The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. You can walk up the mountain for sightseeing.

The rooms are well-equipped, the minibar has snacks and drinks, and the shampoo is great! 👍 There's a supermarket nearby.

Special praise for the hotel breakfast. It offers an à la carte menu, and the staff prepares the food to order, instead of a buffet.

I didn't book this hotel, it was booked for me by other people, so I had no options to cancel, I would never book this hotel for myself, due to the fact that it does not have air conditioning, this is very important in the summer in all previous hotels, where I lived during the trip, there were air conditioners, it was a shock to me that there was no air conditioner in Sofia at 30 degrees of heat. And the view from the balcony was terrible! What kind of constructions are these 🤬I didn't want to go out on the balcony at all. In the morning when we were leaving, there was no one at the reception, they didn't even help us with our suitcases, although there was a man working at the reception.

Stayed here for 2 days mid-September 2023. It is a very nice
family owned hotel, there always seems to be a friendly face around. I found the owner very helpful and knowledgeable. My room was very clean and even though I was at the front of the hotel it was very peaceful and quiet. They also have a restaurant nextdoor - Freddo, which has a nice selection of food, reasonably priced,. The hotel is a little outside Sofia. However from Vitosha metro, a few stops from Sofia city centre (and the location of a big shopping mall - Paradise Centre), the no. 64 bus will bring you to within 3 mins walk or so of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Vitosha mountains - the foot of the waterfall circa 10 mins walk away. It is even closer to the famous Bayona church. I would love to stay there again if in the area.

A real gem for a family trip
This hotel is a real gem. Located at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, it offers rooms with magnificent views (our studio was proof of this). The amenities are comfortable, luxurious, and tastefully chosen.
We stayed with an 18-month-old baby, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a children's corner in the hotel, beautiful and suitable for all ages. The restaurant is high-quality, with seasonal produce. The staff is friendly and respectful. I recommend it.

Slow reception, poor service in the restaurant, and poorly soundproofed and neglected rooms.

Gem of a hotel. Just down the street from Boyana Church, with a lovely view of the mountains and plenty of breeze on the balcony. Also a nice cafe and restaurant right downstairs, with a small convenience store next door. The single rooms are small but perfectly clean and comfortable. Owner is kind and helpful and speaks English well. Getting an inexpensive taxi into the city center is easy via the TaxiMe app. Great choice if you want something a bit quieter and with excellent views.
