Hotels with sauna in Pamporovo

You can get to Orlovetz hotel, Neptune and Glamour Chalet restaurants, and vintage bowling alley without going outside, there are underground passages through the hotel which is cool! We found the staff to be very friendly and happy to help, Bulgarians can come across as more direct to British customs of politeness (pleases and thank yous etc), but don’t be put off by the more direct communication...

I highly recommend it to everyone! I want to give special thanks to the porters—the staff who took our luggage from the reception and brought it to our room. They were extremely polite and attentive!! 🙏

The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the hotel’s location was excellent—close to everything, yet peaceful at the same time. I truly felt welcome and will definitely return

Yes breakfast was mostly the same each day but had lots of variety and we never found it running out and the staff would remove items that had been sat out a while and replace

The experience was wonderful from start to finish! The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and always smiling

Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right

Another issue was that they stopped bringing out fresh food by 7:40–8:00 PM, even though dinner is supposed to be served until 9:00 PM. One of the biggest disappointments for a 5-star hotel was the heating system

As mentioned we complained to management and they let us eat in the Perilik, where the food selection is far more extensive and most warm ( I know Bulgarian food is never hot). Great salad bar and desert selection

Great four nights away at the Orlovetz. Good transfer service to slopes. Breakfast choice good but omelettes and pancakes slow. Replace toilet roll more often please

I recently stayed at Hotel Orlovetz and overall had a good experience, but with some notable drawbacks. The hotel itself is great—the rooms are very clean, modern, and offer the best views you can get in Pamporovo

They also provided a complementary bottle of water the first day that was clearly marked as complementary but then nothing on the following days, for a 5* hotel I think it’s below standard not to provide Guests with water

The staff is very kind. The apartment is really large and full of sun light. The Relation „best value for money“ is 100% there.

Really good hotel, and a place to chill after a days boarding, Staff are great, good food, rooms are clean and tidy, and cleaned regular. If were back next year this will be the place were booking

The view from the balcony was a delight every morning from the sofa bed. The bedroom window had a good view of the main ski slopes. Every effort was made to make our stay as enjoyable as possible

Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed)

Nice and clean rooms. High temperature in the rooms. Free shuttles to ski slopes every morning and evening, but not during lunch time. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Amazing choice of lovely food -salads, cold and hot starters, soups, chicken and pork main dishes, barbecue, roast in the oven, brilliant local cuisine, Italian cuisine, deserts, hot and soft drinks, beers, wine, strong drinks

The food served for breakfast and dinner was tasty and fresh and varied every day. There was transport to the ski resorts, more specifically to a ski school where we got a 50% discount as guests of the hotel

We had our first holiday in Pamporovo and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Prespa! All the staff were very friendly to us. There was a small problem in the bathroom and it was fixed within a few hours

The atmosphere is nice and I love that you can pick whatever food you want for breakfast or dinner. The views from the rooms are great to! Very sigma, very based. Valid place to bring your huzz.

This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar

The spa center is not much big (Sauna ,Steam bath). The hotel provide a shuttle and ski equipment rent with lowest prices comparing with the ski schools

The hotel services are excellent. The rooms are clean, and the food selection is peefect. There is a shuttle bus that takes about a 3-minute ride to Studenec. There is a playroom for both younger and older children

There is also a relaxation area that looks very interesting; we didn’t use it this time, but we noticed that it is very clean. Overall, we warmly recommend this hotel for families with children

The animators, Bozydar and Trifon, are very entertaining and the children adore them. They offer a wide variety of activities for kids

Hotel Mursalitsa is really great. We were a family group of 5 people and had nice time. The Spa facilities are amazing and perfect for a relax after all day of skiing

It has a pool with not so warm water, a gym and sauna and Turkish bath. Furniture is ok and most staff are friendly. Was hard to find a parking place sometimes. Location is a bit remote for me

It is hot enough during winter. The restaurant doesn't have enough seats, guests are waiting for table, others are moved to smaller table to free the bigger one for others. Good variety of food on the buffet

the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time. Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market

The houses were very nice and spacious, there was plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to gather, the fireplace gave a cozy feeling, the staff was very soulful, we were told about many beautiful places to visit

An amazing vacation place in the mountains. The complex has an authentic look and it is isolated from other hotels and rental homes in the area. The staff are very friendly and food in the restaurant is very tasty.

Each house has a garage for one car. There is a kitchen where you can cook and each room has it's own bathroom. Some of the doors didn't quite close properly but that wasn't that big of a deal

Absolutely wonderful place for a family vacation, surrounded by astonishing nature in a super close vicinity of sky slopes. All house have several bathrooms and fully furnished kitchens

Nothing beats Pamporovo after a good snowfall. Hotel is right next to the ski slopes. Amazing experience.

No chance to leave through balconies as its 8 stories. In the room all walls are plasterboard. Outside building covered with wood. Only electric portable heaters in rooms and eventually very high risk of fire

Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this

Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively

This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped

Forest Nook Apart Hotel is a wonderful place for a relaxing stay. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, surrounded by peaceful nature

The hotel is situated a bit far from the lift but there is bus every hour from hotel to the lift. Food was good and the apartment we stayed was very nice. The pool wasn't that clear but the sauna was OK

The rooms are comfortable to stay in and have the basic things you need for your vacation. The biggest problem is that the hotel is difficult to navigate, but other than that it is a good place to stay

50 meters from hotel is a supermarket where you can buy Internet sim cards (but only from Yettel). Everything is clean, hotel is warm and employers are very friendly and always with smile

Housekeeping come everyday to clean your room and even if you don’t want your room cleaning will ask if you need anything. The restaurant was small with an open fire and we never had a problem getting a table

For dinner we opted for the hotel restaurant instead of the buffet and we did not regret it. The food was beautiful and very affordable. I especially liked the sauna with a view

The spa is small, but on the other hand, the sauna is very well done with a view of the forest. Unfortunately there is no elevator which makes it inaccessible to wheelchairs

The great experience for me was the sauna - you have to make a reservation and you can use it all alone without having any strangers and there is hot tea waiting for you there as well as clean towels

Splendid location into the deep forest, next to the ski run, simply get down the hill to the hotel. Authentic Russian Bath -it's paid 10leva per each, but truly worth it

We felt a little like intruders because everyone seemed like they knew each other (russian speaking) and we were somehow like being the only guests there

Very nice place for families that looking for base for hiking in the summer, all you need for cooking or barbecue, very nice owners The jacuzzi and sauna working on wood stoves, and it possible to get help to fire it from the owner

The studio has a wonderful view on the peak nearby. We also hiked the peak (two hours return in total) and shared a video and photo here of how the villa can be seen from up there. The jacuzzi was also wonderful

Great place! We stayed at the villa for two people towards the end of October. It is on the bottom level of the large house. The first thing we noticed - to our delight - is that the studio was warm inside

This is due to it receiving direct sunlight all day long. This means that we only had to switch the heater on once we went to bed to that the 5°C temperature outside would not come inside
