Service was superb - staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with cheese, meats, breads, sandwitches, fruit, sweets (eclairs, cookies, croissants, chocolate spread/jam etc.). The hotel itself looks romantic with a lot of lights at night, a lake and a park for kids.

Located in the forest - quite quiet place. A bit far from the beach. Good restaurant with fresh fishes you can choose.

Overall we had a great stay. We had a family room for 2 nights and a villa for 2 nights. Both room and villa were tastefully decorated. Very convenient for kids to play on the playground or kids room, swim in a cool nature looking pool and just go hang out in each other villas. I really liked the food (except for muscles). We had 2 rooms, one double on the first floor and one studio on the third floor. We couldn’t wait to leave from there. Studio on the upper floor had a very strong toilet drainage system smell, and it was not replaced. Hotel fare from the sea, and people were swimming in the duck pond. We hired a room , inspired by images. Do not recommend. Stay there only if you can’t find anything else

Peaceful retreat It was a great experience to stay here for a week. Very relaxing and peaceful. Great breakfast and lots of great food on the menu for lunch and dinner as well.

Positive: The houses are new and nicely furnished. However, in our case the a/c control was broken and the shower gel empty. There are lots of parking spaces and they offer a variety of options to entertain kids. There is also a public charging station with two plugs on the area (0,79lv/kWh) for your EV. There is no parking problem, the location is central and the breakfast buffet is sufficient.

The location is good. The room I stayed in did not have an ocean view, so I don't know, but I'm sure some rooms have a good view.

We're also considering staying in the summer. There was hot water, central heating, and a nice view. The bathroom had a strong odor. Breakfast was good, but the variety was limited. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully. Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough. The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll...

Wonderful place for short or long breaks, absolutely stunning near by the port, great location, super clean, and most important very welcoming staff , lovely restaurants near by, walkable distance to the city near by the coast. Parking facilities just near by the hotel. Thank you.

The location is good. The hotel was big ,the staff were friendly. But the beds were too uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep.

It’s in a very good location with everything you need for your stay. I had a good sleep in a comfy bed and I am happy with my stay.

The receptionist is kind, the hotel says there is Wi-Fi, but it is very weak. They counted my teas at breakfast! I was all over the world, nobody count my tea in the breakfast😆😆😆

This is a hotel for a short stay, handy on the edge of town to get about it seems far from the centre. Not much locally so you probably need a car. There are 2 hotels here so make certain you know which one you’re booking as the deluxe is reported newer and better. Restaurant is reasonable and good for an easy meal and drink. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and you won’t go hungry

I stay at this hotel once every year in the summer. This year I went there and met a new gentleman in reception Buris. He is very friendly and very well at English too. He is very helpful. The other lady who is a little older, and I think she is the hotel manager, and I remember her from previous years is very kind and friendly too. Main point for us was breakfast.... although out of season and apparently different owners had taken over the restaurant, breakfast was a joke. Good transit option if you are driving and need to spend a night in Burgas. You do need a car but remember taxis are affordable and easily available. Staff is friendly and helpful, terrace is pleasant for a late nightcap.. Solid, dependable, easy on the budget

Down sides from our 1night stay are: 1) Half way through eating our meal we was told to move tables from outside to inside as they had a business party to host (we was 5mins from finishing our meal) no one turned up for the party till we was finished & leaving. 2) The balcony was very dirty, had to pick up liter and cigarets...

Based on a 3-night stay: a convenient hotel somewhat at the city's edge but useful for doing radial trips out to marsh and salt-pan areas for bird watching and walking. Good location, clean rooms witg very comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, kind and helpful staff. Beyond our expectations. As the location suggests, it is a bit noisy, but not beyond the expected and not too noisy so that you can't sleep. The furniture is old and old style, but functional and clean. Decent value for money.

Room was surprisingly big, balcony was fine but the room door only remained shut when you locked it. Also worth mentioning, the breakfast was too simply. There was barely any opion to choose from, the bread was soggy soft and no juice was provided. Overall, given the cheap price level the service was still acceptable but I wouldn't go back there.

Hotel Prestige is a family hotel and lives up to its name. Rooms are comfortably furnished and all have a small balcony where you can stay. The location is very quiet, the staff and the owners are very nice Bulgarians. The morning buffet is always prepared by the same chef and there are several surprises every day.
