The bed was large and extremely comfortable — we were able to sleep all three of us (my husband, our 3-year-old child, and I) without any issues. The restaurant was clean, and the food was very tasty and diverse

The hotel is a very cozy and wonderful place, far from the typical hustle and bustle of the sea. With a large garden, private parking at the hotel (and free for guests). The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

The room is large, spacious and clean

The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design

restaurants near by, shops, free parking at the hotel. no beach closed though so the pool was a plus and very nice and clean. if you are not too picky then it is perfect

The staff is very nice and helpful, quick checkin and checkout. They change the beds and towels every 2 days. I highly recommend the rooms with sea view

The parking lot is quite big, didn't had any problems in finding a free spot. Supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel

The cleaning could be more throrough, it is visible they are open only during summer, they are not very attentif to cleaning details (spider webs, rust, cracks in the walls)

Air conditioning works well which is a huge plus for the rooms that are located on the front which have sun almost all day

If you're looking for the best hotel in town, this should be your best choice! Their cáfe works throughout the year and it can be visited not only by hotel guests, but also outter people! Highly recommend!

There is a kids play area with a climbing frame, trampoline, games and a small pool for toddlers or kids that cannot swim. Our room was very clean and tidy daily which was fantastic! Highly reccomended

Location:5*, sea access, more private, away 5min from promenade. Garden, pools, place to sun tan. Parking place free outside of hotel. Abd yes, very safe, parked there 6 nights

The pool was noticeably cold, which made swimming less comfortable than expected. The breakfast selection felt limited and could benefit from more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days

We got a room with a direct view to the sea, we drank our coffee there watching the sunrise and slept with the window open listening to the waves. We had an excellent sleep here

the hotel is pretty cool, quality stuff in the room, great location, great view, good food at the restaurant. but I am gonna give 4 stars because of the outdoor pool - it does not exist anymore

Superior Quality Hotel. The amenities are excellent. The surroundings in town need a lot attention. Hopefully the magistrat can bring up the town.

We stayed here for 1 night in October 2025. Location is super convenient for visiting Balchik, and the staff at the reception and breakfast area were super nice

Close to the hotel, they have a good-sized pool with a beautiful view to the sea side. This year, they had only the breakfast option, not all-inclusive hotel anymore

It’s the perfect stay for a family vacation. It’s close to the Botanical Garden and all the best restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the view from our room was the best

Good low-cost option for Balchik. They have breakfast, air conditioning, freezer, and hot water showers at 95 leva (~50 Euros) for a double room. For 5 leva a day, you can park your car next to the hotel

The breakfast has a lot of options, some good, some not so good. The staff doesn't really speak good English, you would be better off if you speak Russian. The Wi-Fi didn't work while we were there

Very spacious and clean rooms, a huge bed, air conditioning, and a well-stocked minibar. Towels are changed daily. I just think the breakfast could be improved, but apart from that, everything was perfect.

At the hotel restaurant, right across the promenade and with beautiful sea view as well, we experienced fine personnel, good food and decent prices. We recommend warmly! Thank you and God bless!

We've been there between the 17th-21st of July 2025, parents and two kids. The next day, Friday, our friends (also parents and two kids) tagged along

And the view is to DIE FOR!!! Please get a room with see view, the price diff was like 50$ for a 3 nights stay but u will not regret it

A few years ago, the hotel restaurant was open to non-residents, but this is no more (correction: I have just heard that the restaurant is now open to non-residents again), so I have no recent experience of the Paris hotel

A nice location if you want to sped a short holiday in Balchik. It offers all you need for the price you pay, with 4 nice menus for breakfast included. The personnel was nice and the check-out was 12 o'clock.

This hotel is old but the staff are trying to make it hospitable and welcoming. Could work on the details in cleanliness. Breakfast was great. A little far from the beach but close to the castle. Overall a good value.

This is a an older hotel which could have some repairs and some refurbishing here and there, but the staff is very friendly and nice, there is a very hot and great sauna available as well as an outside pool and jacuzzi

This is a good hotel to stay in for a few days when exploring Bulgaria. Has a great pool, plus wellness centre, all included in the price no extras to pay for, Family run, English spoken. We had a good few days.

The view is fantastic! The pool is clean and spacious, and it has a special zone just for kids. The parking lot was pretty busy but we found great spots everytime we left the hotel

It's very close to the castle and gardens and there is a staircase close to the reception door that gets you near the sea in 5 minutes. Not the beach (that is about 5 more minutes), just the sea promenade

The room we were offered was pretty good, considering we needed accomodation for 2 adults and 2 kids and all we found everywhere else was two separate double rooms

Staff was pretty ok, nothing special (we came 2h eariler but couldn't check in until 14:00 as specified on booking) Overall it was ok given the price but it can be more if investments are done properly

There are at least 3 restaurants 5 minutes away, and you have discounts for some of them for staying at the hotel. Overall, we loved it! What we found not so great: - the mattress was a bit

Very nice hotel, didn’t expected…10/10 star’s value for money!!! Usual breakfast but if you’re not pretentious then is great! Perfect location and very family friendly!!! Staff is great!!! Their bistro is enough for lunch next to the pool! I do recommend!!! Only 2 minutes up to the beach down stairs!!!

Cosy spacious rooms with the sea view. The swimming pool is really good, with enough room for everyone and a great cafe serving cocktails and all kinds of food

The location is just excellent - 50 meters to the waterfront and the beach ☀️ Another great perk is an underground parking with the lift, it’s a huge benefit as there’s a serious issue with parking in Balchik

It has been a nice stay here, though an unexpected one -we came here by chance. All the reviews are useful and I might repeat orhers' opinions, still, it is worth to say how I feel

We spent 8 days in the hotel and would love to stay longer and will definitely visit again

We choose White Rock Castle for our wedding stay in Balchik for us and our guests. I loved the place for its location. The parking is free, the swimming pool was nice, the rooms were clean and equipped

But the main reason i would recommend the place is the team behind the frontdesk. Everyone was nice, supportive and the communication was always on top level. This is a top quality service by all means

Very clean rooms, good service. Restaurant has good food. Large gym with lots of machines and ping pong table in basement. Beach is at a 10 min walk.

I laughed myself to tears seeing my dad jumping in the pool and my mom grabbing to my watermelon floatie for life :)) It was a much needed break and I loved the little beach from Balchik for sunset, but during the day we’ve spent most of the time at the pool

So each morning we’ve had a lazy breakfast, then fun at the pool, after lunch we would go to the Botanical Garden which was just across the street and then went on a nice walk on the beach till that wooden deck from my previous post

Victoria Hotel is a great place to stay in Balchik! We enjoyed our stay a lot, the rooms are beautiful and spotless clean! The location is great, 2 minutes walk to the beach, and the owners are welcoming and super nice! They go above and beyond to make you feel good and they serve fresh and delicious meals in their restaurant

Nice place across from the beach, intimate, cosy, better than any 2 stars hotel we have been to. The kitchen provides fresh good food, the personal is friendly and helpful

I parked my car for free at the hotel and Swedish buffet breakfast is also included in the room's price. Great value for money, I do recommend!
