Hotels All-inclusive in Sunny Beach

The pool bartender, Krystian and Ertan made excellent drinks (and told quite a few jokes as well :D ) Overall a stay to be remembered warmly!

Food had lots of variety, however food not being served past 9pm was definitely frustrating. Indian restaurant was a nice change up. Constant access to hot & cold drinks was appreciated

Great location, right next to the beach and most importantly excellent service. The animations team really made it a fun stay, even during the days with a bit worse weather

However turn left from the boardwalk and you’re heading straight to the centre with the usual clothes, handbags and souvenirs, but then turning left into another little alleyway there is a pub selling food and drinks with outdoor seating which is what my friend and I were looking for

It may be that some of the closed places serve coffee and have seating but not this early in the season. We are staying at the Melia sunny beach hotel and this review is being written while we are staying there

There’s a zebra crossing here for safety as you have to cross the road. Having got there, the ‘promenade is a little disappointing as there are not sea views and of course my wheelchair can’t run on the beach

We went all inclusive and the food was lovely, good variety of drinks and alcoholic drinks, everything is so close to the hotel, rooms are clean and staff are pleasant apart from the waiter in the bar by the pool, he has been abit nasty a couple of times because he couldn't understand me, I got upset and I think someone had a word, and the lobby toilet stinks thats the only things I have had a problem...

good room, location but lots of hidden charges, such as charging for a safe per day, if you leave to much food on your plate, also a charge etc , food is almost inedible , paid all inclusive but had to eat out most of the time due to the lack of anything that was not a mystery cold meat or dry crunchy pasta

Wouldn’t say it’s abysmal here, but just don’t go all inclusive unless you want to waste your money, however the hotel location and room were perfect so no complaints there!

Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray

We had an absolutely fantastic time, Rooms cleaned everyday, staff were really helpful, asked for a kettle for our Room it was there within 10 minutes 😀

Amazing location, right on the strip at the beach, couldn't ask for anything more! Cleaners in every day, they work so hard. Staff really helpful.

They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen...

Nice environment, very close to the beach!

I had a lot of cosmetics that I bought all new packaged it was worth a lot of money ampoules for a full treatment for three months and a pair of new shoes

Good hotel, so a lot of people. The food was delicious, just a fight for a place at the table. Cleaning in the restaurant all the time. Cleaning in the room every day, change of towels and bedclothes, nice cleaners

We had a wonderful vacation here and truly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to be helpful and kind

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax. The pools and the waterslides were well maintained and fun for the kids. The meals were normal with a good variety for everyone

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

Water is the pool is perfectly clean and warm. Hrizantema is a good 4* Bulgarian hotel with an excellent pool area and close to a nice beach where you aren’t for forced to hire a sunbeds

Good food and entertainment the only reason I won't give 5 stars is the cheap non alcoholic drinks they include in the all inclusive

The pool itself is pretty dangerous in parts due to loose floor tiles, all of us got cuts on feet, knees & hands so this really needs looking at, also a chair that is in the pool along the bar, one is missing a seat, leaving the metal pole in the water freestanding, but not very noticeable until close up & its very sharp, this could be a accident waiting to happen

Sunbed wars happened daily, there is a rule about no towels being allowed to be on the beds until 10am but after our 3rd day we realised everyone was doing it and it became difficult to get a decent spot where we could see our children

Refusing to give towels, shouting at us in Bulgarian knowing we couldn't understand what they were saying, they would then talk to each other whilst we were still standing there refusing to leave until we were given towels

That's on the flip side of that soon as you walk out the hotel there are lots of bars unrestaurants on the beach strip goes on for about one mile lots to do the bar on the beach was very poor only serving beer and one soft drink plenty of sun lounges on the beach though

Absolutely fantastic, lovely, friendly staff, very clean room, plenty of space for sunbeds, food great. Couldn't fault anything apart from the later in September you go the evening entertainment is a bit poor.

The all-in is literally all-in. food and drinks all day long and even snacks at night. several bars ranging from beach bar to pool bar ,open till 1800. I received an awesome room with big balcony facing the sea

Burgers chicken salads are all provided as snacks just a few to mention. The bar was fully stocked with lots of drinks good quality and these were available when we needed them obviously they close during the night

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Clean and tidy rooms, the water in the pool is clear. The food served in the hotel restaurant is delicious, every dish was very tasty, huge selection of different meals

Went to McDonald’s and a lady was very aggressive about me using the toilet until I told her my son was waiting for our meal. The last place I wanted to go when I’ve paid for all inclusive

Music or entertainment every night, the only bad thing about the holliday was, it poured down with rain one night and we had to watch the entertainment inside

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

Service was great with room cleaners and very good and helpful service in dining room. Sea is very close and pool is cool

It should be much better place if there are normal guests

We stayed Friday till Wednesday everything was spotless clean. Food was different every day and was really nice something for everyone. Staff are really friendly great service altogether

