OK, nothing special. Good value for the money. Not too practical if you're staying there as a family and planning to e.g. eat in or cook. We were there for about 24 hours & ate breakfast once only to realize there was no way to clean the floor from the crumbles the kids left behind.
Other than that, the staff is polite, there's parking (at an extra charge) and it's relatively clean.

The apartment was nice and modern, the bed was a bit hard and pillows not good at all. It was ok for 1 night though before flying home, also a very reasonable price.

The customer service is non-existent. We tried to discuss an issue with the booking we had made and the host did not even bother to reply ... I would strongly suggest looking into booking another hotel - there are plenty of other places in Plovdiv!

Kızımın yüzme yarışı için tercih ettik. 10 dklık bir mesafe vardı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Her yer çok temizdi çarşaflar ütülüydü. Mutfak için malzemeler yeterliydi. Baharatlar yağlar bile düşünülmüştü.banyoda şampuan duş jeli mevcuttu. Klimalar hem oturma alanında hem yatak odasında vardı. Bir yıldız kırmamın nedeni Resepsiyonda genelde kimseyi bulamamamız. Onun dışında her şey güzeldi. Teşekkürler 🌸

The location of the hotel is good is nearby the bus station to Turkey. A large supermarket Lidi is nearby and free parking is available. Some apartments equipped with washing machine and kitchen utensils. You can save a lot if you need washing your clothes and make dinner yourselves.
