Excellent mid size hotel about 30 minutes walk from Burgas centre. Service is very good. Very nice pool and spa facilities. Limited car parking available. EV charging.

Good location. 15 min walk to the city center, 20 min to the beach. Breakfast is varied and sufficient. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Price/ quality - very good.

Special thanks to the security guard who helped call a taxi to the hospital at night when the child was unwell ❤️Breakfast - buffet - lots of all sorts of goodies (hot, cold dishes, cereals, slices, sweets and fruits) large selection of drinks

The fact that some devices are not in a very good state - air conditioning units at the swimming pool are rusted and the breakfast that was just ok made me give just 4 stars overall

Location: obviously a bit far from the center, the room was clean, cleaning was done regularly and generally good. Breakfast is not rich at all, but the hotel is three rubles - what to expect

The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! Also the Hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of waves as you go to sleep!

Classic and comfortable in the heart of Burgas! Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast

I loved it. The staff was amazing. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The price was a bit too much, but I do take into account the luxury and the five stars. The location is perfect and the parking was spacious.

I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips

If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel, in a quiet place. The rooms are clean and spacious. The apartments are for 3-4 people. The breakfast is tasty and varied enough, and some of the food offered is prepared on site

The staff is very welcoming, responsive and smiling people, they inspire peace. The central beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. There are restaurants and food shops nearby

A slight inconvenience is finding a parking space right in front of the hotel, but there are enough streets around where a car can stay overnight

Good transit option if you are driving and need to spend a night in Burgas. You do need a car but remember taxis are affordable and easily available

New, clean, friendly, quiet, overlooking the Sea Garden and the sea itself. From the backside - a nice and quiet view to the inner yards of neighbouring buildings. Good breakfast!

Situated between city center and the beach hotel offers nice stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. It's location makes public parking difficult, there is private one around 400 m from the hotel

The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station

Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully. Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough

Unfortunately I spent only one night in this hotel. The value for money is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with literally everything. The rooms are spacious, super clean and comfy

The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll it

Very nice hotel! I stayed 3 nights and will be back in 3 days. The receptionists were very helpful and nice. They arranged for my ride from the airport to hotel. A driver was waiting for me at the gate

The room is huge and has a lot of amenities, they left flowers and a toy for our daughter! We arrived late and they kindly made us dinner in the restaurant. The service is excellent overall

city ​​Hotel Burgas is a small hotel and is obviously family-run. The staff and the manager are very friendly and helpful. I looked at the room beforehand and booked for 5 days

Later I went to the manager and said I had a problem with the room. That way I could take care of my business. And - I was able to rent a car. I can really recommend this one

There are 2 hotels here so make certain you know which one you’re booking as the deluxe is reported newer and better. Restaurant is reasonable and good for an easy meal and drink

The restaurant no longer serves breakfast you can only do the hotel breakfast which is not good at all and is extremely expensive

All was good besides the lack of elevator if you have suitcases like we did

The hotel is clean and new. It is perfect for a business trip. But if you want to be close to the city attractions or beaches , this is not your hotel

And there are floors of the hotel that have not been refurbished were the beds and showers are terrible so you have to make sure to get on the refurbished floor

The hotel's manager and maintenance staff were great. The location is very convenient, and good value. Rooms and gym are old and need lift up, not very clean.

The airconditioning was working well, the room was big and nice. There were separate switches for the light and the ventilation in the room.

The hotel itself is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly Breakfast was offered for an additional payment of 7 leva per person at the Veronique restaurant adjoining the hotel

Nice and welcoming stuff super helpful providing the best solution to reach the hotel. There is a bus from the main bus station in Burgas, bus 15. 50BGN and ticket is paid on board

In approx 30 min you are a few steps away from the hotel. The stop is called Drava and it is the second one in Sarafovo. The hotel restaurant does not work but I had a nice sandwich for breakfast

We got a nice, tidy room with a really beautiful bathroom, and some sea view as well. For the price we paid, I would gladly give it 6 stars :)

I spent one night here and can only recommend this hotel, even for a longer stay. I booked a single room but got a double room 😊. The room was very nice and stylishly furnished, so I really felt very comfortable here

The man at the reception (I guess one of the owners) spoke good German and took a lot of time to explain to me the sights in the province of Burgas

The bed was cozy and comfortable too. Overall, the hotel makes a very neat and clean impression. Especially, I like how everything is lovingly thought out down to the smallest detail

The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the noisy refrigerator in the room, but I did not need it and just unplugged it
