Poor level of housekeeping, Room 404 tile damaged on washstand alongside toilet received cut on my arm as a result. Pillowcase didn't appear to have been changed from previous occupant. Had to request for additional toilet paper, tea and coffee etc not replaced. Excellent food in dining room.

This property was clean and in a great location. Hotel had everything you need. The gym had everything and one of the best gyms i have seen in a hotel. Indoor pool was a nice touch for the colder fall weather.

Clean rooms, furniture pretty new decent services considering the prices. Nice swimming pool, clean water. Also there is a decent gym. The fact that some devices are not in a very good state - air conditioning units at the swimming pool are rusted and the breakfast that was just ok made me give just 4 stars overall. Definitely recommend it for shorter stays or on a budget.

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Nice room, clean and cozy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products. All facilities from ironing to spa available but not included in the room price So it is the case of parking (20 leva/10 euros per day).

Wonderful hotel, really conveniently located in the centre of the city and still only 25 minutes from the airport. The selection for breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly and the rooms well equipped. I'd definitely stay again.

At the heart of city center, very good location. Restaurants, shopping, banks everything is nearby. Hotel is new, renovated recently. Room cleaning, refilling of teabags, coffee capsules etc could be better but still everything is available. I would recommend staying and would next time again choose to stay in this hotel.

It’s just amazing! The hotel is located near major pedestrian streets. There are many dishes available for breakfast. The room and service is perfect! Great view from the window. Underground parking costs 20 leva (10€) per day.

There is no parking problem, the location is central and the breakfast buffet is sufficient.

The location is good. The room I stayed in did not have an ocean view, so I don't know, but I'm sure some rooms have a good view.

We're also considering staying in the summer. There was hot water, central heating, and a nice view. The bathroom had a strong odor. Breakfast was good, but the variety was limited. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully. Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough. The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll...

Descent hotel in the center of Bourgas. Walking.distance from the pedestrian central street, nice rooms and good service. Breakfast and finding a parking place was not meeting our expectations. The view from the restaurant during the breakfast was super relaxing.

Service was superb - staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely and clean. We had 2 rooms, one double on the first floor and one studio on the third floor. We couldn’t wait to leave from there. Studio on the upper floor had a very strong toilet drainage system smell, and it was not replaced. Hotel fare from the sea, and people were swimming in the duck pond. This is a hotel for a short stay, handy on the edge of town to get about it seems far from the centre. Not much locally so you probably need a car. There are 2 hotels here so make certain you know which one you’re booking as the deluxe is reported newer and better. Restaurant is reasonable and good for an easy meal and drink. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and you won’t go hungry

The hotel's manager and maintenance staff were great. The location is very convenient, and good value. Rooms and gym are old and need lift up, not very clean.

Very good location but extremely noisy. Impossible to get any sleep due to the hotel being in the same building as the disco restaurant. They play Chalga with open windows till very late in the evening (past midnight) and impossible to get any sleep even on a high floor. Also the hotel now started charging for parking and raised their rates so it has become expensive for a "1 star" hotel.

We always come to this hotel, my family and me love it! It's very well located, close to the beach, a circus, a terrarium with reptiles and gardens. The hotel has an air of Soviet nostalgia, my mother in law (she is Bulgarian) said that this hotel was popular in Soviet times and you really can feel it everywhere, on the lifts, the stairs, the reception... Awesome location, and real cheap. Great view from the room balcony. Avoid if you prefer peace, quiet, and undisturbed sleep during your stay, as it's extremely noisy, specially at night, due to the proximity of the beach bars and discos.

The hotel location is in the park of the city. Very quite and 3 min walk from the find sandy beach... There is bus stop 5 min walk to visit the city center if not with own car. Parking lot just infront of the hotel and some free public Sport faciliries for Sport lovers. Not luxury but very resonable hotel to stay in.

Not so bad place if you looking for a hotel closer to the sea on a not so expensive price. However you've to be careful when you bring some valuables with you. The doors are not secure and there is no cameras on the floor. The entrance door of my room seems like it has been broken before. Also the door of the bathroom didn't close, and the sheets doesn't fit the bed size.

As the location suggests, it is a bit noisy, but not beyond the expected and not too noisy so that you can't sleep. The furniture is old and old style, but functional and clean. Good transit option if you are driving and need to spend a night in Burgas. You do need a car but remember taxis are affordable and easily available. Staff is friendly and helpful, terrace is pleasant for a late nightcap.. Solid, dependable, easy on the budget

Down sides from our 1night stay are: 1) Half way through eating our meal we was told to move tables from outside to inside as they had a business party to host (we was 5mins from finishing our meal) no one turned up for the party till we was finished & leaving. 2) The balcony was very dirty, had to pick up liter and cigarets...

The place is quiet and offers stunning views. It's both close to the beach and to the best restaurant in the neighborhood.

Good location. Good view. Building needs some repairs. Especially the bathroom and beds needs repaired and changed. There is no elevator which is important for old people.

A hotel in calm area with a sea view. Walking distance roughly 15 minutes to the airport. Very tidy rooms. A little outdated, yet charming and cosy. Free wifi, toiletries, tea and coffee (along with a coffee capsule), and a refrigerator are all included - which is amazing for a two-star rating. The shower was warm and the beds comfortable. It's only five minutes to the beach!

A great sized studio apartment with all the luxury of home, refrigerator, washing machine, stove and balcony. A 2 minute walk and your overlooking the blue flag beach. Stunning location.