Always something for everyone. Queueing up for the drinks was a little much with just 1 bar person behind each bar. Not enough sun beds for the capacity of the hotel

We stayed at the imperial resort hotel in bulgaria, for 7 nights , my only regret is , i should of booked to stay longer , we were treated like royalty 👑, the management and staff were lovely, the range of food and drinks were fabulous, the hotel its self had a friendly atmosphere, and was very clean , we would definitely come back again to this beautiful country and fabulous hotel

Room lovely, food great especially the snack bar and the drinks and cocktails were the best all inclusive drinks we’ve ever had

Said 5 star but its 3 star realy. Food not good. Staff in restaurant rude. No information given about anything. Rooms nice clean. Jet 2 rep not bothered to tell you anything . Won't be going back again all crap

The restaurant is quite basic but the food is varied and very, very tasty. Not once have I felt that they missed something. They had every kind of food for everyone, and tasty dishes as well

Reception area is very gloomy, staff are miserable through out, the only friendly member was the lady standing by the restaurant door. Rooms are very out dated, clean but need updating badly

The pools were great, cold, but you great for cooling you down. The hotel was in a great position, close to the action, but not too close. Plenty of bars and restaurants around if you wanted to eat out

We arrived late at night due to a delay with our flight. The hotel had put on some sandwiches for the guests which was a lovely gesture

Each evening was a different theme which was good and breakfast was also excellent with many options available. There was also a little cafe if you wanted a sweet afternoon snack

In the morning we asked if we could move to a sea view room which they kindly obliged. The staff were friendly and helpful

I recently visited this hotel with my family, I found the overall experience to be top notch, hotel Neptun offers an amazing food selection and is situated in the perfect location to fully enjoy Sunny Beach, the hotel and rooms were kept absolutely spotless and the staff were both kind and helpful to myself and my family, if you are looking for a fun relaxing all inclusive hotel I couldn't recommend...

the sauna was great very private Which was nice we are over 75 the reception staff was great especially Krastyn he couldn’t do enough for you thanks once again Krastyn for your help. Had a lovely room cleaned every day

the pool bar staff were so obliging and there food was delicious the toasties and cakes are definitely some thing you should try we will be back going to book for next year but please can we have a double bed?

The hotel is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and cared for with great attention to detail – from the rooms to all common areas. You can truly see the pride they take in keeping everything perfect

They’ve offer a wide selection of activities, I loved the shuffle board & darts, kids loved the kids club where Titi & Krista kept them entertained. The hotel is extremely clean & staff are so nice

Shout out to the staff at the pool bar they are great, I loved the 2girls & man who served sandwiches & ice cream. The hotel is ideal for families rooms are spacious & cleaned daily

Food is also quite good, personally I enjoyed. Big swimming pool with few slides. Nice snack bar and evening show. You can expect communication with staff in either of 4 languages, Russian, English, German or Bulgarian

We have enjoyed vacations at this resort. To consider, easy acces to the beach and you can go over the sand dunes or to follow nice street with many small shops. Rooms are good as price/quality

We didn't like Sunny Beach centre as the restaurants are poor and its more for partying than we wanted with our 4 year old

The hotel it's very clean, professional staff, the food is very delicious and has a great variety. Perfect for families but also great place to relax for single people

There are many clubs around, the beach is 5 min away. There is a near bus station to visit Nessebar

Wifi is available everywhere & works perfectly! One small improvement could be the cleaning of the glasses, they are not always the cleanest! Overall I would say this is an excellent hotel with superb location & superb food!!

The all inclusive food was of a good standard and all the staff we found to be friendly the only bar is in the restaurant offering good quality spirits larger wines soft drinks from 11-10pm the other bar is franchised

Near the hotel there is everything, restaurants, supermarket, McDonalds, subway and a bunch of other fast food. To sea you need to cross only the road

The pool is again dated but clean we didn’t have any issues really with this hotel. We paid £350 each for all inclusive

The hotel is no longer 4 star I would place it at 2 or 3 at best for the money it delivers it’s old and needs a little tlc we have done 2 luxury breaks this was a quick getaway location is great 10 min walk from local bus stops and sunny beach I can highly recommend this as a budget friendly break away

After waking in the morning the room was clean and the musty smell had gone apart from the stain on the 90s sofa I’d just bin these replace. Apart from the hotel rooms being extremely dated we have slept well

After landing early hours they had done us a little pack sandwich water fruit I thought this was a nice gesture as other hotels we have been to offered nothing

Our all-inclusive was same whole week, same breakfast, lunch and dinner offer every day. I'm also not sure about the sources of food but food was just a only problem for me

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh

Wild sandy beaches are less than 1 km far away and it's impossible to avoid the busy street. Great for bigger families, group of friends etc. Nice place to enjoy vacation day and wild Bulgarian summer nightlife

