Aparthotel Cote D'Azure

If there was a 3.5 i would have gone to that but we did encounter a few problems .... When we arrived they were very very friendly... Taking us to the room making the second bed etc etc.. we noticed a folder which obviously had the rules etc in.... If l'm honest we read it and panicked thinking we would be blamed for everything... So with that we took photos of every inch of the place just to be sure... including a walk around video... yes it scared us that much. The room was a lovely size and the main bed was quite nice with a mattress protector on .... Quite rare in Bulgaria, the sofa turned to the other bed, quite uncomfortable according to my daughter but not too bad. The kitchen had a microwave, a couple of hobs and a fridge. A broom and a mop in the apartment too. Each day they paid less and less attention to us, almost avoiding us which we thought was odd, none of their advertised facilities were set up, so no restaurant ... Pool area closed all deck chairs etc away.. the mini gym was used for storing things. We had several full days of no water at all... almost like it was a regular thing when the water would be off.... I think if they had told the truth in the first place we wouldn't have been so upset about it. But they tried to pass it off as being an hour and then back up and running and that simply wasn't true. The the boiler leaked in the bathroom, totally filling buckets of water which was fixed in about 2 days, but considering we were there for 2 weeks it just felt like problem after problem with something water related. I'm not recommending the hotel for these reasons and the fact it's quite away from anything and if you're out in the dark it's down some dingy spots... walking around on dirt tracks with iPhone torches on and at pace through wooded areas wasn't much fun.
