3 star hotels in Balchik

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good. There is a pool but on the day I was there I was freeeeezing. But I think this hotel is just a place to stay and the main attraction is what's around the hotel outside like botanical garden and nice shops and beach around.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean, but there was a pungent smell of old furniture and mold in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the AC works well, the personnel friendly. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Balchik. I would definitely send a friend there. If the system allowed me here I would give 10 stars than 5. :)

Family room with 2 bedrooms was big enough for 4 persons. Restaurant was basic good, and breakfast was good everyday. Took rental car from airport wich helped moving around. Using taxi would have been quite costly.

It’s the perfect stay for a family vacation. It’s close to the Botanical Garden and all the best restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the view from our room was the best. The pool is very clean and perfect for families with children.

I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive". The rooms are basic but the position next to the palace and the gardens more than makes up for it's previous mentioned shortfalls.

I've visited in December. Cold and not very clean but the view is great and it's right on the sea side. The food wasn't too good

The hotel is a very cozy and wonderful place, far from the typical hustle and bustle of the sea. With a large garden, private parking at the hotel (and free for guests). The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh. The room is large, spacious and clean.

The hotel rooms is big and clean! The breakfast is buffet and is very good and tested! The outdoor swimming is big, and is very quiet and relaxing. The children have indoor playground and outdoor! The hotel have our parking and enough place for cars!

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.

Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The food is nice. The pool is clean. The staff is very nice and friendly

Lovely hotel at the beach. Quiet and silent. Perfect for a lazy holiday. I have not so many nice things to say about the restaurant though. Don’t eat there. Unhygienic and very rude! I will not eat there the rest of my vacation!

The free parking is in fact a strip of land across the road paved with rocks; it's free indeed, but anybody can "park" there and there are a lot of locals and visitors coming there during the weekend. Soooo!!! It is right on the seashore, on the promenade! The room (studio with balcony) is very large, with a kitchen, very well shared, extremely clean and with new, tasteful furniture! The bathroom is also big and clean!! The hosts are extremely kind!! Seaview!

The hotel has all de facilities you need : free parking spot, spacious rooms, very close to a private beach area ( you have to pay en extra cost for a chaislounge and an umbrella) and bars to have a drink! We had half board included, the breakfast was ok despite the dinner which was very poor!

Rooms not so clean. Our fridge was full of mold and the cleaning lady came and clened with with a basic cloth (did not look clean at the end), smelled sooo bad. Also, we saw a bug in the room. Noisy and without any isolation. The WC door and the balcony doors cannot be even closed. No elevator. In addition, the channel in the bathroom smells. There is no warm water in the morning. However, there are books available for reading and a hairdryer on request.

We went here to eat as it was top rated in Balchik, some of us got greek salads and we got the veggies whole on the plate and a chunk of feta on top, no plating, not cut, and also they used vegetable oil not olive oil for it! Needles to say it did not taste good. The prices are also pretty high for what they offer. The garlic bread and fried chicken was decent though and the staff friendly.

We had here both breakfast and dinner. The staff was nice and speaks Romanian, quick serving. Tasty food, illustrated menu. Heated places inside. The prices are a bit high and the portions a bit small.

This review is concerning the restaurant. The food, mostly the seafood, this is what we have tasted is has great quality and is very good. Service is great, they have fresh fish at least the one is taken from the Black Sea. Overall experience for four people was great. The hotel room was pretty basic and clean. Nice touch with the electric kettle and the big screen tv. Overall good bang for the buck. The food at the restaurant was all right, nothing out of the ordinary for a seaside place. The service was impeccable.
