We have visited this hotel complex several times, but we have never stayed at the hotel. We specifically come only for the SPA, so my low rating applies solely to the SPA. That said, the territory is very large and beautiful, and I’m sure it’s a wonderful place to spend time overall.

That being said, I would like the SPA staff to turn on the steam room and saunas in advance. If you come to the sauna at 9 or 10 a.m., it is cold and not heated at all, which is very disappointing—especially considering that the SPA’s working hours begin at 9 a.m., if I’m not mistaken. The heating should be turned on beforehand so that guests can arrive and enjoy a properly heated sauna.

In reality, we just swam in the pool and warmed up under a hot shower.

Third time staying in this complex. Although it's maybe 20 years old ,we still really like it ,especially the saunas, the Russian baths, the indoor pool the outdoor pools when they're open, the several restaurants and it's proximity to Ravda ,which is a quieter relatively local seaside town, though still making its living from us tourists.Also ,it's Bulgarian culture ,which is pleasantly different from further West, more affordable and also probably more in need of our tourist pounds.

Great and big wellness and 25m inside pool (outside is also a lot pools).many different saunas also great Russia Baňa.
Fantastic massage of legs from Christo.
And nice soil cave.

The massage was amazing. We did the experience with the bath - and the water was extremely hot so if you're sensitive to heat be careful and ask for less hot water. But the massage and exfoliating scrub was 10/10

I like the place very family oriented. The room had beoken furniture and we wanted a double bed and received two single beds, very common thing in Bulgaria. The restaurant breakfast was very good and the personnel's attitude very attentive. The passage to the ⛱️ beach was not well signed and we lost some time to reach the public beach and we never got to find the private access. As the path Signaled was closed so thats why I put a one point less. The rest is good. It looks s bit outdated rooms doors and bathroom furniture with issues in our case. Besides that all fine. Also note the access to the hotel parking was impossible always full, but luckily we could park easily nearby at 100m.
