Very nice hotel, especially if You are vacationing with children. It is included along with the neighbouring hotels in the same group, allowing guests to enjoy the many services and other hotels. It was our 6th visit to this hotel, second time this summer! We kinda feel like home here. Initially the room we requested was not available, but the reservation agent did everything, so we can move into the room we requested the next day.

Dolce Vita 1. Good but a little tatty or worn out in places. Low quality furnishing but does the job ok. NOT for anyone that can't handle Hills and steps/slopes. Beautiful scenery and decent enough beach close by help. Aparments have a couple of small pools too which don't seem to get that busy it seems. Aircon in most that I can see which is a boon when it's hot.

5 stars because of the staff of the hotel, they are so sweet, caring and professional. The hotel itself is from the early 2000 and it is not renovated fully. Very nice hotel and at a very good price

Nice hotel with a view of the sea, very low price for average quality. Only issue is they didn't have rooms with 1 double bed except they had only with 2 separate beds.

The rooms were clean and mentained. The location is great, right next to the main street. The beach is not as close, 10 - 15 minute walk. Overall great for it's price range.

We stay for 2 weeks with 3kids Everything was there what you need View from the balcony's sea and mountains, sunny beach

We found the apartments last minute before our stay. We liked the peace, proximity to the beach, parking and a nearby store. The apartments are fresh with comfy beds, good AC and decently sized fridges. The kitchen is well stocked. We stayed on the last floor with no elevator, but we had a decent sea view.

The apartments are very close to the sea, the rooms are clean, reception is also very friendly. The only thing is that you can hear outside in your room, but not a big deal for us. For the price it is a good suggestion. Thank you Oxygen Apartments, we enjoyed our stay.

Great accommodation. Apartment is big and clean, we had everything needed. Green areas outside, nice place for kids. The beach is very close, probably 5 minute walk. The host is also very nice, he is willing to help and provided us with useful information about the area. There is a nice restaurant with sea view nearby and supermarket just across the street. I recommend for a family stay with kids.

The apartment is modern and clean, in a new building close to the beach. The apart-hotel is suitable for familys with kids, away from Sunny Beach noise, at a decent price. Very friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at New Line Village place. The apartment we had was clean and modern. The pool was lovely and the beach just a very short walk away. All Team members were always very helpful with local information and arranging transfers for us. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel with awesome terrace, close to the beach (actually first line) and away from the noisy center with discos clubs and pubs. It has swimming pool, also really nice restaurant downstairs. The beach is less crowded that the center of Sunny Beach (Slnchev bryag). Walkable distance to Sveti Vlas (Sveti Vlas). Also you can rent a bike from the Rent-a-car downstairs and reach the old town of Nessabar

This review is for the restaurant. We ordered the chicken and pork meat skewers, top quality meat well cooked with a lovely flavour. The potato cheese and ham bake was yummy, and our young son loved the ribs and prawns. Service was great and the prices were fine. Would definitely recommend if you want some really nice grilled meat!

I spent a few days at Hotel Palma in Sunny Beach this May as a solo traveler from Bulgaria, and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet and peaceful – exactly what I was looking for to relax. The food was surprisingly good, with plenty of variety and fresh options each day. My room was clean and cozy, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location is great too, just a short walk to the beach...

I stayed at Hotel Palma in Sunny Beach this May with my girlfriend, and everything was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great – close to the beach and restaurants. We had a relaxing holiday and would definitely come back again!

One of the best meals so far. Very nice seafood dishes. Prices seemed ok, however due to something lost in translation we ended up paying £25 for a bottle of mediocre wine

This review is for the restaurant. The place is nice and has a beachfront view. Serving was pretty quick and the QR Code menu is easy to use and available in multiple languages. Food was good and the prices acceptable considering the location. Would recommend!

The service is great, the distance to the beach is 30 seconds walk, and there is a beautiful view and swimming pool. The room which I paid 120 euros for one night is a little too much for what is offered comparing to other trips in Europe. Breakfast is ok, but if you are a coffee lover prepare to drink water with powder simulating coffee, which is a failure.

We are in another hotel but we wanted a snack, my son loves onion rings, while passing by on our way to the beach we stopped to have some, the garlic prawns were excellent and the chicken sticks and chips very good and of course the onion rings! Everything was excellent, fresh and good, keep up the good work!

great hotel for price , we missed dinner and they arranged some food for us . Staff very nice and food overall decent . situated in a great spot close to sandy beach , less tacky part of Sunny Beach

Fantastic hotel...lovely pool area too with outdoor bar and food available. Very friendly helpful staff. Not too busy although we were there just at the start of the season. If you're not so keen on the big noisy hotels of Sunny Beach this one is for you. Sitting at the far end of the bay it's still within walking distance of the 'strip' and if you are less keen on the evening stroll you can jump on...

Lovely small hotel in a quiet area of sunny beach. All the staff were exceptional, and a special thank you to our cleaners . If you want a hotel with peace and quiet overlooking the beach, this is perfect.

What a fantastic hotel had two lovely weeks a bit out the way but still plenty of places to eat especially the blue bay restaurant lovely food big portions and reasonable prices would highly recommend
