Elit Palace Hotel & Spa

Balchik, Albensko shousse, s/n 🧭

🌞 From seashore 6 min

Beautiful hotel, nice staff, very good spa center, excellent food. I will come again next summer. The hotel have free parking

Perfect place for relax! Very good breakfast and smile people! Its pet friendly hotel. We like everything! We will come back next summer!

The hotel is a very cozy and wonderful place, far from the typical hustle and bustle of the sea. With a large garden, private parking at the hotel (and free for guests). The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh. The room is large, spacious and clean.

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design.

Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The food is nice. The pool is clean. The staff is very nice and friendly

The rooms are a little oldschool/outdated but they are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. Air conditioning works well which is a huge plus for the rooms that are located on the front which have sun almost all day.

Great hotel, sunny, right in front of marina, clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff - they are like elfs, nicely taking care of guests. We come to Balchick for summer holiday every year, and we rediscover its air of royalty.

I RECOMMEND! Great location. Good hotel to stay in. Make sure you stay on the second or third floor in a room with a full view of the sea. 7 minutes walk to the closest accessible ( for free) beach ( good one, no showers on the beach) Size room ( double bed) - good Matres and bed - good + Size bathroom - good Large secured parking - 14 leva ( 7 euro) per day It doesn't offer coffee/tea in the room...

Very comfortable hotel, right in the middle of the promenade of the beautiful Balchik. Free parking and a great restaurant, serving all kinds of fresh sea food and other specialties. It is open all year round. Very nice view of the Black Sea. Close to the botanic garden.

If you're looking for the best hotel in town, this should be your best choice! Their cáfe works throughout the year and it can be visited not only by hotel guests, but also outter people! Highly recommend!

- big rooms - excellent location and view - breakfast was okay, nice to have breakfast on the esplanade - close to the beach - bottle of water in the room - good curtains - good insulation, although on the esplanade and a lot of foot traffic, in the room it was quiet - had to pay 14 Lev a day for parking - only cash - no hot water between 17:00 and 22:00. When I asked the receptionist if there is...

Regina Maria Spa Design Hotel

Superior Quality Hotel. The amenities are excellent. The surroundings in town need a lot attention. Hopefully the magistrat can bring up the town.

We stayed here for 1 night in October 2025. Location is super convenient for visiting Balchik, and the staff at the reception and breakfast area were super nice. We got a room with a direct view to the sea, we drank our coffee there watching the sunrise and slept with the window open listening to the waves. We had an excellent sleep here. Thank you for everything!

On behalf of my family( sister, niece and nephew, i am very pleased to congratulate the Management ( restaurant and hotel administration,) for the excelent servicies offered to us during our vacation. All the members of the staff have been. very polite , helpful and respectful. We gladly and warmfully recommend this wonderful hotel. Please accept our congretulations. We wish the administration of Regina...

We stayed at Regina Maria Hotel in Balchik and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel itself is a bit old, but very clean and well maintained. We were lucky to get a beautiful sea view room without any extra charge – the view was truly the highlight of our stay. The staff at reception were very kind and helpful, speaking Romanian, English, and Bulgarian, which made communication easy. Another...

Although I have travelled to many lovely places, this is my favourite hotel. It has the privilege of being situated next to Queen Maria' s castle and garden. Every room has an incredible sea view and a great design. The food is tasty (the restaurant is very elegant) and the staff friendly and helpful.

I ate the best eggplant salad here. Dishes are good and service the same. Didn't stay at the hotel because everytime when I was in Balchik was a day trip, but I take in consideration to stay few days here in the future as the view offered by the hotel is awesome (it is in the front of the Black sea) and, also, it has a nice spa.

The services offered are of good quality, the rooms are large and clean, the food is good and varied, it was a successful stay, thank you!

