It’s the perfect stay for a family vacation. It’s close to the Botanical Garden and all the best restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the view from our room was the best. The pool is very clean and perfect for families with children.

I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive". The rooms are basic but the position next to the palace and the gardens more than makes up for it's previous mentioned shortfalls.

I've visited in December. Cold and not very clean but the view is great and it's right on the sea side. The food wasn't too good

stayed for twelve days in may.2013. the hotel is being updated and the room we had was excellent, the staff are very helpful and the manager/owner will arrange all trips,taxis and any visits you should need most enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again

Friendly staff, well cleaned premises and nice atmosphere. Excellent Bulgarian 3 star hotel. Nice pool and possibility to swim in ocean. Well working airconditioning in room. Family room with 2 bedrooms was big enough for 4 persons. Restaurant was basic good, and breakfast was good everyday. Took rental car from airport wich helped moving around. Using taxi would have been quite costly.

The best hotel in Balchik or even in the Black Sea coast! The staff is super friendly, the owners are the best and very accommodating. We had our wedding here and it was an amazing time. A nice location if you want to sped a short holiday in Balchik. It offers all you need for the price you pay, with 4 nice menus for breakfast included. The personnel was nice and the check-out was 12 o'clock.

Nice place to have few days in Balchik, close to Botanical Garden and Castle. A little to far from Balchik centre and beach. Room was small but cosy and clean enough. What we didn’t like was the strange smell inside when you enter the room - like sime chemicals. Breakfast is ok, same food or with very small variatios. Not very friendly with vegans. Coffee is not drinkable …

Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

Very disappointed. Within minutes of entering our suite had a list of issues. Safe not working, missing cutlery in kitchen, no slippers, no kettle, very little toilet paper. Reception could not sort any of this until after 9am next day. Not impressed as we arrived around 5pm. If you want dinner in hotel you need to book before 2pm we didnt check in until 5!! The hotel is just near the Castle of Queen Mary. The stuff professional. The rooms are comfortable,, large rooms, very nice bathrooms. Clean and well decorated. The breakfast very good. Bar and very nice garden. A garage and parking place for free.

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good. There is a pool but on the day I was there I was freeeeezing. But I think this hotel is just a place to stay and the main attraction is what's around the hotel outside like botanical garden and nice shops and beach around.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. The place has nice views, a beautiful pool. The rooms are spacious but not great. The Bathroom was not the best, the bed was not comfortable and the bedding was bad

We spent just one night here unfortunately and the weather was so bad... but the place is beautiful and clean and it looks promising for the next trip.

I spent 3 nights at the Oasis Balchik Hotel between 21-24.06.2024. Everything was superlative. Excellent location, the hotel is located by the sea, it has its own beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, fine sand and the central beach of Balchik is also nearby. Lovely hotel at the beach. Quiet and silent. Perfect for a lazy holiday. I have not so many nice things to say about the restaurant though. Don’t eat there. Unhygienic and very rude! I will not eat there the rest of my vacation!

Went there in august 2020. The free parking is in fact a strip of land across the road paved with rocks; it's free indeed, but anybody can "park" there and there are a lot of locals and visitors coming there during the weekend. The hotel has all de facilities you need : free parking spot, spacious rooms, very close to a private beach area ( you have to pay en extra cost for a chaislounge and an umbrella) and bars to have a drink! We had half board included, the breakfast was ok despite the dinner which was very poor!

We went here to eat as it was top rated in Balchik, some of us got greek salads and we got the veggies whole on the plate and a chunk of feta on top, no plating, not cut, and also they used vegetable oil not olive oil for it! Needles to say it did not taste good. The prices are also pretty high for what they offer. The garlic bread and fried chicken was decent though and the staff friendly.

We had here both breakfast and dinner. The staff was nice and speaks Romanian, quick serving. Tasty food, illustrated menu. Heated places inside. The prices are a bit high and the portions a bit small.

This review is concerning the restaurant. The food, mostly the seafood, this is what we have tasted is has great quality and is very good. Service is great, they have fresh fish at least the one is taken from the Black Sea. Overall experience for four people was great.
