Menada Ravda Apartments in Ravda

We stayed at Marina Cape (Menada is just an intermediary who bought out some of the rooms) from 20 to 29.07.22. The Marina Cape complex is positioned as a 4-star hotel, and Menada probably took advantage of this, since their level barely reaches 2 stars. But in order: Pros: nice territory, 2 separate swimming pools, each of which has children's pools, the sea is not far away, on the territory there are a couple of cafes, a bar, a mini-market, a store with marine accessories, clothes, a beauty salon, a spa and a gym (for a fee). The room has its own mini-kitchen (stove, refrigerator, sink, kettle, utensils for cooking and eating, detergent with a sponge), air conditioning, a boiler. The towels were clean. It's not too far to walk to the sea (from building 32 - about 10-12 minutes). Cons: to check into the room you have to go 8 km for the keys, pay additional tourist fees (moreover, they also asked children aged 1 and 2 to pay, although, as we later found out, this fee should not be charged from them), leave a deposit of 50 euros (exactly euros, not leva). The furniture in the room is quite outdated. We have a table in front of the bed all chipped. Probably, it was intended for a TV, but there is no TV in the room. The room is not cleaned, at your service there is a mop, broom, or for an additional fee. Change of linen and towels - also not provided. At the reception, in response to our request for a change of towels, they said that representatives of Menada would contact us and resolve the issue, but no one contacted us, and no one answers their both contact phone numbers. Wi-Fi - no (although for vacationers from Marina Cape Wi-Fi in the rooms is free). There is no safe. Hair dryer, shower curtain - no. For 9 days for 2 adults and 1 child they left 2 rolls of toilet paper, 4 bars of soap. There were no garbage bags. The linen and blankets were not all clean. There is no phone in the room. If you have an organizational issue, you are unlikely to be able to solve it unless you go to the Menada office yourself. Several rooms were being renovated on our floor, and a drill was making noise about every other day. And in some rooms there were dogs, so at 6 am they were also making noise. The area near the pools, alas, is poorly cleaned, cigarette butts, clumps of hair with garbage and leaves are lying around near the umbrellas and sun loungers in the morning. We were under the same umbrella for several days, so we saw the same pile of garbage all this time. There is no separate parking, so the territory of the complex is densely filled with parked cars. The beach area by the sea is not serviced by the hotel. No sun loungers, no awnings. Seaweed from the shore is periodically cleaned. To sum it up: I would not recommend this hotel, in particular booking a room through the Menada organization. There is no service, it is absolutely not worth the money. I have never seen a worse hotel (we were in Greece a month ago, and there the hotel with 1 star was incredibly better).
