We stayed here for 1 night in October 2025. Location is super convenient for visiting Balchik, and the staff at the reception and breakfast area were super nice. Although I have travelled to many lovely places, this is my favourite hotel. It has the privilege of being situated next to Queen Maria' s castle and garden. Every room has an incredible sea view and a great design. The food is tasty (the restaurant is very elegant) and the staff friendly and helpful.

I ate the best eggplant salad here. Dishes are good and service the same. Didn't stay at the hotel because everytime when I was in Balchik was a day trip, but I take in consideration to stay few days here in the future as the view offered by the hotel is awesome (it is in the front of the Black sea) and, also, it has a nice spa.

Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. I've been there in late May last year, during off-season. The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good. There is a pool but on the day I was there I was freeeeezing. I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive". The rooms are basic but the position next to the palace and the gardens more than makes up for it's previous mentioned shortfalls.

This hotel is old but the staff are trying to make it hospitable and welcoming. Could work on the details in cleanliness. Breakfast was great. A little far from the beach but close to the castle. Overall a good value.

Very good place for relax and near to local sightseeing. Kind personal, clean rooms. Enjoy eating and sleeping. SPA zone is small but comfortable.

Super clean and comfortable. Nice outside areas and great pool. Nice balcony on my room and good faculities. Breakfast was nice and while package was great value.
