Rooms cleaned daily and comfortable, pay the extra for a sea view, it really is worth waking up each day to view of the beach and the sea

Both pools are easily 40 meters across, great for any keep fit fanatics for the early morning swim. The hotel is really child friendly, the lifts go from any floor all the way down to pool level, so no stairs

There is a kids club, a kids pool attached to the right hand pool, there is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. The areas round both pools are so big that you never feel crowded

Our kids especially loved the big pool and the kids’ area. One of the highlights for us was the bar – the bartender with the curly hair (Vlado, I think?) was a real star

We stayed for a week at DIT Majestic with our two kids and had an awesome time. The hotel is clean, right on the beach, and the food was solid with plenty of variety

Honestly a great place to be, great clean rooms, new figures made from towels left in room everyday, daily room cleans to keep them clean and tidy, great food and wide variety to please all eaters, wonderful friendly staff working hard to keep the restaurant clean, hard working entertainers keeping all guests smiling and plenty of sports for those unhappy with just sitting by the pool all day

I have just come back after 11 nights, the food is what you expect for all inclusive and can get tedious, however there is so many choices and 3 great restaurants, the rooms are very good and very clean, some staff struggle with English but are polite and helpful, my biggest issue is the life guards ( the fun police) I understand safety but if you push someone in or mess about with your family all...

Pay extra for a pool view if possible ! Worth it as you can see all the action. And the stage in the evening from most balconys. Hard to get a seat for entertainment. Lots going on outside the hotel

The bar staff were awesome ( Askbar and Christian) and reception always so helpful. Beach was lovely with plenty of seating and a nice snack bar! Food was always edible with many restaurants to choose from

I have fussy teens so they were questioning the cooking of the meats but I’ve not heard any complaints. We aren’t a family who return to the same resorts but I would recommend! Even in the busiest season it ran smoothly

We stayed at Melia Sunny Beach in July and found it to be overwhelmingly busy with very few areas for adults to relax. The resort consists of three large hotel buildings each with its own reception

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening

Reminds me of Cesar Palace in Vegas. Not a style that I would like to see at sea location. Original interior, but not for me. Pool is basically outside and is over shadowed by the building. No way I am ever staying here

They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen...

The all-in is literally all-in. food and drinks all day long and even snacks at night. several bars ranging from beach bar to pool bar ,open till 1800. I received an awesome room with big balcony facing the sea

Cleanliness from the room was not the best. but that's probably due to the carpet floor. And the inner pool area is amazing

Burgers chicken salads are all provided as snacks just a few to mention. The bar was fully stocked with lots of drinks good quality and these were available when we needed them obviously they close during the night

At 6pm is the sound of a million whistles telling u to get out the pool they are so aggressive and the towel guy is seriously angry all the time, u can only change ur towel from 4-5 which is annoying, do say no reservation on sunbeds but there is towels on every bed,very hard to get a sunbed

The hotel and staff were amazing very helpful and friendly. clean rooms nice size plenty of storage space and a small balcony

Very close to the boardwalks which takes you to the incredible beach. Although we stayed very much out of season, the hotel remained quite busy

Had a wonderful stay at imperial hotel in sunny beach all the staff where extremely pleasant especially Rado who couldn’t do enough for you made our stay amazing and extremely helpful on our last day with where to freshen up before transfer to the airport what facilities where still available to us on our all inclusive my advice if you leaving late the all inclusive is only available for the lunchtime...

The rooms are cleaned every day top service. The bar staff can't do enough for you . The swimming pool is very warm and cleaned every day

Lots of space around the hotel and activities to keep guests busy throughout the day. The beach was just a 5 minute walk away with beautiful views. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future it was brilliant

We went as a family for the first time to Bulgaria, we wish we had of came a week earlier as a lot of places-trips were closing for the season, but with that in mind we still found things to do with our family

Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray

Stayed at worst places, location right next to the beach, bars are right next to the hotel, if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs, rooms facing the sea are the ones affected, we were round the back Room was clean , shower was amusingly low !,bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen clean, room was cleaned daily to a good standard, cleaner's were friendly and spoke

Amazing location, right on the strip at the beach, couldn't ask for anything more! Cleaners in every day, they work so hard. Staff really helpful.

Also door to balcony is in dire need of a service(my job) as it does nit close properly and sealing gasket missing from frame

We went all inclusive and the food was lovely, good variety of drinks and alcoholic drinks, everything is so close to the hotel, rooms are clean and staff are pleasant apart from the waiter in the bar by the pool, he has been abit nasty a couple of times because he couldn't understand me, I got upset and I think someone had a word, and the lobby toilet stinks thats the only things I have had a problem...

We had an absolutely fantastic time, Rooms cleaned everyday, staff were really helpful, asked for a kettle for our Room it was there within 10 minutes 😀

Air cooling system was not working at first night ant it was very hot. After informing receptionist about that she/he did write something on paper, and same for several times

Basic room and amenities(only shower gel and slippers). Poor variety of food and repetitive, but good report price-quality. Pool area was ok.

