I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and I can say it was quite a strange experience. We didn’t pay much, so we weren’t expecting luxury, but some aspects were not the most pleasant. Since the receptionist didn’t give us all the necessary information at check-in, we had to go back and ask about breakfast times, where it’s served, when check-out is, and if they could refill the soap in the room, as the dispenser was empty. That wasn’t a big issue.
After the second night, housekeeping stopped coming, so we went to the reception ourselves to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. The interaction was pleasant, the receptionist apologized and said she would report the situation. Probably upset that we complained, the cleaning staff just threw some towels on the bed the next day, changed the trash, and tossed a roll of toilet paper somewhere, without bothering to vacuum the floor, even though it is a beachside hotel. Still, we didn’t say anything, it didn’t seem that bad.
On the day we had to check out, which is at 12 PM, and we were told housekeeping starts between 12 and 3 PM, one of the cleaning ladies barged into our room at 10 AM. Even though the door was locked and we shouted that we were inside and changing clothes, she came in anyway. So, be prepared with a lot of patience.
Breakfast was abundant, but the food was poor. I only touched 2 or 3 things, mostly out of hunger, nothing impressive. At least the coffee was good and there were fresh fruits. That’s something.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location, right next to the beach, the low price, and also the pool, which was a useful alternative when the wind was too strong at the beach. Although, the pool water was extremely cold for this time of year. The reception staff is quite nice, although they are clearly trying to cover for the shortcomings of the other employees.

Liked · Awesome view from he apartment and terrace/balcony. Very comfortable bed. Helpful hosts. Probably most convenient place in New Nessebar for the beach and reaching the Old Nessebar. Great pool. Definitely recommend and will be back if in Nessebar. 2-5 minutes walk to supermarket. 2-5 minutes to the beach. 10-15 to Old Nessebar. Do not miss Street Otec Paisij - best place to get wuality and at the same affordable restaurants (3-10 minutes walk). My suggestion - White Rose restaurant.

Disliked · There were no broom to wipe sand which comes from the beach. Microwave would be very convenient, but there was not.Bathroom with at least curtains would be much more convenient. And one roll of toilet paper is definitely inconvenient. I understand we have to buy it, but just in case all the time You have to provide a second, just in case.

Hotel is actually ok, but depending on who is in duty , service can be ridiculeous. It is not an high end hotel, but ok fuctionning air conditionning, clean, good beds . The pool is cold and place can be hard to find in season. The good thing is that it is located a few steps from the beach, a quick walk to the old city and close to Bus stop and restaurants. So overall ok , but not up high standard

My favorite hotel in Nessebar. I will definitely be coming back next year! The apartments are the best choice, especially for longer stays. The hotel and its staff are most welcoming, there are many options for an extremely comfortable stay. There's great care for the customer and you have freedom to order food from different places.

Great hotel with great service and great management. Spacious apartments. Amazing sea views. Underground parking. Steps to the beach. Steps to the promenade. Steps to stores and restaurants. Clean pool with a view. If you have requests, the staff is very responsive. The rooms are well cleaned. Very kids friendly and baby friendly and stroller friendly. Overall, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Our stay in Paradiso overall was very good. Hotel located just opposite a beach and a walking distance from Old town. We had a double room, very spacious with lots of storage. Towels changed every day and room cleaned. We’ve been to the pool just once as water was cold. Breakfast option was good yet every day the same food so a bit boring. Next time we would probably prefer to go out to nearby cafes as there are plenty around. I can definitely recommend the hotel as it is perfect location for families.

The only good thing is the location, the rest is very bad. The apartment is delivered to you dirty, with a roll of toilet paper and a set of towels. If you want more towels you have to wait three days and if you want more paper you buy it yourself. The pool is for hotel use, you can go but it is not really for the apartments. I do not recommend it at all.

Would not recommend at all. The hot water was running out fast in an 2 bedroom apartment. The staff is pretty rude, I was asked not to touch the remote control in the lobby. Definitely not coming back!
