Dunav Hotel

Let’s start nice, room was clean and ok. Horrible food and even worst drinks. Awfull coffee (that is standard), but super sweet syrupy water and they call it juice…wtf? Super cheap and disgusting alcohol in all inclusive…really nasty place

I don't even know if this hotel deserves 1 star, it was terrible, the staff who works here can no English, they act up and the really look like they wanna kill themselfs all the time. The staff in the cafeteria at diner and such comes forward ALL THE TIME and grabs your used plate, you have no chance of keeping it if your not holding it down. The food is okay i guess, I've been eating ONLY fries for lunch and dinner the last 4 days here. When we checked in into our room there was ha HUGE grasshopper under de covers. The evelaters are so bad, they have 2 (which holds 4 persons each) and they stop working sometimes. We had to wait 10 minutes for one to come to our floor but no one came, we then took the stairs down (we're on the eight floor) The cleaning staff comes into the elevators and even if the sign shines and screams overweight they stay and snicker about it. Everyone puts their towels and bags out on the sunchairs the night before or really early in the morning despite the hotel having a sign saying it's forbidden. The staff and workers don't really check in or stuff to see if we're all satisfied. I don't know, I will not be coming back here!

The worst holidays I’ve ever had. Lady in a pool bar was very rude, screaming for customers. She pretended that she does not understand what people are saying (I wanted pizza margarita and I ordered it few times, every time I got meat), very dirty around the pool trash everywhere, people was booking sun beds with towels at 5 am, at first day we slept in a 5x5 meters employee room cuz there were no room for us (we made a reservation 1 year before), we had stomach problems after every meal, do not book that hotel!!!!!!

Good rooms but when u want to go into balcony u dont want to beacuse its Just human instincts and when you get to the pool its to funny i Just keep laughing and i got kicked out soo sad and they yelled about to me about some cat???? I dont understand and yeah in the night you can hear People pee from other rooms all over the hotell😠😠