Also on the territory there is a huge pool, and three bars, a large choice of cocktails, I want to note the bartender Redji will make the best cocktail, the territory of the yard is large is divided into zones, a lot of greenery

A lot of entertainment for children, playground, children's room with different games, as well as not leaving the territory of the hotel you can do tattoo with henna. Thanks for everyone, see u next summer

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

It should be much better place if there are normal guests

Can't say enough good things about this resort hotel. First of all, the location is perfect. It's on the north side of Sunny Beach, away from much of the touristy/divey shopping and bars and stuff, which are fun

We did the full board (breakfast and dinner) and the food was pretty good, not great, but lots of choices! The poolside bar/restaurant was really good. Did dinner there one night - so good

This is a little gem with everything you'll need, including a beautifully appointed spa Austrian style steam house, an outstanding hamam and massage therapist, gym, and indoor pool

Helena's beach access is perfect as well, perfect and secluded from the more touristy areas. Overall, really really great experience

The rooms are immaculately kept, and the food is varied, creative and locally produced, and tables are laid with fresh linen - lovely! I could live on the soups and fresh bread alone! It has a laid-back vibe, great staff, and it is the only hotel I have ever re-visited and will continue to revisit

Vacationing family in 2015 year. Good location, near the sea, good staff and rooms. It is separately possible to speak about the kitchen - excellent. For me personally Kalina garden is the best food of the hotel.

MPM Hotel Kalina Garden is perfectly located — just a few minutes’ walk from Sunny Beach and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful

On the downside, the hotel can get noisy in the evenings, and the air conditioning isn’t always strong enough on very hot days. The pool area is lively but often crowded, so it’s best to grab a sunbed early

Overall, it’s a fun, family-friendly hotel that offers great value and plenty of entertainment — ideal if you’re looking for an energetic, all-inclusive beach break rather than a quiet retreat

Super kitchen, variety of food, most Europeans, a little to go to the sea, the room was good, towels were changed every day. 4stars - confirmation.

The animation team does a fantastic job keeping both kids and adults engaged — from pool games and mini discos to evening shows and themed events

They were constantly cleaning. One area I think needs sorting is the hot tub in the spa area, buttons didnt work, water was murky and the outflow was green. All staff work hard all day every day

Whilst the restaurants and bars have set opening hours the range of food and drinks available are more than enough. The dining room staff are very efficient in clearing the tables sometimes too efficient

Had a fantastic weeks holiday at this hotel, we asked for a quiet room and thats exactly what we got, room was really good, bed comfy

Food choice was extensive constantly refreshed, apart from Sofia in the lobby bar who wouldnt know what a smile is let alone disturb her annoyed look, the staff were friendly and welcoming

The location is perfect with a short walk to the private beach with loungers and umbrellas affording shade and comfort from the heat

Overall, the hotel is in a very good location, food okay but very monotonous, very poor and bad Breakfast, paid Parking, wi-fi surcharge, duźy problem with leźakami the pool, which is busy in the evening

restaurant was to busy ate out most nights & when we did eat in hotel at night not much to choose from not very good at all

The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor

There are many clubs around, the beach is 5 min away. There is a near bus station to visit Nessebar

Food is quite nice and deffo tasty. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Short walk to the beach ( did with a 1 yold and very doable). Overall good experience and would recommend

We have enjoyed vacations at this resort. To consider, easy acces to the beach and you can go over the sand dunes or to follow nice street with many small shops. Rooms are good as price/quality

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

The orange towels were to differ you from other guests, we did ask at reception but told no more as they were waiting on an order for them coming in 🤪🤪🤪

The staff work really hard to maintain the high standard of the hotel, good morning and please and thank you go a long way, manners cost nothing be polite

There was a large pool and a with a swim up bar and easy access to the beach. The entertainment team were brilliant,great fun was had with the daytime activities which enabled us to meet some lovely people

The room was amazing! Super clean and the bed was so comfy! We had our room cleaned every day, the cleaning staff were very friendly and we felt super safe allowing them into our room when we were at the pool

Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes

Which I thought was great of them. Amazing! Snack bar has a great selection of food for eating al fresco during the day. As long as the seagulls don't steal all the hot dogs. Mattresses and pillows very comfy

The animation was amazing! They had different features every night with special guests. The beach was near with enough sun beds and umbrellas.

Animation is good and the show programs are interesting. The sports activies are done nicely and the children are happy.

The beach area - sunbeds are on the second line, most with bird droppings after the night, which no one cleaned. The restaurant is a separate part that spoils all the good impressions of the hotel

First time in bulgaria so First time staying at this hotel and wow is all i can say everything is wonderful from reception to pool we was on the 3rd floor the room is lovely and big food was amazing staff in all areas was great totally recommend this hotel and hopefully we will be back next year

It's not a little issue but everything other was great - hotel services, pool, interiors and exteriors and the 24/7 busy main street of Sunny Beach

Let it be known that the hotel is big and in the height of the season there are too many visitors from different nations, some of whom are too noisy and sometimes with rude manners

The wide terrace was also furnished and overlooked the pool and the iconic Kuban Hotel

Wild sandy beaches are less than 1 km far away and it's impossible to avoid the busy street. Great for bigger families, group of friends etc. Nice place to enjoy vacation day and wild Bulgarian summer nightlife

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh

Pools are loverly,always clean. Close enough to sunny beach to walk but far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise. Could do with having food all the time, not just certain hours of the day

First holiday to Bulgaria Sunny Beach, stayed at the Barcelo Royal Beach, frome the start the staff have been welcoming we arrived late early hours check-in was fast was also given a courtesy food bag with sandwich fruit and water

The pool area has been renovated. But there were not enough sunbeds. A huge shoutout goes to Todor, who was amazing. He makes sure we were comfortable at every stage of our stay

This is my favorite hotel at the Black Sea coast and I’ve been there 5 times so far. The facilities are clean, the food is good, the pools are great, and the sea is nearby. There’s no more to wish for!

We had a 1 bedroom apartment pool facing on the 5th floor we could also see the sea which was fab. The rooms are spacious and clean, maid service everyday

This is our favorite hotel in Sunny Beach and we have been there 17 times. There was a wonderful selection of food to choose from. Unfortunately, the food was always cold, but it was delicious
