Aer lingus cancelled our flight home to Dublin and we were put in this hotel, really quick check in and extremely friendly and helpful staff, I honestly can't fault this hotel

Great hotel with good and cheap restaurant. The breakfast was okay and I always ate in the restaurant for dinner, super delicious. Location is not the best but there is a bus going to the sea or center.

The room is nice but the people are lying because during the morning I was able to order and then later during the day I wanted to order the same thing for room service and they said we don’t offer it during Saturday Sunday but they bought it to me on Sunday

Use google maps to find a fast way to the parking, otherwise you will be driving across gas station, small mall and then to the entrance of the hotel

Very lovely rooms! I Had one facing the black sea, larger than Standard rooms, Just little Higher price. IT was really spacious! Everything CLEAN. Service ist pretty good, friendly, Professional

We stayed in the Grand Hotel and Spa Primoretz for four nights in October, which is very definitely out of season, but our stay was no worse for that. The hotel is grand in setting as well as name

It sits inside the Sea Gardens, actually a large wooded area which stretches from the edge of the port north along the promenade to the start of the serviced beach area

The style is old-fashioned, the sort of old-fashioned that might have been old-fashioned when it was new. Predictable for the era in which the hotel was built but perhaps not for when it was renovated

Dont forget top Tip! Location ist great, right at the entrance of the huge Park "Sea Garden", two minutes fromm the beach

The public spaces of the hotel are spacious and well set out. We opted for a large double room which was in effect a suite size, 60 square metres and felt very relaxed as a result

I had a room on the back from which you can see the sea beyond other buildings. Not many restaurants in immediate area but not far by foot to eateries

Excellent mid size hotel about 30 minutes walk from Burgas centre. Service is very good. Very nice pool and spa facilities. Limited car parking available. EV charging.

All good, very pleasant hotel. The way the hotel is designed is that there's no connection to outside - no balcony, terrace.... Just an air-conditioned room... some people may like it, some not.

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this hotel! The location cannot be beaten, just at the heart of Burgas, accessible by car, foot (bus as well)

The pool, sauna, and gym were all fantastic, and the elevator was fast even for the upper floors. Staff were extremely helpful — they even cooked for us after the kitchen had closed when we arrived late

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products

The hotel is in a wonderful and convenient location (very close to the center, the bus station and the sea). The staff is very kind and always ready to help. The space was always clean and tidy

All facilities from ironing to spa available but not included in the room price So it is the case of parking (20 leva/10 euros per day)

However the air conditioner in the room is not functioning well. It was like a sauna in the day time. Had to open the door to get fresh air from the outside to keep the room temperature down

Nice and clean rooms. Close to the beach, close to city centre. Breakfast is served right by the sea.

We're also considering staying in the summer. There was hot water, central heating, and a nice view. The bathroom had a strong odor. Breakfast was good, but the variety was limited. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The service is excellent and the breakfast was perfect. The proximity to the sea garden is great with 3 energetic kids

Wonderful place for short or long breaks, absolutely stunning near by the port, great location, super clean, and most important very welcoming staff , lovely restaurants near by, walkable distance to the city near by the coast

Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully. Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough

The receptionist is kind, the hotel says there is Wi-Fi, but it is very weak. They counted my teas at breakfast! I was all over the world, nobody count my tea in the breakfast😆😆😆

Although shown on booking web site no kitchenette in the room. Car parking is free and no problem. Next time at burgas I might search a place closer to center

The location is good. The hotel was big ,the staff were friendly. But the beds were too uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep.

It’s in a very good location with everything you need for your stay. I had a good sleep in a comfy bed and I am happy with my stay.

The hotel is nice but it is really far away from the center. Not recommend if you are not with a car. Rooms were great and service splendid

Great location, close to the beach. Practically inside the Sea garden. Very close to some of the night life places in Burgas.

I've been to extremely crappy hotels around the world and I haven't complained. When I checked in here and I saw the disgusting old room I almost ran away. I only stayed because of the great sea view.

The view over the sea is good.

They play Chalga with open windows till very late in the evening (past midnight) and impossible to get any sleep even on a high floor

Not so bad place if you looking for a hotel closer to the sea on a not so expensive price. However you've to be careful when you bring some valuables with you

The hotel has an air of Soviet nostalgia, my mother in law (she is Bulgarian) said that this hotel was popular in Soviet times and you really can feel it everywhere, on the lifts, the stairs, the reception

Good transit option if you are driving and need to spend a night in Burgas. You do need a car but remember taxis are affordable and easily available

Staff is friendly and helpful, terrace is pleasant for a late nightcap. Solid, dependable, easy on the budget

Based on a 3-night stay: a convenient hotel somewhat at the city's edge but useful for doing radial trips out to marsh and salt-pan areas for bird watching and walking

Down sides from our 1night stay are: 1) Half way through eating our meal we was told to move tables from outside to inside as they had a business party to host (we was 5mins from finishing our meal) no one turned up for the party till we was finished & leaving

2) The balcony was very dirty, had to pick up liter and cigarets before our two year old went out there. 3) cigarets left in the ashtray on our balcony

Very friendly staff and great owners. Quiet hotel with very good service. Easy access to local restaurants and coffee shops. The beach is not far away. Bus station nearby. Beautiful village .We liked it a lot.

I would give 6 stars if it was possible. Location is just perfect - 5 minutes from the beach and 19 minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean and cosy, service super nice.

Accomodation is fine, room have everything what you need. Towels smell great and everything is very clean. Parking is little bit complicated. Great deal for price!

The most beautiful place to stay all year round! Lovely owners - they are the most kind and warm people in Bulgaria! The best value for money, also all year round, and the most spectacular 180 degrees views of the Black Sea from you balcony and picture window!!!

Alould us to check late midnight confirmed before arriving struggled because phone no internet but once mother came down and daughter spoke on phone everything sorted quickly nothing too much trouble apartment has hase you need except a microwave or iron but everything else excellent

A great accommodation I am very glad with my stay there. Near to the beach and the airport. Busses to Burgas very often. Very clean. Hot water, fridge, kettle. One can cook if wants. Thanks a lot!

A great sized studio apartment with all the luxury of home, refrigerator, washing machine, stove and balcony. A 2 minute walk and your overlooking the blue flag beach

Bike hire virtually oposite 10 lev for all day so you can cycle on a great cycle path all the way to burgas beaches and sea gardens takes an easy 30 mins Angelina and george were very welcoming and we will defiantly stay here again when traveling and exploring around bulgaria!

Superb location, A short walk from the Airport!! Yes WALK!! lovely quiet hotel and outstandingly clean with a nice small pool area. Nice local restaurants all a minutes walk too. Even the beach is a 5 min walk away

Clean, large enough 2-bedroom apartment, with two balconies with partial sea view, great wi-fi and free private parking. Everything as promised. The promenade to Burgas is a plus if you’re into walking;

Big apartments with relative well equipped kitchen big bedrooms. Access to the beach
