The hotel was fine and clear. It's awesome that very close to the hotel there is a good, big market.
Also, another important thing: today the young man with curly hair from the recipe protected me from a crazy man while waiting my taxi. Salute to him, i hope they give him a raise. He hold the door of the hotel to can take my stuff easier, the other day the other worker did not do so. Overall a good place if you want some calmness. And i hope that the young man is respected by his coworkers and boss, such a professional.

It was clean but very dated, was meant to have breakfast included however the guy in the restaurant said no service then produced a plate wrapped in clingfilm with a slice of cheese some sort of meat a boiled egg and cucumber then pointed to the coffee machine and said (I think) 17 lev views aren't that great, even though they say are

I would haven given the hotel 5 stars if the coffee was free. The room smelled of clean laundry and the views were super!

Nice and clean rooms, terrible breakfast... It is good for an overnight stay, but do not fall for the breakfast, it was the most disgusting thing we have ever experienced.

i have no complaints at all about HGB. great water pressure in the shower, nice clean and bright WC, big windows with a fantastic view of the city. the staff are great and it’s very easy to get to and from the centre on the bus or the train.

We booked trough booking.com a double room with a child’s crib. Upon viewing the rooms we selected a different one - more spacious. The lady upgraded us with no extra charge. It was very clean, spacious and quiet. The rooms lack fridge, electric kettle and ac, but for the price and the fact you are in the downtown area, I would not complain. It was a pleasant stay.

Good price for a room. Rooms were small and mostly clean. Chairs on the balcony would be nice. Sleepy neighborhood. Nice view on Vitosha mountain. Mineral water spring in the front with very good water. Close to the park in front is a very good bakery with delicious banitsa and the Serbian grill around the corner serves the best Tarator for 1,40leva.

People say it's a little old fashioned but that's good!
Good beds for resting.
Big building with easy parking around.
And the price.. Can't be matched

Be careful, they will charge you but cancel your booking thereafter to save paying commission. Secondly, at the restaurant be careful of a tall man with a chain in his neck and with dirty teeth (sometimes acting as a waiter and sometimes as bartender/manager), he is racist and aggressive.

Stayed here because my dog needed to go to the vetenarian clinic. Which is really close to the hotel. It was a 12 leva surcharge for pets which was very reasonable.
The room was clean. And the staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was totally adequate. Also it was very practical for me that they run a restaurant.
