My girlfriend and I were very impressed with everything. The staff was incredibly kind, something you rarely see these days! A perfect place to relax! And as for the cleanliness of the rooms, it was simply incredibly clean! We would do it again next year!❤️

Great location, very nice owner, clean, cozy, quiet and well-maintained place, the amusement park is nearby but not noisy, the beach is 10 minutes away, there is also a shop next to the hotel, we were very satisfied.

This is the third year in a row we have been visiting this wonderful hotel. Location, cleanliness, attitude of the always smiling owner, everything is top notch! Another important thing is that there is a large public parking lot in front of the hotel, and a large paid parking lot behind the hotel. I recommend the place with both hands!

I hadn't visited Primorsko in a long time and I was pleasantly charmed. We were greeted kindly and warmly at the "Little Housewife". I highly appreciate the fact that they cleaned and changed the towels every day. Comfortable beds, pillows for everyone - from small to huge, the air conditioners made the apartment feel like winter. I also liked the unobtrusive presence of the staff. They sent us off with a beautiful gesture - a souvenir to remember. I am happy to recommend it as a place to stay and relax.

When we booked a room at Malkata Stopanka 5 years ago, we left without any intention.
We were greeted by a smiling and radiant lady.
Clean, quiet, cozy.
Now, we recommend it to everyone.

Family hotel "Makata Stopanka" is a great place to relax. You are welcomed by a kind and radiant hostess who always makes sure that your vacation remains unforgettable. The most important thing is that he achieves this by being kind to people. She is very dedicated. And the hotel shines with cleanliness. It is cleaned every day. It is in a very good location - very close to the north beach and the city center. We are very satisfied with everything. I recommend it to anyone who loves the sea.

It will not be an exaggeration if I say that this is the best place to stay in Primorsko. Daily cleaning of the rooms. Extremely friendly and smiling staff. Wonderful conditions. And all this at a very good price.

A very pleasant place to rest in the beloved Primorsko. It has all the necessary amenities. Close to the two beaches /about 5-7 minutes on foot/, the center, restaurants, etc. There is a large free parking lot right in front of the hotel. The hostess is very kind and smiling. We recommend!

We are extremely satisfied with our holiday at the guest house "The Small Landlady". Thank you for the wonderful and kind treatment we received from the staff! The hygiene is at a more than excellent level, and the rooms are wonderful! We will definitely do it again next year! 🥰

The hotel is wonderful. Very clean, towels are changed every two days. Both beaches are very close. There is air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room. The hostess is extremely kind and responsive. I strongly recommend the hotel! We will definitely come back again, thank you for everything Marina, we are very satisfied!

A cozy and comfortable place to stay. Smiling reception clean and friendly atmosphere, quiet and peaceful - ideal for families with small and older children, close to entertainment, 300 metres from the beach. "Little lady," and all the staff were polite and helpful. Of departure we received as a gift ;) - Happy family of Gabrovo

I can not fault this place, from booking to arrival it is fantastic. The team and particularly Pavlina is simply a great example of great Hospitality. Great location, value for money, quietness, room comfort, large balconies, aircon, and Wifi all are of a great quality and speed. Loved it
