Nice place to stay for skiing holiday. The food is not of a big variety.. Car park places, good location, great view to the mauntain...

Spacious and clean room with a wonderful view (3rd floor), regular cleaning, good Breakfast and dinner, to the station takes a free bus service, fast wi-fi in the room

Here they have room to make at least normal (not to mention the new ones) and to fix all will be excellent. For now, I will not recommend it

The road towards it is good but a little steep. There is also a nice gym with everything necessary in it and a medium swimming pool. There is food shop near it(1km)

Several people in our group have sensitive stomachs, but they never had any issues during our stay. There are also good options for vegetarians and vegans

The spa center and pool are nice, but what really impressed us was the food. Everything was cooked very professionally and was delicious. I have rarely found such a tasty buffet, even in 5-star hotels

The view from the town-facing rooms can’t be beat! The decor is outdated and there was a leak in the bathroom of our room, but everything was very clean and well-maintained otherwise. Complementary breakfast was good

Everything was very clean, nice decorated bathroom, with good toiletries, towels that always smelled so nice. The staff was helpfull and always smiling, and well informed about things to do in the area

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed

This is a luxurious hotel with staff that speak excellent English, the rooms are huge, the bed so comfortable and the food in the restaurant was 5 star. We absolutely rate this hotel!

The food was good, but breakfast does not have many options. Parking can be a bit challenging, but personel is always there to help you with this

The view from the balcony was a delight every morning from the sofa bed. The bedroom window had a good view of the main ski slopes. Every effort was made to make our stay as enjoyable as possible

Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed)

Good basic hotel, however there were not enough staff working the weekend we were there. The staff that were there were friendly and helpful but under staffed.

Very good service, good but not great breakfast (don't forget it's a covid time), perfect location, clean, warm and comfortable apartment, small spa where you can relax after skiing. Our family will come again soon.

The food is very, very good and staff is very polite. But no Covid-19 measures respected, all 5 days that we were there the covers of the tables in the restaurant weren't changed, neither dizenfected

The food was served on an open buffet and people were allowed to take the food themselves even without masks. The room was clean at the beginning, but never cleaned again for 5 days

Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right

My only complaint is that I couldn't watch movies via USB on the TV 😅. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, both the breakfast and the food in the restaurant were quite good

I went there for a short business trip and was not disappointed. The view from my room was beautiful, the place was quiet and peaceful (off-season), I enjoyed the food and the service was good

Lobby bar area and restaurant are nicely decorated. Shuttle schedule could be better organized and would be better if shuttles pick-up/drop off from the hotel entrance, not from street side

Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! Thanks!

the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time. Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market

Quiet, clean, the food is good with enough diversity to choose from. This was our second time there with child under 4 and it is probably one of the best places for families

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The dining options were excellent, with a variety of dishes to please both kids and adults

I would give 5 stars but there were things that did not work. Phone in the room 811 did not work. WiFi on the 8th floor did not work 3

We are a family of 5 and we booked 2 bedroom apt and it was the perfect choice for us. Definitely will come back! One of the best places for family vacation with little kids so far!

Perfect place for families with toddlers. We were impressed from the checked-in moment. The rooms are large and clean. The maids are extremely tactful. My daughter's birthday cake was great, made exactly to our taste

We got a very large room with a view to the mountain. The hotel is located in Pomporovo, which is well located for hikes in rodopee area. Brakefast was good and the staff were very helpfull.

The only minus (maybe because it was last weeks of the season) was the breakfast - cleanliness and overall service. Everything else was great as previously. We will come back again next winter for sure 😍

Great location, good breakfast, parking included in price and staff was friendly. Spa was somewhat not so amazing. But the sauna worked, which was good enough for us.

The rooms are really clean and warm. What I find peculiar is that there are no bathrobes for the SPA available in the rooms. If you want to use such you have to pay extra 8 BGN 🥴

Also for 200 BGN/ night I think that the jam and honey on breakfast could be better quality than what is shown on the photo. What I find really disappointing is the staff and the level of service which is close to 0

We liked: - very friendly staff/amazing reception - cosy bar with good food - good restaurant - big apartment with good kitchen - location (on the slopes) - great supermarket around the corner We didn't like: - dishes dirty in the cupboard - 2 leaks in the bathroom (both bath and sink) - nothing to put your stuff on in the bathroom (tablet hangs loose)

Good location. Needs renewvation. Friendly staff. The parking area was not cleaned thus icy and extremely slippery. Not accesible by single axel drive cars. Good breakfast service.

even a little plastic tabouret of 4 lev + an extra hook on the door would be helpful already - the promise of a garage where there isn't one really ánd the fact that you pay 70 leva for a (very icy) parking outside without anyone informing you about this upfront - no orange juice at the breakfast buffet A tip: bring your own shower gel/shampoo, kitchen towels & dishwashing liquid

We gladly come back but would like to see some improvement to be able to give 5 stars next time

Enjoyed my stay at fullest - took a whole villa with relatives and it was all we need. It was quite, it was wood - warm and perfectly suitable for our ski adventures. Breakfast was perfect, dinner delicious

Complex Malina was great for our family. The restaurant food was better than expected for a buffet and the service was great. Sometimes it was difficult for our party of 8 to get a table together at dinner

The great experience for me was the sauna - you have to make a reservation and you can use it all alone without having any strangers and there is hot tea waiting for you there as well as clean towels

Splendid location into the deep forest, next to the ski run, simply get down the hill to the hotel. Authentic Russian Bath -it's paid 10leva per each, but truly worth it

We felt a little like intruders because everyone seemed like they knew each other (russian speaking) and we were somehow like being the only guests there

We stayed at Malina Villas for 3 nights, December 30 - January 2nd, it was amazing - very nice cottages, very nice place maintained with responsibility and respect. Our cottage was clean, warm and very cosy

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our family time enjoyable. Its proximity to the slopes makes it perfect for a ski vacation, especially with small kids
