Hotels All-inclusive in Sunny Beach

Staff all over the hotel are just superb, their attitude is excellent, special mention to Lora the customer relations manager, she is fantastic and can sort any problems or give advice to the guests, speaks about 6 languages

Both pools are easily 40 meters across, great for any keep fit fanatics for the early morning swim. The hotel is really child friendly, the lifts go from any floor all the way down to pool level, so no stairs

There is a kids club, a kids pool attached to the right hand pool, there is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. The areas round both pools are so big that you never feel crowded

the room is cleaned every day. food is generally very steep, all cooked deliciously and from the main restaurant, just not crawling. the hotel is better than expected

Just comeback from a fabulous 10 days holiday. Location fantastic, away from the noise but close enough to the middle of Sunny Beach if you want nightlife

The beach is amazing and only a 200 meter stroll from the hotel lobby. Fabulous sand and a gentle slope into the water with no rocks, super safe with lifeguards every hundred meters

I have just come back after 11 nights, the food is what you expect for all inclusive and can get tedious, however there is so many choices and 3 great restaurants, the rooms are very good and very clean, some staff struggle with English but are polite and helpful, my biggest issue is the life guards ( the fun police) I understand safety but if you push someone in or mess about with your family all...

Cooled down in evening so was pleasant to walk around not like some other countries. Still won’t need a cardigan though. ! Food and drinks all great

The bar staff were awesome ( Askbar and Christian) and reception always so helpful. Beach was lovely with plenty of seating and a nice snack bar! Food was always edible with many restaurants to choose from

Pay extra for a pool view if possible ! Worth it as you can see all the action. And the stage in the evening from most balconys. Hard to get a seat for entertainment. Lots going on outside the hotel

Most people speak enough English to get by and English is also spoken by the other people here as the Bulgarians speak English better than any other language ! Temp was perfect for us

They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen...

Nice environment, very close to the beach!

I had a lot of cosmetics that I bought all new packaged it was worth a lot of money ampoules for a full treatment for three months and a pair of new shoes

I celebrated my birthday at the Toscana restaurant with my family. We were taken care of by the staff the whole time. We had a beautifully arranged table and there was a surprise champagne waiting for us

Hotel all together is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. We went to Toscana restaurant,one of their a la carte restaurant where we were served by Ahmed who made the sxperience even more pleasant

Resort is very lively with many bars and restaurants, we ate out a couple of nights just for a change. Main pool is large and plenty of room although you have to get up early for sunbeds

Drinks on arrival for adults and children. Polite, attentive staff, wonderful food so 10/10 with all round fantastic dining.

Nice location by the sea, plenty of staff, clean enough, and decent food options. Reception staff were very pleasant and genuinely willing to help. The Italian restaurant was a bit disappointing, but overall a good stay

The food was simply delicious, with a huge assortment of meats and salads (including fish, prawns, mussels, rabbit, lamb, pork, and chicken). Pastries and the buffet in the cold section were also very good

The rooms are cleaned every day top service. The bar staff can't do enough for you . The swimming pool is very warm and cleaned every day

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

I like everything about it. Good looking, but a bit small room's, there is a big and clean swimming pool and a bar. Also loved the food service. It even has a billiard table and table football.

When I stayed in this hotel in 2010 it was a five star and now it's a four star even then it wasn't that good the pool was cold and the food was horrible the rooms were dated but they were clean and the staff were friendly

The room I was in, which was 616 had no tv access, There were no channels to watch, Blanket also wasn't comfy and so wasn't the pillow, Elevators stop randomly at stages even tho no one is there

We went all inclusive and the food was lovely, good variety of drinks and alcoholic drinks, everything is so close to the hotel, rooms are clean and staff are pleasant apart from the waiter in the bar by the pool, he has been abit nasty a couple of times because he couldn't understand me, I got upset and I think someone had a word, and the lobby toilet stinks thats the only things I have had a problem...

Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray

Love this hotel will definitely be back,its so close to everything and the great glarus karaoke bar, food not amazing but u won't starve,the Hawaii restaurant opposite is amazing for food and very cheap

A number of people, not us suffered from bad stomachs and diarrhea, they'd complained to the rep regarding this , we found the food ok , it's a matter of choice, personally I don't usually go all inclusive but we did this time , we're not picky but plenty of folk moaned

With some improvements in sound levels, pool safety, and better organization during meals, the experience could be even better

We spent two weeks at MPM Kalina Garden and overall, we are very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and the service was of a high standard, which really contributed to a positive experience

Pool area: The sunbeds were unfortunately very hard and uncomfortable. We also noticed that the area around the pool was quite slippery — we saw several children slip and hurt themselves

