Where to stay in Elenite

Hello,so i wanted to tell,that your hotel is pretty good. Because the apartment is very nice,even apartment is having a TV! Every day nice woman cleaning the apartment. The food is high quality food and very nice beach,and sea. Thank you for spending time for us.❤️❤️‍🔥

Great time with family! We just back yesterday. We had room with beautiful view on mountains and sea (7 level) . Amazing food - A lot of different dishes on breakfast, luch and dinner. Great beach and local alcohol for allinclusive. Thanks Rainbow Tours for this trip!

Great if you want solitude but a bit tired.

Very nice hotel, especially if You are vacationing with children. It is included along with the neighbouring hotels in the same group, allowing guests to enjoy the many services and other hotels. The place is beautiful. There are many pros and cons but enough. It was in August 2017. Problems mainly with the cleaning of the rooms, the food in the restaurant. The cleaning is top notch. The girls are very polite.

Your host Asen is a good hearted human who makes your stay feel welcome and warm. The accommodation is clean, the sauna is brilliant. The meals are tasty, the wine is lovely. The neighbourhood is tranquil and the shops are plentiful. You’ll go for the ski and go back for the welcome.

It wasn't bad. Nice view.☀️ Older women worked in the restaurant. They were very nice. 🍀 But three young girls, perhaps part-timers, were playing on their phones and laughing. 🙈 They should rather help others... There is a very nice staff at the reception. After seeing some really bad review I was a little concerned, after getting here and experiencing it for myself I decided to write my review just a few days into my holiday. The location of this hotel is awesome, right next to the beach with tall hills on the other side. The hotel was clean and food was good, but my family got the virus so be careful. The workers very mostly smiling but the barman Tahsin was very sweet and made sure that drinks were just like how we wanted and liked them. He was always smiling and very sweet. He worked as a bartender and we saw him working in an ala cart restaurant. A good bartender needs to work in a bar.

All in all I enjoyed my recent stay but I don’t think I’d use this hotel again. Location is great as it’s on the beach and it’s at the quieter end. The rooms are basic and functional, unfortunately no coffee making facilities. Cleaning crew do the bare minimum, I was there for a week and ended up having to ask them to change the sheets. The hotel has two unheated pools not great for the little ones...

Reading the reviews is a little shocking cos this is my second time here and I love this place. Let’s be completely real here people complaining about service and amount of restaurants etc but for the price you pay you get above and beyond what you will get anywhere in Europe. A nice stay! Pro - Large rooms, loved the food, free parking, wi-fi was good, pool & pool bar were nice. I recommend the frappe! Con - Most of the staff doesn’t speak English, we came off season and everything was kind of closed - only one restaurant open, beach looked abandoned Thank you Petar from the reception, he was very kind to us!

The hotel it self is really nice from the outside, the interior could have been a bit more simple as there is a lot of lighting or lamps in the room that I stayed in, however the bed and the room smelt of damp I couldn’t even stay in the room so I called the reception and they gave me a new apartment room which felt a bit more fresh and better duvets. This is what a five star hotel should look like and be. Excellent rooms, excellent food, attentive staff. Tennis court, large indoor swimming pool, spa center, etc.

Beautiful villas on 20 meters from the beach.

3 star appartments. Quite and positive.

Perfect for family's with kids

Great beach and the place is really calm with many green areas.The aqua park is really fun and near.The villas needs renovation and the parking is really far.You need to call someone to drive you with golf cart or walk for around 20 minutes.

Awesome place, I would love to go back one day.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. We were welcomed with mineral water, chocolate cake and a lot of fruits. Special thanks to Mrs. Mariana Koleva for warm welcoming. It is good to have more employees like her.

The hotel is a stone bag. Not convenient with a stroller. The Elevator to the ground floor with the pool not running. Poorly lit and damp on the ground floor. Beautiful lobby with a balcony. In the room were not.

I felt really happy in Bulgaria and in this hotel. Nice reception, tasty food, beautiful Black Sea and fantastic people. I recommend Royal Bay and I will be back there I promise !
