I stayed at Grand Primoretz and Spa hotel for vacation. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very gentle and kind. The hotel has a big parking place

I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips

I loved it. The staff was amazing. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The price was a bit too much, but I do take into account the luxury and the five stars. The location is perfect and the parking was spacious.

Use google maps to find a fast way to the parking, otherwise you will be driving across gas station, small mall and then to the entrance of the hotel

In general - good value for money. Rooms are big enough to accommodate family with a kid. Parking - plenty of space at the underground parking

Aer lingus cancelled our flight home to Dublin and we were put in this hotel, really quick check in and extremely friendly and helpful staff, I honestly can't fault this hotel

Great hotel with good and cheap restaurant. The breakfast was okay and I always ate in the restaurant for dinner, super delicious. Location is not the best but there is a bus going to the sea or center.

Excellent mid size hotel about 30 minutes walk from Burgas centre. Service is very good. Very nice pool and spa facilities. Limited car parking available. EV charging.

The fact that some devices are not in a very good state - air conditioning units at the swimming pool are rusted and the breakfast that was just ok made me give just 4 stars overall

Also, there is nothing at all near the hotel, not even a little grocery , so unless you come by car , you need better take your own food and drinks with you

Service was superb - staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with cheese, meats, breads, sandwitches, fruit, sweets (eclairs, cookies, croissants, chocolate spread/jam etc

The hotel itself looks romantic with a lot of lights at night, a lake and a park for kids

Very convenient for kids to play on the playground or kids room, swim in a cool nature looking pool and just go hang out in each other villas. I really liked the food (except for muscles)

What bothered me is that the restaurant didn’t have non smoking tables. It’s very unpleasant to have dinner when someone is smoking on the table next to you

The breakfast was ok, considering how many international guests they have, they should consider offering something more than just phyllo dough pastry

Superb location for train and bus station, shops, bars and beach. Rooms a reasonable size, fridge, kettle etc Bed was hard

Descent hotel in the center of Bourgas. distance from the pedestrian central street, nice rooms and good service. Breakfast and finding a parking place was not meeting our expectations

I stayed here for a short city break with my husband and we were very impressed. Breakfast had lots of options a beautiful terrace to enjoy coffee and the city views

If you’re going on a basic trip and won’t be in the room often this is your spot, very central especially in a safe neighborhood! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, all speak English and Bulgarian! Highly recommend!

Ot looks like a condo turned to a hotel. The staff is nice, rooms are ok for the class of the hotel. Fairly good location

Good transit option if you are driving and need to spend a night in Burgas. You do need a car but remember taxis are affordable and easily available

we had great time all students and teachers from Turkiye appreciated the rooms and hospitable service by all staff

Staff is friendly and helpful, terrace is pleasant for a late nightcap. Solid, dependable, easy on the budget

Rooms are snug, fairly quiet if not facing the highway, and the owner quickly allowed comfortable chairs for working at the desk to be substituted for the stools provided

Based on a 3-night stay: a convenient hotel somewhat at the city's edge but useful for doing radial trips out to marsh and salt-pan areas for bird watching and walking

It's quite noisy because of the cars that passing in front of the hotel and thin walls between the rooms. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom

The material base is very old, but the staff are taking extraordinary measures to keep everything nice clean and tidy! Will definitely visit again if I need a place to stay in Burgas.

Great position too, 10 minute walk to centre by foot and same to Sea Garden and Beach. On all the good Bus routes and close by to some decent Cafes and shops

The shower in the bathroom wasn't working properly and they didn't have 2 bed rooms for us. Other than that the breakfast was nothing to write for, since it was much more disappointing than real bulgarian breakfast

Clean, large, and @58 leva (appr. $33, breakfast included) a very attractively priced room, albeit somewhat dull, and a friendly receptionist. Main cons: beds could be softer and the AC considerably more powerful

Situated between city center and the beach hotel offers nice stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. It's location makes public parking difficult, there is private one around 400 m from the hotel

New, clean, friendly, quiet, overlooking the Sea Garden and the sea itself. From the backside - a nice and quiet view to the inner yards of neighbouring buildings. Good breakfast!

The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station

Private apartments in complex are better than hotel operated rooms. Try studio apartment 306 ownership private.

Room was OK but bathroom is really strange. Shower is between bathroom sink and toilet. When you take a shower everything is wet. Parking lot is quite tight but hotel stuff help to park your car inside

The rooms have no bottles of water inside, WiFi doesn’t work on high floor, level of silence very low as for me, but as a transit hotel it is very good

A store is integrated into the hotel where you can buy snacks or drinks at reasonable prices, considering the place is 1km away from 2 hypermarkets and a mall

The only downside being the location is far from the beach, and it's a kilometre walk to the bus stop. Definitely a place recommended for tourists with a car

Meals are good, not overpriced. There is also live music which is a good thing. Traditional Bulgarian cousin and music to be exact. The whole place is decorated in Bulgarian spirit. Definitely a must visit for tourist!

There's air conditioning which helps with the summer heat. There's a TV and mini-fridge in the rooms

Accomodation is fine, room have everything what you need. Towels smell great and everything is very clean. Parking is little bit complicated. Great deal for price!

I would give 6 stars if it was possible. Location is just perfect - 5 minutes from the beach and 19 minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean and cosy, service super nice.

We had 3 young children with us and they had a great time on the slide in the pool, in the play park, doing activities in the kiddies club and dancing and singing in the evening along with Alex and Christo (two of the nicest fellas you could meet and good wee movers too lol) The beach is only a few minutes walk away

Myself and daughter came here for a two week holiday. We had a ball she is hard to please. Food, Entertainment, Kids Entertainment brilliant kids had a ball. Staff very friendly nothing too much bother

Family Day trips available from hotel to Sunny Beach, Water Park, and bus directly from hotel to Burgas for 1 lev each way. Really enjoyed ourselves my second time here and my daughter first time

Clara have trips running daily and I would recommend you go to the waterpark and Sunny Beach. The room was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning, which was needed when its 34*

I'm very happy with this hotel. Great price, great staff everything is on point. The room is tidy and well maintained. Breakfast was included in the price so can't ask for more and the breakfast was tasty nicely served

The morning buffet is always prepared by the same chef and there are several surprises every day. I have been living here for 4 monthes (!) now and I will definitely miss my "family"