Also on the territory there is a huge pool, and three bars, a large choice of cocktails, I want to note the bartender Redji will make the best cocktail, the territory of the yard is large is divided into zones, a lot of greenery

Amazing Hrizantema Hotel on Sunny Beach. We have been visiting this place for years with our family. And we want to leave a review and our impressions. We express our gratitude to all the staff of the hotel

First of all animation and team. Exciting Cuban show and parties, Zumba Time with teacher Gery and many other entertainments that create the atmosphere of the whole vacation

The only downside was the older gym and the harder pull-out bed with the added mattress, but it was manageable. Truly one of the best hotels I have ever experienced

• Train reception staff to be more welcoming. • Focus on quality over quantity in food and drinks. • Create separate smoking areas. • Heat the pool slightly — especially for kids

– Only two towel sets were given, even though we were three guests. Sadly, after returning home, we noticed my husband’s gold chain had been switched. – Hot dishes at the buffet were often lukewarm or dried out

Private beach within walking distance. Fun and energetic animation team. Currency exchange, hair salon, spa available (though poorly promoted). Cons: – No proper orientation or information at check-in

– Iron was provided only the next day after asking, and the staff member was rude. – Cleaning policy unclear — for two days, only the trash was taken. Full cleaning happened only after we left a tip

Suggestions for improvement: • Provide a guest brochure with key information. • A welcome bottle of water in the fridge would be appreciated. • Implement a sunbed reservation policy

Overall, the hotel is in a very good location, food okay but very monotonous, very poor and bad Breakfast, paid Parking, wi-fi surcharge, duźy problem with leźakami the pool, which is busy in the evening

5th Year They have started upgrading, the pool is brilliant again, it seems the rooms are being redecorated etc. Staff great, the Fenix restaurant is ok for simple good food

The Fenix pool bar (happy hour 24/7) is just fabulous, well prices, the most friendly staff you can find. Downsides The breakfast and evening meals are still very poor, breakfast is bearable but evening meals very poor

Near the hotel there is everything, restaurants, supermarket, McDonalds, subway and a bunch of other fast food. To sea you need to cross only the road

The restaurant was big enough, we always found a table. There was a lot of food to choose from

We couldn't find a parking space in front of the hotel, but they offered us a space in another parking, very close and with the posibility to keep it if you go for a short drive, which I also liked

The stuff works very much so that tourists can have an enjoyable vacation. I admired that 🙏 Large apartments, clean pools, they even have a library 🙂, animation programs for all ages, good food & icecream 🍧

Food is quite nice and deffo tasty. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Short walk to the beach ( did with a 1 yold and very doable). Overall good experience and would recommend

This is simply unacceptable for a restaurant!!! During lunch, leaving the restaurant, going to the lobby for tea and going back to the restaurant with it - is this a normal organization? It was terrible! If it happens that most visitors come at a certain time, then there will not be enough tables for everyone

We stayed 3 days in MPM Hotel Astoria. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Reception was very helpful and the whole hotel was tidy and had a good vibe. No lines to the bar neither in the restaurant

First time in bulgaria so First time staying at this hotel and wow is all i can say everything is wonderful from reception to pool we was on the 3rd floor the room is lovely and big food was amazing staff in all areas was great totally recommend this hotel and hopefully we will be back next year

The rooms are lovely but you are unable to control your own air conditioning. Three times we ran out of toilet roll. Choice is limited for a 4 star plus hotel. Does not cater for dietary requirements very well

It’s the second time I been to Bulgaria but not this hotel it is a lovely hotel staff are all friendly and helpful activity staff wonderful and try to get everyone to join in during the day Night time activities not great could do with some outside entertainment coming in for a bit off a change food was ok plenty variety I definitely go back to this hotel had a lovely holiday thank you everyone☀️

Beds are comfortable,maids are in every day, and fresh towels are given, and the room is kept spotless. The food is good, has plenty of choice and good quality. Drink, on the other hand, was typical all-inclusive gut rot

Plenty of stalls and bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also, you catch a bus to Nessibar from the front of the hotel ,worth a visit only 3 Lev. All in all, would i return most definitely Enjoyed it greatly

Food you have 2 restaurants to choose from both with a good selection you won't go hungry. The pool bar also has a great selection of drinks and food

We have had a super stay at the hotel with our young family. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful. We were even able to have a late check out due to our late departure time which we much appreciated

We had a 1 bedroom apartment pool facing on the 5th floor we could also see the sea which was fab. The rooms are spacious and clean, maid service everyday

Pool side area is relaxing and the all inclusive drink offer is very good with wine , beer and spirits as well as soft drinks and hot drinks
