A&M Hotel - Plovdiv in Plovdiv

Reservation was for Queen or King size bed. Got two twin beds.
Asked if restaurant would be working on my arrival. They said yes, but it wasn't.
Requested room be close to elevator due to my handicap. Room was located furthest away in one of the hotel wing buildings.
No mini bar. No in room Coffee. Fridge was unplug and warm. My wife found another woman's hair on her pillow.

Horrible hotel!
I Not recommend to anybody no matter you go to stay or to work there.
The rooms are new but a lot of stuff are not working or missing.
No good services and when you told them that nobody care. Definitely don't cost the money that you pay for room. The breakfast is very poor and better not to eat old food of couple of days. Hot water is missing. Nasty smell all over the room,some light bulbs are missing, tv doesn't work, wifi is constantly missing.

The management of the hotel is from 15th century.
The employer is not correct with the workers, and that is the most nasty in the management. Several employ told me that they cut off the salary every month to all the staff without the clear explanation. That's why the people work there 1 month and leave. New workers coming at their places and the same things happening.
The staff how ever is good and nice. They try to do there best , but can't help a lot. A lot of stuffs are missing like equipment.

New and clean rooms, but it all stops here.
No toilet paper and soap in the bathroom, the flushing cistern wasn't working, no hot water, it was about warm. The free parking included was full, the room was right above the train rails and it was very noisy.
One of the card keys wasn't working, no light bulbs in the bedside lamps, no phone list or reception number available in the room, empty mini-bar, cheap towels that aren't absorbing anything.