For a low budget vacation we got all we needed. Rooms were pretty clean, sea and beach were perfect, food was plenty, drinks were ok. Remember it's not a 5⭐, but you can feel like at one, just watching the sea.🥰

I give 3 stars to 3 star hotel. Considering expectations for 3* hotel and mixed experiences of various aspects in give medium feedback. Some aspects are great (I thing it was before 4* hotel, but were they declassed, with some aspects that remained), some mediocre and some very bad. Very bad: rooms and corridors. Horrible smell, bad hygien, bad cleaning, almost everything should be change for new...

The hotel staff is extremely kind and responsive. They speek english very well. The food is delicious and varied. The location is just a few meters from the beach, and the hotel also has a large and nice pool with enough seats for all guests. The beach is clean and suitable for small children. This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic. The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong. Never had spirits so strong...

Great service & facilities, very quiet due to out of season but we knew that nice staff & good varied amount of food . If you want more to do other than relax go earlier in the year………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Cant fault hotel, staff and food but came in October and everywhere is shut no entertainment no buses just taxis £30 one way into Varna and again not a lot to do. Beach is nice and clean I wouldn't come again this time of year

Kaliakra Beach Hotel was an excellent choice for our family vacation. We spent 8 days here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was varied and delicious, offering options for all tastes, and the drinks were always available, fresh, and of good quality. However, what truly made our stay special was the animation team. They were fantastic! Every day, they organized games and activities that...

This holiday was awesome. I enjoyed it, clean beaches and nice pools. In the balcon the view is amazing. The food is good and the place for games is really fun. I stayed in the hallways to watch the beautiful girl at the reception who works mid-night time only. Never saw a more beautiful girl in my whole life.

Haa beach at 100m. Pretty isolated from other water parks thou. Also crowded during season. Raitsa water park is a better choice if you dont mind the distance from the beach.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel is very close to the beach and it also has swimming pools. The staff is professional and friendly, there’s a big variety of tasty food and many types of drinks. Rooms are spacious, we stayed in the apartment facing the sea and the view was amazing.

If you are cockroach and insects friendly person then it is a nice hotel. I had a terrible experience on a 5 day stay with this. I have changed 2 rooms and still insects were all over. Good and tasty food and drinks at the bar. Very nice and friendly staff. Special thanks to housekeeper Adriana, who was solving a little problem in a second and in a very motivated way..

Interesting place. The hotel is well located right on the beach and we upgraded to an executive sea view room from a standard sea view room for 21 leves (a little over £9) a night. The rooms are not high class but it was clean, clean bedding, staff very friendly and helpful. Food well prepared, diversified, fresh. We didn't have any health problems. Thank you!

In this year Hotel Malibu was a really good choice for my family. The room was good and clean, cleaned daily. The food was amazing and fresh. I can only recommend the services of Hotel Malibu. The management and crew was kind and very very helpful. We will return. Thank you.

The meal was good, the distance to the beach is very short and the fact that you can choose your sunbed without the additional fee is a big plus. But I was disappointed by the fact that the cameras seemed stuck in time (1970), I recommend an update.

Great food except dessert selection. The rooms are old but clean, air conditioner is always leaking, the beds are comfortable, sturdy and clean. The shower is mediocre at best. Swimming pool is clean and decent size. The personnel is helpful and smiling. Coffee and drink selection are poor quality and could be improved. It’s our second time choosing this hotel because overall we’ve enjoyed it. Main...

:) The position is good. It is close to the beach and the center. The personal is kind. :( There was a smell in the bathroom from the very beginning. It was clearly not cleaned properly. 2 out of 3 people of our family were sick bcs of the food. We don’t have any problems usually. !!! I don’t know wether this is managed by the hotel or not, but the woman who took care of the sunbeds at the...

Nice family resort. Older but we’ll maintained. Can’t complain.

Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor. There was never a time when I approached him with a problem and it was not resolved.

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned. Big problem is the all inclusive system and most of the guests. I've seen couples or small families stuffing a complete table with tons of food which, that physically is impossible to eat otherwise their belly would literally expolde so plenty of food ends up as waste. I was disgusted by such people. So from hotel point...

