Dear Prespa Hotel Management, We were guests in room 225 between January 19-26. My wife and I would like to thank all the hotel staff, including the restaurant staff, for their hospitality, helpfulness and friendliness. We hope to see you again next year in our winter holiday plan. Best regards.

This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent place. Friendly staff. Hotel is not new, but clean. Shuttle but for skiers. Nice food. Good for families with kids.

We had our first holiday in Pamporovo and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Prespa! All the staff were very friendly to us. There was a small problem in the bathroom and it was fixed within a few hours. The food served for breakfast and dinner was tasty and fresh and varied every day. There was transport to the ski resorts, more specifically to a ski school where we got a 50% discount as guests of the hotel. The lobby is also very cosy and you can read a book and watch the forest or the fire in the fireplace during bad weather days. Conclusion: We can only recommend it!

I love Bulgaria so much! And every winter we come to this Hotel and go skiing. Food is good and staff is amazing . There is a pool. And I hope everyone has nice stay. 😊

Amazing choice of lovely food -salads, cold and hot starters, soups, chicken and pork main dishes, barbecue, roast in the oven, brilliant local cuisine, Italian cuisine, deserts, hot and soft drinks, beers, wine, strong drinks. Warm lovely atmosphere
