The food is horrible and check the small print on the all inclusive deal as it's not the same when you arrive.
I gave it 2 stars still because of the cleanliness of the rooms and how lovely all the staff are.
Considering HDP level of the region, hotel is really, really fine.
The outside area is heavily shaded by tree's but this doesn't allow the pool to get warm. The hotel is opposite the bus station and only a 10 minutes walk from sunny beach center. If you arrive by car you have to pay LV 10 per day. The hotel is very cheap for a stay and will stay again.
The bar is ok with limited drinks and the atmosphere is made by the guests.
They didn't clean the rooms in 4 days. We ran out of toilet paper and clean towels.I asked the cleaning lady to clean the room and she said "Tomorow !". We washed the towels ourselves.
We have only a light bulb, next to the bed, working.
The shower gets full of water every time we use it. The balcony door was fixed the 5th day. Now we can use the air conditioning.
All the personel is bored.
THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE !!! All Inclusive is not All Inclusive. We were told is "All Inclusive Light". Free drinks are juice, beer, water, tea. I've posted a picture with the rules.
