Our experience at Amira Boutique Hotel Bansko was absolutely outstanding and truly beyond what a 5-star hotel offers. The hotel features beautiful spaces, a warm and elegant atmosphere, and an overall feeling of luxury combined with comfort.

The restaurant deserves special recognition. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with amazing flavors and high-quality dishes. However, what truly made the difference for us were Krasi and Kiro. Their hospitality was remarkable — always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made us feel welcome at every moment and are the main reason we would choose this hotel again and again. Their professionalism and warmth elevated our entire stay.

Our room was huge, brand new, and perfectly designed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a separate bedroom. It truly felt like a real home rather than a hotel room, offering both comfort and privacy.

The spa area was quite good and offers several options, although we believe it could be improved. Having a staff member supervising the spa area would enhance the experience. During our visit, there were many small children in the spa, shouting and throwing toys into the jacuzzi, which unfortunately affected the sense of relaxation.

Great experience in hotel Amira! Very clean, rooms are big and comfortable, but what impressed me the most was the service! Mrs. Aleksandra Georgieva on reception was extremely polite and made sure everything with our stay was perfect! Thank you again 😊

Big rooms, good breakfasts, the ski room is quite small and not enough warm. The cleaning is only to change towels and make the bed. The transportation to the gondola is not working like what they show at the front desk , you will have to go by foot. The rooms are quite big with a little kitchen

Very nice and clean place and and very nice people working there. Coming here for 3 years in a row for during season. My kids love Amira and ask to book for the following year before we leave ☺️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Amira, however there are a couple of points of feedback: - the shuttle bus times in the room aren't up to date which caused confusion, and on occasion a different hotel bus would pick you up and this wasn't always made clear so could be easily missed - no coffee facilities in the rooms - we believe the suites offered this but not the rooms. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and the food good! Thank you for having us.

This place is the best! It is so comfortable, you will sleep like a rock in those huge beds. The design is one of the best I’ve seen ever. The stuff is so kind. I would stay here again and again and again (so far I’ve stayed here 7 times already)

We stayed for four nights at this marvelous hotel. The rooms were delightful, consistently clean, always warm. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, while the breakfast offered was outstanding. The hotel's amenities, including sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool, added to experience. Located 5-10 minutes on foot from the first ski lift, the hotel also provided a convenient van service to transport us there and back. I have no words. Thank you so much. Until next time! :)
