Hotels with pool in Sunny Beach

Cleanliness: We were given new towels every time we needed it, and the folded our bedsheets every morning, not sure if they changed it. We had to remove two bugs from the room. Luckily, there were no bed bugs

A very nice hotel with a nice pool, and amazing staff. The manager and her staff goes the extra mile to satisfy all the customers. She's so friendly and serviceminded. The whole staff is very helpful

The pool area was quite and nice with a restaurant and a bar. No complaints 👌 but what took my heart was the staff. They were ALL really nice and helpful from the housekeepers to the manager

5min walk from the beach (I counted) and 5 min walk to the main, busy street. The hotel is a little outdated but super charming and it has everything you need. Breakfast buffet was good, rooms were good and clean

Our room satisfied our expectations. And the breakfast is very very nice. The hotel is near the beach🏖 and the it's very central to everything. I will recommend this hotel from the bottom of my heart ♥

If u want a busy, noisy and kinda like a party hotel, this is NOT for you. If want a family-friendly hotel, nice and quiet, I recommend Olymp Hotel 100%

The pool bartender, Krystian and Ertan made excellent drinks (and told quite a few jokes as well :D ) Overall a stay to be remembered warmly!

Helpful, kind and attentive, they have answered a myriad of questions and are going to hire mobility scooters for us for the 2 days we want to explore the promenade, the pub I mentioned being too far for my friend to walk and my wheelchair doesn’t lock so I can’t let it out of my sight, and the slopes are more than the 6 degrees my wheelchair is meant to cope with

However turn left from the boardwalk and you’re heading straight to the centre with the usual clothes, handbags and souvenirs, but then turning left into another little alleyway there is a pub selling food and drinks with outdoor seating which is what my friend and I were looking for

It may be that some of the closed places serve coffee and have seating but not this early in the season. We are staying at the Melia sunny beach hotel and this review is being written while we are staying there

There’s a zebra crossing here for safety as you have to cross the road. Having got there, the ‘promenade is a little disappointing as there are not sea views and of course my wheelchair can’t run on the beach

I just had to write a review I am so impressed. My 83 year old friend and I arrived to a very warm welcome and we’ve been cared for like royalty, the staff could not be better

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No way I am ever staying here

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

The hotel also has a good DJ, as well as the chef who makes delicious burgers!, Ground floor shop, Billiards, and pool bar!Umbrellas and sunbeds can also be taken at Ultra all inclusive or directly on the beach,At the pool beds and sunbeds for everyone!The rooms are cleaned every day, it is a hotel for all ages! The hotel attracts with a large number of cozy and clean rooms. Clean thoroughly and promptly. I personally have no complaints at all.

Appearance gorgeous, but for a 5 star hotel a lot of minuses-the rooms, the corridors have not seen the repair. Linen and towels are changed rarely, the rooms are also clean rarely

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax. The pools and the waterslides were well maintained and fun for the kids. The meals were normal with a good variety for everyone

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

-There are a lot of trash around the pool and sunbeds, because people cannot keep clean. In Aqua park there are many people which are not guests of the hotel and this is very uncomfortable

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

We are currently staying at the Kotva Hotel in Bulgaria, and we couldn't be more impressed! This is our second visit to Sunny Beach, and Kotva Hotel is definitely the winner

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

2nd trip to this hotel and still brilliant, location is fantastic, close to many bars and places to eat, you get 10% off at aura which was lovely, found a cracking bar 5 mins from hotel called the pub opposite the red lion at back of grand hotel food really cheap 6 lev for an Omelette and drinks are really cheap, big screens for football aswel, only 10 mins from the strip, big pool area though does...

We went all inclusive and the food was lovely, good variety of drinks and alcoholic drinks, everything is so close to the hotel, rooms are clean and staff are pleasant apart from the waiter in the bar by the pool, he has been abit nasty a couple of times because he couldn't understand me, I got upset and I think someone had a word, and the lobby toilet stinks thats the only things I have had a problem...

Stayed here for 2 nights after our flight home was cancelled; they gave us a room with no hassle at all; went bed and breakfast even though our previous hotel was all inclusive; breakfast selection not vast but satisfied us; rooms are spacious very clean; sea view amazing but you get noise from bars so not for everyone would definitely stay here again in future

Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray

We had an absolutely fantastic time, Rooms cleaned everyday, staff were really helpful, asked for a kettle for our Room it was there within 10 minutes 😀

You can find two shallow pools for children and one deeper for those who can swim. There are holes in pool underwater wall so you can swim through (nice attraction for elder children)

Water is the pool is perfectly clean and warm. Hrizantema is a good 4* Bulgarian hotel with an excellent pool area and close to a nice beach where you aren’t for forced to hire a sunbeds