It's not a little issue but everything other was great - hotel services, pool, interiors and exteriors and the 24/7 busy main street of Sunny Beach

Coffee and drinks are decent, the only complaint is perhaps the snack bar and its offer, which is monotonous. The swimming pool is excellent, a bit crowded, but wonderful fun for children

Next door although: sports bar does a fantastic breakfast, @ only 25,45lev working out to around £11 for 2 breakfast meals including drinks (Y)

Good location, close to the sea. The food was really good dispite the previous reviews. Clean room, nice sea-view if you chose the sea-view room. As a minus was the missing wi-fi

Room was very comfortable, location is amazing close to everything, atmosphere is on point, staff is amazing and helpful all the time, entertainment during the day is fantastic and food is more than delicious

It was also cheap and easy to travel by public transport. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff member Hussein, who worked at the grill

Since it was an adults-only hotel, we avoided disturbing noise, and both the restaurant and pool areas were peaceful with nice background music

Theres a good selection of all inclusive drinks 13hrs a day and no strict rules on limits or taking drinks to your room

In my opinion the only things that make this hotel a 3 star is the food and the dated rooms. They for me are the only negatives. The pools are clean, the slides are great fun. Drinks including cocktails are all good

There was not much entertainment going on though and no indoor spaces besides the lobby and expensive arcade room. So when it rained the entertainment was done in the restaurant

Added extras which you don’t often find in 3* are comfy cushioning on the subbed, the drinks you can ask for as many as you want

I personally liked the food, there was a wide range and I got to enjoy some exotic dishes like shark and rabbit, plenty of snacks, but the typically “British” food like chips and burgers were not as nice as some of the local dishes, however I seemed to be one of few who felt like this as there were lots of complaints regarding the food

I’ve cream is available from 3pm - 9pm and I took advantage of that often. I had WiFi, it was free which was nice and worked in most areas I went in the hotel besides my balcony

I couldn't fault the food it was very very nice and I'm a vegan but Alexander in the restaurant always looked after me and helped me if I needed

Also everything was listed with the allergens so very easy to navigate the buffet. Also if you get chance book the alacart it was absolutely sensational and your really well looked after

We did find the storage situation to be a bit of an issue with our room there just wasn't enough for us staying for 9 nights some draws would be welcomed

But I didn't struggle the selection of fresh fruit and salad was incredible. Sadly the pasta was cooked in butter every night so that was a no go

The staff were all pleasant and friendly the communal areas of the hotel again clean well maintained

Just a few negatives I want to point out maybe I'm being fussy but I like to review honestly. The pool towels it was a bit of a lottery weather you would get a nice one or a thread bare tatty one

Everything is fine and the rooms and location and staff and cleanliness, but the kitchen is barely pulls at C grade ((((prepare to shell out in nearby restaurants

The hotel is clean and in the good location. Th all-inclusive food is lower quality, but the end of the season is a complete disaster

There was always very long line for food during lunch and dinner. The alcohol drinks were joke, it is just an alcohol with dye served in small plastic cups, which were everywhere glasses would be much more pleasant

No effort in making the drinks. Very loud during the whole night because of amusement park across the street

You could really see how passionate they are about what they do, and their positive vibes were contagious. Special thanks to the animation crew for making our holiday so lively and memorable

The food was really good too — a nice variety, always fresh and tasty, with something for everyone. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the animation team

All inclusive drinks are limited and weak - we drank plenty of cocktails during the day and as a self confessed lightweight, they didn’t touch me

The hotel and the staff working in it were very nice and polite. I recommend it to everyone that wants to relax and feel good.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the pool area was very clean and relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and cheerful, ideal for a vacation. We’ll definitely come back next summer!

My entire stay at the hotel was more than great. I would definitely recommend it to friends. I would like to give a special shout out to the staff, who were extremely kind and helpful

We booked a Superior room with a sea view, which did not disappoint us at all! Big compliments to the cleaning staff and the girls at the reception. They were very friendly and helpful

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for my wife (and me). The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the day one

The food is very good, I think everyone will find something to enjoy (as in previous reviews, I confirm – the pizza is delicious). The bar is near the pool and serves very good drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages

The downside is the entertainment, which is actually very limited. There is supposedly an entertainment schedule, but the animators don't stick to it, and it's clear they're not very engaged in their work

Sunny beach is a modern touristic resort with lots of hotels and a super beach. But there is plenty to see and do dust a short distance away

I stayed at the above-mentioned hotel with my family for 10 days. The hotel is in a good location, about a 12-minute walk to the beach. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained

The only downside was the delay in removing debris (feathers, etc. The staff was generally very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is quite large, located both inside the building and in the garden by the pool

The decor is dated, but for the price of a week all inclusive I was pleasantly surprised by it
