street side.

Great amenities, spacious room, huge variety of foods with nice local dishes. On the downside, staff was not helpful and communication in English was an issue. In the kid zone attenders were on their phones all the time. The cleaning staff blocked the lifts with trolleys and didn't give priority even to disabled customers.

A wonderful setting, everything is thought out down to the last detail. The staff is wonderful, everyone is nice and kind. I can say that everything is at a very high level.

A older looking hotel possible in the 80s but still fabulous as we discovered a lot of hitels and bars were of the same . Staff were polite and accommodating . Meals weren’t the best so we ate at bars outside of the hotel . The size of the room was more the size of an apartment . Straight from the hotel we caught the ski bus

Last year 2020 was OK...2021 was Empty and boring

Very nice good food and the place is amaizing

Nice place comfortable beds, bit too hot in the room had to turn heating off

Underrated Hotel. The service is good and the lobby and restaurant are top notch. Slight minus for the room, which was not so modern, but otherwise definitely worth the visit.

We spent 4 days in this lovely hotel, family of 3. The room was big, with a balcony facing the mountains and the village (which has a great architecture). Everything was very clean, nice decorated bathroom, with good toiletries, towels that always smelled so nice. The view from the town-facing rooms can’t be beat! The decor is outdated and there was a leak in the bathroom of our room, but everything was very clean and well-maintained otherwise. Nice and helpful staff. Complementary breakfast was good. I would love to come back!

This is a luxurious hotel with staff that speak excellent English, the rooms are huge, the bed so comfortable and the food in the restaurant was 5 star. We absolutely rate this hotel!

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty. During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and nevertheless everyone made us feel taken care of, specially turned on the SPA center, so we'd make the most of our stay.

Super happy with our stay at the hotel. My family and I spent 3 days and it was so worth it. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. However our fav part was the restaurant downstairs. So happy with the menu, food, service and the staff attitude. We felt at home. Thank you

Clean place, good food, and facilities. However, the administration was shouting at me for wearing ski shoes as if I can damage their carpet or tiles more than a woman with high heals. Also the door lock was kind of broken.

It was ok, the rooms were modest and for some reason it was very hot all the time, even after turning off the heating in the room.

Very good hotel in the nature. The road towards it is good but a little steep. The food in it is very good. There is also a nice gym with everything necessary in it and a medium swimming pool. There is food shop near it(1km).

+ Clean warm rooms; + Good breakfast and dinner (the food was delicious, but the drinks (especially the coffee, were bad); + Clean SPA area; + Big parking; - too far away from the ski area. You need to go by car. - Uncomfortable beds (cheap furniture in general); - not professional staff.

It's a wonderful place to stay in with your family...

The place is great and the location is fantastic. The rooms are very warm. I am just disappointed by the restaurant inside the hotel as the wine was not in the menu and there were no prices so 2/3 of the bill were only the bottle of wine. I would advice to go to another restaurant where people are more honest.

Great rooms, big and nice. Bad food tho, not much choice for breakfast. Spa lacked towels most of the time and the music was too loud and inappropriate for spa... staff was nice tho and massage was great

Very pleasant personal, friendly and helpful. Spectacular view and quite location. The SPA is good. Breakfast definitely can be better (quality mostly ). I recommend it.

A wonderful and beloved hotel that we have been visiting for several years now. Delicious food, relaxing spa and friendly staff. (Replacing the beds with new mattresses would be wonderful).

We had booked 4 nights in hotel with breakfast and dinner. Overall the apartment was clean and big enough to accommodate two adults and two children. One of the kids was on normal bed and the other on the couch. The bathroom maybe needs a little more attention but nothing serious. Last summer we spent a wonderful week in this hotel. It is perfect for a family holiday. I stayed at Hotel Kamelia with my family for 4 days, and it was fantastic, especially for families with small kids. We spent our Christmas holidays this year there. Everything was great. The rooms were clean and neat. The food was great. We were also very happy for the kids entertainment from the animators and the ski kindergarten was also a great fun for them and in just few days the kids learned the basics of how to ski. Learnt to ski here, and it was perfect. There's a beginners slope directly outside the hotel, and it's fairly close to the cable cars too. Would go again.

I love the rooms! I feel very good in the whole complex and recommend it!

Another hotel in Pamporovo with a great reputation in past and not worth to be visit today. It is a part of Sharlopov hotels I used to visit a lot and most of it hotels are going down year by year. Sad to write such a review but this is a whole truth.

Nice and clean rooms. High temperature in the rooms. Free shuttles to ski slopes every morning and evening, but not during lunch time. The staff is very kind and helpful.
