I stayed there for 6 nights and it was rather good but nothing great. I had a problem with the hot water but it was fixed quickly. The main issue was the wifi which was accessible only from the hall and not from the rooms.

Tremendeous place. Quiet and clean. The rooms are spacious and have terraces with breathtaking views. A breakfast made from home grown fruits and vegetables served by the lovely host is the icing on the cake.

Very nice and cozy accomodation. Located in a village near Sofia, far from everything, not a very friendly area, although safe. Used it for 1 night transit. Very clean, good traditional breakfast, the host was very nice amd good service. Very good value for money

Nice hotel in a quiet location. The room was clean, there was a bathroom with toilet and hot water, a balcony. The food was more than wonderful and is being cooked at the moment, the owners are kind. I recommend it!

Very nice hotel with perfect service! We stayed as family with a baby in studio-suite for ten days. It is clean, very friendly staff, good wellness area and good food/beverages. Room service was offered free of charge for the breakfast. Just perfect! Thx a lot, we will come back again for sure.

Stayed in there for the duration of my cousin wedding and I was amazed from the Luxury and specious room. In a very quiet area which helped for better sleep. The whole small town is very calm and relaxed. They had their own mineral small pool which I managed to use as well. Definitely I will visit again when I go back.

The owner is a nice lady who waited for me for a late check-in and even cooked me dinner. The rooms are cosy with everything necessary. The hotel is a good recommendation for a short business trip to Sofia. You are getting a good value for the money.

This hotel is undergoing renovation. It will be managed by Italians to offer a nice and very familiar environment for the Italians who will go to Sofia. It is located in Gorna Banya, a reserved place outside the city cause. Hotel Fency is located outside the center of Sofia, but in a short time you can go downtown.

Good price for a room. Rooms were small and mostly clean. Chairs on the balcony would be nice. Sleepy neighborhood. Nice view on Vitosha mountain. Mineral water spring in the front with very good water. Close to the park in front is a very good bakery with delicious banitsa and the Serbian grill around the corner serves the best Tarator for 1,40leva.

We booked trough booking.com a double room with a child’s crib. Upon viewing the rooms we selected a different one - more spacious. The lady upgraded us with no extra charge. It was very clean, spacious and quiet. The rooms lack fridge, electric kettle and ac, but for the price and the fact you are in the downtown area, I would not complain. It was a pleasant stay.

Great views! People say it's a little old fashioned but that's good! Good beds for resting. Big building with easy parking around. And the price.. Can't be matched

Stayed here because my dog needed to go to the vetenarian clinic. Which is really close to the hotel. It was a 12 leva surcharge for pets which was very reasonable. The room was clean. And the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was totally adequate. Also it was very practical for me that they run a restaurant.

Quite old, but clean interior. Room also was clean, with comfortable beds, but equipped not so good. No electric kettle or single tea bag I expected a little more from the breakfast - the choice of "dishes" was rather small, however it was only 3€. Very, very nice views from hotel room. I can recommend it - average standard for fair, not big price

It is OK for a one night stay, if you are just passing through. The included breakfast is more of a snack than a breakfast. As a caution: the spoken English at the reception is very, very limited and there is no way to pay by card (no POS)

The rooms should be taken care of a little bit more...and definitely changing towels when rooms are booked!!!! Staff didn't cared about our stay... No towel change...no sheets changed...no toilet paper!!!! Beside the restaurant i don't recommend staying here!!!! They take only cash

The place interior is baroque and has a pool table and excellent wine. The service is very nice. And we are very pleased with our visit.

Super nice... the beds are king size and there is a hint of chic and "expensive" everywhere, but the food in the restaurant is really expensive. There is a market nearby and everything is great.

Bought a room with 3 beds. They gave us a room with 2 beds as there were 2 of us. Didn't refund difference nor offer the room paid for.

It was worth for the Money you pay. Do not expect good conditions but since it was a cheap hostel, I didn’t have big expectations. So it was okay. Room was not enough clean, bed mattress was dirty, you can’t open windows as they won’t stop flies to enter room, no air con. But it was a place, easy to find, low prices, people were helpful.

Good price for the rooms that they gave me. I got a clean room with a fine bathroom. Near a large supermarket and bus stations! staff is helpful and kind!

The staff of the hostel is very helpful and friendly, they offered me multiple solutions to go to the city center - the best one is to take bus 260 directly to the city center (20-30 minures). You have a big free parking in front of the hotel and a big supermarket with fair prices within 5 minutes walk. Rooms don't have aircons and in summer is very hot, but you have a fridge. My room was pretty ruined...

This place gives you positive vibes and a calm mood. It feels more private than a grand hotel and the restaurant terrace is just wonderful with it's diffuse light coming all over you during the day. The mountain is waiting for you outside your window and you breath a crystal clear air. It was really peaceful during our stay.

I quite like the Restaurant. It's clean and tidy. The bartender is honest and polite. The meals were acceptable. The only thing is the quality versus quality. You can find this quite questionable. Overall the place worth visiting.

Set in leafy beautiful Boyana, rigth in the quiet centre, a couple of minutes away to the lovely gardens of Unesco designated Boyana church. I have stayed at this place several times when coming to Sofia; it's like coming back to to a family who meet you with all the extras a hotel offers. Unreserved five star!

The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty. But receptionist was really helpful and nice, they take dogs and the bed was OK. Parkin was really good, road to the hotel was horrible. Breakfast was nice.

Extra large room (25sqm) with very strange stripes on floor-which are unsimetric to the room equipment and that make fuzzy feeling. Location is quiet, small parking. Indoor pool and gr8 restaurant.

Excellent location for visiting Sofia and surrounding. Right on the freeway. Clean rooms, better than on the pictures. Extremely good breakfast.
