5 stars because of the staff of the hotel, they are so sweet, caring and professional. The hotel itself is from the early 2000 and it is not renovated fully. However, it has all the necessities, our room was clean and nice. The location was perfect and also the restaurant has great view of the sea. We both would recommend for a budget vacation. :)

This is a very nice restaurant with a beautiful view of the sea and Nessebar. The food is delicious. Always fresh. There is a variety of different types of fish and seafood. The service is great, the staff friendly and caring.

We tried only calamar and octopus, but they were well cooked. Wine is good, especially for the price. Maybe not as fancy as some other places, but value for money.

Great family hotel. Good thing it has a restaurant as we were with small kids - couldn't easily have a late dinner somewhere else. As it is small, it was a good thing that dinner and breakfast were on a buffet - everything was just prepared and fresh, not some frozen foods from months ago.

Holiday in this hotel was very nice, area quiet, family friendly, the sea was close by with nice walk, small shops around. Food in the hotel was fine ,but not great. We were just visiting the pool and jacuzzi of the hotel. The view is very nice and the pool is small, but relaxing. The jacuzzi is very nice and the water is hot. You need a car for most of the other things.

We found the apartments last minute before our stay. We liked the peace, proximity to the beach, parking and a nearby store. The apartments are fresh with comfy beds, good AC and decently sized fridges. The kitchen is well stocked. We stayed on the last floor with no elevator, but we had a decent sea view.

The apartments are very close to the sea, the rooms are clean, reception is also very friendly. The only thing is that you can hear outside in your room, but not a big deal for us. For the price it is a good suggestion. Thank you Oxygen Apartments, we enjoyed our stay.

Great accommodation. Apartment is big and clean, we had everything needed. Green areas outside, nice place for kids. The beach is very close, probably 5 minute walk. The host is also very nice, he is willing to help and provided us with useful information about the area. There is a nice restaurant with sea view nearby and supermarket just across the street. Nice place for a holiday. The breakfast was pretty good, coffee variety, vegetables, cheese, various eggs, varius meat, pastries, yogurt, Jam, Fruits etc. The restaurant has nice dishes also, one of the best meal we ate while on our Vacation. The pool was amazing and the rooms were ok. They have a parking spot outside on the street, but is managable.

We really enjoyed our stay at New Line Village place. The apartment we had was clean and modern. The pool was lovely and the beach just a very short walk away. All Team members were always very helpful with local information and arranging transfers for us. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel with awesome terrace, close to the beach (actually first line) and away from the noisy center with discos clubs and pubs. It has swimming pool, also really nice restaurant downstairs. The beach is less crowded that the center of Sunny Beach (Slnchev bryag). Walkable distance to Sveti Vlas (Sveti Vlas). Also you can rent a bike from the Rent-a-car downstairs and reach the old town of Nessabar

This review is for the restaurant. We ordered the chicken and pork meat skewers, top quality meat well cooked with a lovely flavour. The potato cheese and ham bake was yummy, and our young son loved the ribs and prawns. Service was great and the prices were fine. The service is great, the distance to the beach is 30 seconds walk, and there is a beautiful view and swimming pool. The room which I paid 120 euros for one night is a little too much for what is offered comparing to other trips in Europe. Breakfast is ok, but if you are a coffee lover prepare to drink water with powder simulating coffee, which is a failure.

We are in another hotel but we wanted a snack, my son loves onion rings, while passing by on our way to the beach we stopped to have some, the garlic prawns were excellent and the chicken sticks and chips very good and of course the onion rings! Everything was excellent, fresh and good, keep up the good work!

Lovely small family run hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but all you need. Bring shower gel as none provided. Maids daily so lovely and clean. Friendly helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. Room clean and we had a very powerful shower and towels changed daily. Free air con which was useful due to the high temperatures. Food and bar prices were very reasonable. The only down side was the safe was in the reception would be better if they were in your room. We would return without hesitation.

The outside bars are beautiful and plentiful with big sort of drinks, sweets and tasty little beverages. We are staying in for second time at this family owned hotel, very warm staff, the rooms are clean, air conditioned and because it's just 200 meters away from the main street it's quiet at nights. This is really important to me as I like to have good night rest other places just can't offer.