Nice location, very good food and diversity. Nice place. Pool lifeguard it's bad. Abuse his position, and bad communication.

If you expect Sandals or Beaches resorts accommodations you would be afflicted. But if you want a good unexpansive vacation on the beach you will enjoy your stay at this hotel. Close proximity to the beach, large rooms, clean facility, good food, and very friendly staff from the general manager to bartenders and cleaning persons

Super for kids, very tasty food, clean swimming pool, everything for good 4, but the room was a bit old. I’m going to come back there. Location super!

Lovely place on Albena. Perfect place for families with kids. Clean rooms. Events every night. Clean campus. No loud music. Jelly fishes all over the sea. 🫡

Been here many times it's wonderful The staff is very kind and nice especially the manager It's filled with French who are loud but it's ok It has a wonderful pool and restaurant

Stayed with the family for a week. The positive side: cleaning ladies doing their job nicely. Rooms big enough, big beds. Really close to the beach. Negative: one super rude bartender simply being annoyed only by the fact someone wants something, don' t you even dare to ask milk for your coffee... "No Milk" and a grumpy face as a bonus 🥴 (there were more things, that only to Illustrate). Poor restaurant...

Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Water playground was turned on only 3 times, then we were told it is broken. No one was taking care of pool surrounding. Bar is ok, but they dont often know how to mix drinks. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. But this is not 4* hotel at all!!!

I recommend for a quiet holiday. We arrived early, but were given a room almost immediately, apparently someone had left, usually a room at 2 p.m. Balcony overlooking the pool, but not noisy, unobtrusive animation after 3.30 p.m. Towels, shampoo, soap were changed and put every day. Bed linen after the third day. Traditional food, tasty. Enough fruit. Coffee in machines in the restaurant, bars is quite...

Dear Management, I am writing to you as a loyal customer of your hotel. I have been visiting every year since 2021, and each year I have noticed improvements—until this year, unfortunately. During my most recent stay in 2025, I observed several issues that I feel should be addressed: Cleanliness: Plates and cutlery were often not properly cleaned, still showing food traces. Public bathrooms were consistently...

Nice hotell. Will recommend for family's with kids up to 12 years of age. We went there in July 2025 and it was plenty of space by the pools, even if the restaurant area seemed full. No need to stay in line for a sunbed in the morning. The only thing that feels very negatively from my family's stay was the black sea. The sea was very brown and full of seaweed. This was not very inviting for swimming...

We as a couple came every year on this hotel since 2020, maximum stars from our perspective, free and safe parking (also underground), delicious food, good quality for the drinks (5 bars), clean rooms, the studio's are large and we had all the time with sea view, the staff very kind, the beach was improved every year (few years back was a rocky beach). 12 swimming pools. 2 on them infinity pools.

Hello, Asking some questions here, as I did not receive a reply over email. 1. How big (width and length) is a bunk bed from the one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments? Can an adult sleep in the bunk bed? 2. In the two-bedroom apartment, one of the bedrooms has two twin beds. Can these be attached to each other to create one single double bed? Thank you!

We had a pleasant holiday at White Lagoon and especially appreciated the excellent location, directly on the beach with easy access to the sea. The hotel complex offers a variety of facilities, from swimming pools and bars to sports fields and entertainment programs. The food was generally tasty with a varied buffet The staff was kind and prompt in dealing with requests, and the cleanliness of the...

Restaurant is not so good. Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. Unfortunately not this one. It was recommended by a local person but...if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there. There are plenty of pizzas, salads and other "traditional" stuff. Enojy!

The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly. Rooms cleaned regularly. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good experience in Bulgarian seaside. Plus: - good and variated food - clean rooms - very nice and relaxing pools with mineral water Minus: No aquatic park available, although it appears in hotel promotion, the room was not like in pictures and without pillows and, not at least, this hotel is far away for its own status of "ultra-all inclusive"

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options.