Sunbed wars happened daily, there is a rule about no towels being allowed to be on the beds until 10am but after our 3rd day we realised everyone was doing it and it became difficult to get a decent spot where we could see our children

The pool itself is pretty dangerous in parts due to loose floor tiles, all of us got cuts on feet, knees & hands so this really needs looking at, also a chair that is in the pool along the bar, one is missing a seat, leaving the metal pole in the water freestanding, but not very noticeable until close up & its very sharp, this could be a accident waiting to happen

Refusing to give towels, shouting at us in Bulgarian knowing we couldn't understand what they were saying, they would then talk to each other whilst we were still standing there refusing to leave until we were given towels

Absolutely fantastic, lovely, friendly staff, very clean room, plenty of space for sunbeds, food great. Couldn't fault anything apart from the later in September you go the evening entertainment is a bit poor.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Clean and tidy rooms, the water in the pool is clear. The food served in the hotel restaurant is delicious, every dish was very tasty, huge selection of different meals

Burgers chicken salads are all provided as snacks just a few to mention. The bar was fully stocked with lots of drinks good quality and these were available when we needed them obviously they close during the night

The evening entertainment is almost non -existent unless you like a music quiz every night, probably one of the poorest entertainment i have ever seen. The sea view room is recommended as it has a great view

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

Music or entertainment every night, the only bad thing about the holliday was, it poured down with rain one night and we had to watch the entertainment inside

The pool areas are so clean and you can either go to the lively one with music or a quiet one round the back. We didn’t go to the evening entertainment because we could hear it from our balcony and it sounded amazing

We stayed at the imperial resort hotel in bulgaria, for 7 nights , my only regret is , i should of booked to stay longer , we were treated like royalty 👑, the management and staff were lovely, the range of food and drinks were fabulous, the hotel its self had a friendly atmosphere, and was very clean , we would definitely come back again to this beautiful country and fabulous hotel

We have laughed from the moment we got here and we can't thank Rado and his team enough for making our stay extra special. The room was lovely and clean and this was replenished daily

The pools were great, cold, but you great for cooling you down. The hotel was in a great position, close to the action, but not too close. Plenty of bars and restaurants around if you wanted to eat out

The decor in the room could've done with brightening up but it was very clean and towels/bedding were changed most days

I recently visited this hotel with my family, I found the overall experience to be top notch, hotel Neptun offers an amazing food selection and is situated in the perfect location to fully enjoy Sunny Beach, the hotel and rooms were kept absolutely spotless and the staff were both kind and helpful to myself and my family, if you are looking for a fun relaxing all inclusive hotel I couldn't recommend...

the pool bar staff were so obliging and there food was delicious the toasties and cakes are definitely some thing you should try we will be back going to book for next year but please can we have a double bed?

Shout out to the staff at the pool bar they are great, I loved the 2girls & man who served sandwiches & ice cream. The hotel is ideal for families rooms are spacious & cleaned daily

the sauna was great very private Which was nice we are over 75 the reception staff was great especially Krastyn he couldn’t do enough for you thanks once again Krastyn for your help. Had a lovely room cleaned every day

The hotel is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and cared for with great attention to detail – from the rooms to all common areas. You can truly see the pride they take in keeping everything perfect

Food is also quite good, personally I enjoyed. Big swimming pool with few slides. Nice snack bar and evening show. You can expect communication with staff in either of 4 languages, Russian, English, German or Bulgarian

We have enjoyed vacations at this resort. To consider, easy acces to the beach and you can go over the sand dunes or to follow nice street with many small shops. Rooms are good as price/quality

The hotel it's very clean, professional staff, the food is very delicious and has a great variety. Perfect for families but also great place to relax for single people

The entertainment is nice, different games & shows during the day! Pool is also nice with lots of sunbeds & clean pool. There is a sauna & small small gym but its good enough

They cleaned it every day, changed the towels. We had a coffee machine and a tea kettle, which I liked. The pool was very big and there were some animation activities

On the downside, the hotel can get noisy in the evenings, and the air conditioning isn’t always strong enough on very hot days. The pool area is lively but often crowded, so it’s best to grab a sunbed early

The animation team does a fantastic job keeping both kids and adults engaged — from pool games and mini discos to evening shows and themed events

Kids seem to love the mini club, while adults can join in the fun or just relax with a drink by the pool

The pool is again dated but clean we didn’t have any issues really with this hotel. We paid £350 each for all inclusive

The hotel is no longer 4 star I would place it at 2 or 3 at best for the money it delivers it’s old and needs a little tlc we have done 2 luxury breaks this was a quick getaway location is great 10 min walk from local bus stops and sunny beach I can highly recommend this as a budget friendly break away

