So, me and my fam had the best weekend ever at Hotel Amore in Elenite, Bulgaria. First off, the service was legit amazing, with the staff being super friendly and helpful. A very nice hotel by the sea, the best, clean beach along the coastline. The hotel manager - a young guy Krasimir is simply incredible, all issues were resolved very quickly and positively. The area is nice and green. The rooms need some maintenance. It is quite surprising that they charge 30 euros per week for internet connection which is unacceptable as the internet is always free for any other place around.

Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages.

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.

Good stay. They should think about including food and beach items as part of the cost. You can get easily stung by high prices when staying there.

Aged 79 years this was my first ever journey outside of England, the hotel was fantastic and I had an excellent time with my daughter and son in law. The hotel was very clean and the food was very good, could find no faults at all. We hope to return in 2026 with two more members of the family.

4 stars, no more, but no less. A quiet place, close to the sea, very compact, like family, pleasant stuff, clean territory. Food without wide choice, but tasty and fresh, wide choice of drinks, in the lobby all the time all kinds of non-alcoholic drinks. We went has the season was ending so some thing like the on site shop was closed but still great. The food was what we expected has plenty of choice and the snack bar was great in between meals.

We stayed at the end of September, and since none of the outdoor pools are heated, all we could do is sleep and eat. It was very windy, too. We were disappointed because we went there for the waterslides and they were all closed. It would be nice for at least one small outdoor pool to have been heated. The indoor pool was lukewarm, but its depth is not suitable for toddlers. There is no indoor kids...
