The location and view are great. I booked the all-inclusive but there is not much to use in the evening. The food served for dinner needs improvement.

I left my bag with new cosmetics in the belongings room. I asked to keep it for a few weeks. I asked if it was okay and nothing would happen to it. They told me not to worry. I returned to the hotel again for 3 nights. I went to get it and the bag was not there in the morning. I looked again. They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep...

Fantastic hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Cant wait to go back next year. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Its was just ok . Food is 80% pork and not really great prepared. Rooms was nice but not clean and housekeeping not really care to clean daily. Pool is very cold so better go beach there water warmer.

This hotel Is good and funny, The room Is beauty and confortabile. And the pool Is good with the games room,spa and all. But the service isn't very good because they don't ask indication and don't give help at the people.

Was really nice holiday, sincerely I don't know why the rating is so low, it's perfect for family's, food is good, the room was clean and large. The children had a great time.

A wonderful hotel with plenty of pools for us to use unfortunately weather was not on our side so ended up in the indoor pool which was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful could do with smiling a bit more though. Beach was across the road from the hotel did not use though in the height of the summer this area would very busy and wonderful, we made the best of what we had and had a fab time

This hotel was amazing the food was great and plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful although could smile more, rooms were lovely light and cheery and comfy. The area was lovely and we did some trips out which were fab even though it was the end of season, didn’t get to try out any of the outside pools but the indoor one was amazing.

Absolutely top notch hotel! We really couldn’t fault the food, the cleanliness, the staff, everything was spot on. Housekeeping every day, food always fresh and hot. It’s a bit far from the centre of sunny beach, but it was a lovely walk with lots of bars and shops along the way. I will definitely be booking here again!

Just came back from 10 night at this hotel and we enjoyed every minute of it! The rooms are slightly dated but more than enough for what we needed. Went for a week's fly and flop holiday. Weather was amazing, not too hot. Hotel was tucked away at the end of Sunny Beach ***** so its a bit quieter than the rest of it. There is a little noddy train that tales you from one end to the other for approx 6 Lev (will be euros from Jan 26) along the promenade. Can't say enough good things about this resort hotel. First of all, the location is perfect. It's on the north side of Sunny Beach, away from much of the touristy/divey shopping and bars and stuff, which are fun...but better to be a little removed from that stuff for where you stay. Nice rooms generously equipped with everything you will probably need. Downside for me was the perpetual party music. We visited the hotel in mid-September. Room 332 was in perfect condition with no mold, no stains, no defects. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The hotel met all our expectations. The entire hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Everyone is very helpful. The food is delicious. The room was very clean. Every day, the cleaning staff came to change the towels and tidy up. The food was excellent, varied and very tasty. The staff were kind and attentive. Food was good and plenty of options. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. The entertainment staff were amazing and worked together extremely well as a team. The pools were beautiful, but very cold! The bar served a great selection of cocktails and other drinks!

We love the hotel! The room was big enough for our needs. The hotel is situated on a great place. The area is big and pretty green. You can go to Sunny Beach walking. We haven't been on a vacation in Bulgaria for the past 5 years and we are very happy with our choice.

It is a great place for a family. We rested there late in August 2021. Entertainment, sport activities, animators for kids, the own beach. The food is various and tasty. I would recommend the hotel to include in its entertaining program for adults discos, besides concerts, games and performances.

This was in most respects, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate throughout, and spacious inside and out. The dining experience was excellent and staff always attentive. The room (415) was enormous and beautifully fitted out with a full sea view from the large balcony. The only gripe was that we couldn't get the excellent looking TV to do anything at all. Great hotel adults only, comfortable beds and room service is available and fridge made up daily, staff are lovely, food is good plenty of variety. Excellent hotel facilities, staff impeccable in the bars and restaurants. Through lovely weather and storm days everyone helped. The location is ideal near the end of Sunny Beach to the quieter end at Sveti Vlas and the historic town of Nessebar, a bus ride away. Highly recommended .Thanks to all staff for a great stay

Immaculate spotless hotel. Absolutely stunning. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I do feel however they could cater a bit more for the English however you will not starve. Food is plentiful. Along with AMAZING ice cream and cakes. Beds are comfortable but do tend to slide apart. The pillows are like clouds to sleep on Absolutely lush. Overall the hotel deserves a 10/10 . Would i return here...