Overall, the hotel is in a very good location, food okay but very monotonous, very poor and bad Breakfast, paid Parking, wi-fi surcharge, duźy problem with leźakami the pool, which is busy in the evening

After reading reviews all I was expecting was clean the hotel is dated 90s style but we found it to be clean in all areas the room was dated but clean comfortable

After waking in the morning the room was clean and the musty smell had gone apart from the stain on the 90s sofa I’d just bin these replace. Apart from the hotel rooms being extremely dated we have slept well

It is not 4star anymore it’s an older hotel I would put it at a 2 3 star which reflects the price you pay we got a great deal meaning if we didn’t like the food we could always eat out

Because i loved it and i loved the mac donalds food it was gorgeous and the nice cold pool at promorie is so nice and cool but the food in the hotel is horrible so I'm gonna give you I think I'll give yah about 3/5 only because the food was disgusting in the hotel and our rooms weren't clean clean so yah giving it 3/5?????????????????????????????????????

I just checked out of the hotel today and these are my impressions. I note that I am not a demanding person. apartment is spacious and functional, it has two terraces 2

towels and toilet paper are changed daily, garbage is taken out, there are no bugs, not even mosquitoes

Good location, close to the sea. The food was really good dispite the previous reviews. Clean room, nice sea-view if you chose the sea-view room. As a minus was the missing wi-fi

Overall a place where I can chose to stay again in the future

the location is excellent, the place itself is beautiful The hotel is 4/5 for me, great for simple people. I went with my family, my husband and two children, they have the same impressions as me

Just a few negatives I want to point out maybe I'm being fussy but I like to review honestly. The pool towels it was a bit of a lottery weather you would get a nice one or a thread bare tatty one

As a Black solo traveler, I was initially unsure about visiting Sunny Beach due to hearing about potential racism. However, this hotel made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my stay

The room was clean and tidy, and I found the beds quite comfortable. What stood out to me was the staff — they come from different countries and treated everyone equally

Coke zero for 3 of our 9 days holiday there was no coke zero and none of the staff were able to tell us when it would be back on so we ended up having to spend a lot of money at the shop buying our own

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Food is tasty, fresh and quite diverse. I like the pool and the fact that there are many sunbeds. It is a nice surprise that the drinks are actually very strong!

Manegment is always happy to help and is a great individual. There are plenty of sunbeds and never been a time we don’t get one. Music is always on round the pool which is lovely

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the pool area was very clean and relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and cheerful, ideal for a vacation. We’ll definitely come back next summer!

Check-in is at 2:30 pm, so if you arrive earlier, they give you a bracelet and you can relax by the pools or go to lunch

After reading mixed reviews I was very unsure what to expect however the hotel is exactly like the picture so instagramable and beautiful. It is very clean and stafff are lovely and will go above and beyond

Bar is open 24hrs and there was plenty of sunbeds but hardly any normal chairs and the ones occupied had some colourful characters on them (you know the 1s I'm talking about, overweight women in a black swim suit covered in nasty faded tattoos with teen daughters who have got kids)

Loved it,nothing to much trouble,clean rooms,even had a emergency alarm in the shower room,breakfast not to good,but pleanty of cafes around,pool was a good size,fab music on around the pool,will be back

Cleaners will barge into your room a 8 or 9 in the morning without warning so beware if you and the Mrs are having giggity giggity. Beach is a ten minute walk away and friends bar across the road is highly recommended

So of for a quick shower and shave!!! The shower floor was sinking into floor and I'm only 12 stone. I thought I was going to end up in the room below me. Then the shaving mirror fell of in my hand next to the sink

Night-time is awful as there is no entertainment so people make up there own until 3-4 o'clock in the morning then the drunks come back so don't expect much sleep. Trust me on this 1 it is really is that bad

If you just want to use it as a base like I did then it's OK. Value for money??? For £500 B/B for 10 days it was OK but look elsewhere if you planning on spending ££££s overall 6/10

The food is very good, I think everyone will find something to enjoy (as in previous reviews, I confirm – the pizza is delicious). The bar is near the pool and serves very good drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages

The downside is the entertainment, which is actually very limited. There is supposedly an entertainment schedule, but the animators don't stick to it, and it's clear they're not very engaged in their work

Sunny beach is a modern touristic resort with lots of hotels and a super beach. But there is plenty to see and do dust a short distance away

I stayed at the above-mentioned hotel with my family for 10 days. The hotel is in a good location, about a 12-minute walk to the beach. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained

Reception very friendly and chatty (if you wanted to). Pool area clean, food constantly refreshed, plates cleared away. Decent food choices, lovely daily fresh salad. I would call it a 3 star hotel

I enjoyed my time at the Izola. My room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily (which felt excessive these days!) Staff started early and cleaning throughout the day
