A older looking hotel possible in the 80s but still fabulous as we discovered a lot of hitels and bars were of the same . Staff were polite and accommodating . Meals weren’t the best so we ate at bars outside of the hotel . The size of the room was more the size of an apartment . Straight from the hotel we caught the ski bus

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty. During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and nevertheless everyone made us feel taken care of, specially turned on the SPA center, so we'd make the most of our stay.

The rooms where clean, but the furnishing was a bit old. The hotel restaurant was nice. There is no easy direct path from the hotel to the ski lift, which makes it hard to walk so much equipped with ski stuff.

Everyone at the hotel is really nice. I didn't like that you had to scan QR code for the menu. Its not really that expensive, but I don't recommend to pay with card, because they charged me more for my room then they should.

The place is great and the location is fantastic. The rooms are very warm. I am just disappointed by the restaurant inside the hotel as the wine was not in the menu and there were no prices so 2/3 of the bill were only the bottle of wine. I would advice to go to another restaurant where people are more honest.

This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Staff attentive. The ability to walk indoors to dedicated lift down to spa is genius. Wear a robe and slippers from room to spa regardless of outside temperature. Highly recommended.

I went there for a short business trip and was not disappointed. The view from my room was beautiful, the place was quiet and peaceful (off-season), I enjoyed the food and the service was good. I had little time at the SPA but I enjoyed every minute of it. The only downside is that the water in the pool was a little cold for my taste. I would return there if I have the chance.

Rooms are large enough. Lobby bar area and restaurant are nicely decorated. Spa and pool was nice. Shuttle schedule could be better organized and would be better if shuttles pick-up/drop off from the hotel entrance, not from street side.

Great amenities, spacious room, huge variety of foods with nice local dishes. On the downside, staff was not helpful and communication in English was an issue. In the kid zone attenders were on their phones all the time. The cleaning staff blocked the lifts with trolleys and didn't give priority even to disabled customers.

Everything in the room was very old and worn out. The bathroom door and washing basin was rotten, difficult to close the door. The bed sheets were small, towers worn-out and stinky of bleach. The blinds wasn't functioning - could not open and no curtains. Do not recommend.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

Pamporovo is always is amazing. Quiet, clean, the food is good with enough diversity to choose from. This was our second time there with child under 4 and it is probably one of the best places for families. My family stayed here in August and we spent a good time here. The location is very, very good. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The food in the restaurant was also good and delicious. This hotel is a pretty good place to stay for your vacation. Food choice seems decent, although it would be great for a little more variety to be added. The rooms are comfortable to stay in and have the basic things you need for your vacation. We got a very large room with a view to the mountain. The hotel is located in Pomporovo, which is well located for hikes in rodopee area. Brakefast was good and the staff were very helpfull.

Hotel Mursalitsa is really great. We were a family group of 5 people and had nice time. The Spa facilities are amazing and perfect for a relax after all day of skiing. This is small but quiet and beautiful hotel in Pamporovo. You have 2 floor under the ground and 2 more flat on the ground. There is no elevator. Shuttle bus for skiing is stop in front of hotel. 50 meters from hotel is a supermarket where you can buy Internet sim cards (but only from Yettel). Everything is clean, hotel is warm and employers are very friendly and always with smile.
