The whole hotel complex Victoria Group is a ruin. Zero maintenance and hygiene. Thousands of design-level misconceptions, for example - no parking places in the whole complex. Destroyed nature. Cheap and low-quality food in the "all inclusive" hotels. No internet, TV is not paid and only one channel is available.
