The food variety and quality was excellent, spa was exceptional and general quality of the hotel and rooms was amazing value for money. The icing in the cake was the bowling facility which we discovered on the last day

You can get to Orlovetz hotel, Neptune and Glamour Chalet restaurants, and vintage bowling alley without going outside, there are underground passages through the hotel which is cool! We found the staff to be very friendly and happy to help, Bulgarians can come across as more direct to British customs of politeness (pleases and thank yous etc), but don’t be put off by the more direct communication...

The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the hotel’s location was excellent—close to everything, yet peaceful at the same time. I truly felt welcome and will definitely return

Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right

I highly recommend it to everyone! I want to give special thanks to the porters—the staff who took our luggage from the reception and brought it to our room. They were extremely polite and attentive!! 🙏

Yes breakfast was mostly the same each day but had lots of variety and we never found it running out and the staff would remove items that had been sat out a while and replace

The view from the balcony was a delight every morning from the sofa bed. The bedroom window had a good view of the main ski slopes. Every effort was made to make our stay as enjoyable as possible

Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed)

Excellent facilities, beautiful room. Efficient shuttle service to the ski slopes. Lovely breakfast and spa. The staff at reception and at the bar are really friendly and helpful. Will be back!

There were a lot of positives about the hotel, Kosmos bar and bakery on the roof is excellent, as is the spa and staff

I love Bulgaria so much! And every winter we come to this Hotel and go skiing. Food is good and staff is amazing . There is a pool. And I hope everyone has nice stay. 😊

The food served for breakfast and dinner was tasty and fresh and varied every day. There was transport to the ski resorts, more specifically to a ski school where we got a 50% discount as guests of the hotel

It is hot enough during winter. The restaurant doesn't have enough seats, guests are waiting for table, others are moved to smaller table to free the bigger one for others. Good variety of food on the buffet

Furniture is very dated and that fails to deliver sence of comfort. Food: breakfast was good, dinner was below average. They have lots of vegetables and snacks, but meat was meh

Hotel Mursalitsa is really great. We were a family group of 5 people and had nice time. The Spa facilities are amazing and perfect for a relax after all day of skiing

Nice place, very close to Pamporovo ski resort. Food in the restorant was not so good, but it is ok for 2-3 days. There are kitchens with microwave, fridge and stove in the rooms and houses

Good for families and if traveling with friends. A group of 4-6 with children can ocupy one house

The houses were very nice and spacious, there was plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to gather, the fireplace gave a cozy feeling, the staff was very soulful, we were told about many beautiful places to visit

An amazing vacation place in the mountains. The complex has an authentic look and it is isolated from other hotels and rental homes in the area. The staff are very friendly and food in the restaurant is very tasty.

Each house has a garage for one car. There is a kitchen where you can cook and each room has it's own bathroom. Some of the doors didn't quite close properly but that wasn't that big of a deal

Absolutely wonderful place for a family vacation, surrounded by astonishing nature in a super close vicinity of sky slopes. All house have several bathrooms and fully furnished kitchens

Nothing beats Pamporovo after a good snowfall. Hotel is right next to the ski slopes. Amazing experience.

No chance to leave through balconies as its 8 stories. In the room all walls are plasterboard. Outside building covered with wood. Only electric portable heaters in rooms and eventually very high risk of fire

Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively

Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this

The hotel is situated a bit far from the lift but there is bus every hour from hotel to the lift. Food was good and the apartment we stayed was very nice. The pool wasn't that clear but the sauna was OK

The rooms are comfortable to stay in and have the basic things you need for your vacation. The biggest problem is that the hotel is difficult to navigate, but other than that it is a good place to stay

Forest Nook Apart Hotel is a wonderful place for a relaxing stay. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, surrounded by peaceful nature

Housekeeping come everyday to clean your room and even if you don’t want your room cleaning will ask if you need anything. The restaurant was small with an open fire and we never had a problem getting a table

Really good bungalows, warm, really clean, modern bath and kitchen with all daily necessities included. The food at the restaurant was varied, for all something there, typical Bulgarian food as well

We stayed at Malina Villas for 3 nights, December 30 - January 2nd, it was amazing - very nice cottages, very nice place maintained with responsibility and respect. Our cottage was clean, warm and very cosy

Complex Malina was great for our family. The restaurant food was better than expected for a buffet and the service was great. Sometimes it was difficult for our party of 8 to get a table together at dinner

The chalet was warm although the decor was a bit faded and basic. The beds were very comfortable and the water was hot

The great experience for me was the sauna - you have to make a reservation and you can use it all alone without having any strangers and there is hot tea waiting for you there as well as clean towels

Splendid location into the deep forest, next to the ski run, simply get down the hill to the hotel. Authentic Russian Bath -it's paid 10leva per each, but truly worth it

We felt a little like intruders because everyone seemed like they knew each other (russian speaking) and we were somehow like being the only guests there
