The pool and spa are wonderful and the location right on the sea garden and beach is great. It's a big hotel but we felt very at home. Definitely recommend it and thank you for a wonderful stay

A bit out of the way for the main part of the city. Beach a long way down. Room facing the sea in distance but a lot of traffic noise

Situated between city center and the beach hotel offers nice stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. It's location makes public parking difficult, there is private one around 400 m from the hotel

New, clean, friendly, quiet, overlooking the Sea Garden and the sea itself. From the backside - a nice and quiet view to the inner yards of neighbouring buildings. Good breakfast!

The location of hotel is by the green park on Bourgas beach and close to the main road (one might be unhappy due to the noise), near city centre, rail station and bus station

Perfect location to explore the Sea Gardens, Port area and into the city. Rooms are good and the staff were really helpful.

The pool, sauna, and gym were all fantastic, and the elevator was fast even for the upper floors. Staff were extremely helpful — they even cooked for us after the kitchen had closed when we arrived late

Wonderful hotel, really conveniently located in the centre of the city and still only 25 minutes from the airport. The selection for breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly and the rooms well equipped

Parking is in an open spot on a central pedestrian street, so the car is not protected, and cleanliness could be slightly improved (some spilled coffee near the air conditioner wasn’t cleaned)

That's one of the few places around where you can have really good time. Hotel has been currently refurbished and it was done pretty good. Food is above average with no extraordinary jems

It is in the middle of the park really near to the beach, also you have a bus stop that can take you easy to nesebar and other city. It look more like a place perfect for family that want to go to the sea

I've been to extremely crappy hotels around the world and I haven't complained. When I checked in here and I saw the disgusting old room I almost ran away. I only stayed because of the great sea view.

The hotel location is in the park of the city. Very quite and 3 min walk from the find sandy beach. There is bus stop 5 min walk to visit the city center if not with own car

Avoid if you prefer peace, quiet, and undisturbed sleep during your stay, as it's extremely noisy, specially at night, due to the proximity of the beach bars and discos

The most beautiful place to stay all year round! Lovely owners - they are the most kind and warm people in Bulgaria! The best value for money, also all year round, and the most spectacular 180 degrees views of the Black Sea from you balcony and picture window!!!

A place like a piece of Heaven

Its position is 10/10 being approximately 100 yards from the beach and is located at the start of the Burgas Sea Garden and close to many restaurants

"Clean and comfy hotel in city centre, 50m from beach. We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Promenade. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel

Complimentary water was also freely available in every area of the hotel and all the staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel only appears to have 5 rooms so the attention to detail speaks for itself

I recently stayed at villa Promenade, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff

The hotel had a gym and sauna plus a well equipped free to use kitchen should you want to use it. There was a relaxing cosy lounge and a sweet little outside courtyard area

The dishes are great, really tasty and the breakfast variety was highly appreciated by us, everything was sooo delicious. Most of all I loved the fact that I could bring my dog with us
