Service was superb - staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with cheese, meats, breads, sandwitches, fruit, sweets (eclairs, cookies, croissants, chocolate spread/jam etc.). We had 2 rooms, one double on the first floor and one studio on the third floor. We couldn’t wait to leave from there. Studio on the upper floor had a very strong toilet drainage system smell, and it was not replaced. Hotel fare from the sea, and people were swimming in the duck pond. The rooms are big, separate bathrooms for each room, balcony overlooking the garden and seaview, the hosts were very friendly, it is close to both Beaches in Sozopol, silend area, the beds were also more comfortable.

It was clean, very friendly staff, it is very close to the beach and also close to old town for evening walks, they have their own restaurant with a disconut for those who stay there. The breakfast is varied and you can ask for several portions if not enough. There is also underground parking at extra charge which is better then leaving the car on the side of the road on public parking.

The buildings and the common grounds are amortized and not well maintained. It’s wet and slippery around the pools. The restaurants are expensive for the quality of the food and the location. The apartment we rented was nice. There are several pools on the property, but if you don’t rent an apartment directly from the reception, you have to pay for the the pool and beach chairs.

There was a little bit of detail missing in the hotel, such as the kettle which is listed and no sheets, which I'm sure would have been easily resolved, but as a stop over we didnt. We had a great stay! The employees were nice, cleaning every day, nice rooms and amazing location. The shower tap was very sensitive and could benefit from renovation.
