Consists of two 4-storey buildings.

This is no more than a two star hotel.
90 percent of the dishes had stains and were not very well washed.
The towels in the rooms had holes.
The pool was very dirty. The bottom was full with all kind of dirt, leaves, bugs, etc. Seems like nobody cleans it.
Finally, our whole group saw how a woman who was dressed like a cook, was smoking cigarettes inside the kitchen from which the food was being taken and served! This left us all shocked!
We will never visit this place again!

Nice location near the center, good for a coffee break but not for staying there. Room was dirty.

Blond older receptionist seems to hate her job. Completely rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming. We forgot our passports at a cousin's home in Sofia. She refused to give us our rooms without them,. Afteruch argument, agreed to give one out of two rooms usingy husband's citizen card. Harassed us for our passports even though we already said we would drive back to Sofia to get them when we can. We drove 6 hours from Varna to reach Bankya...we were tired. Receptionist showed no compassion at all.
Both our rooms had no functioning Air conditioner. It was 30° in our bedrooms. Had to sleep with windows open. Windows had no net so mosquitos could enter bedroom. Shower curtain fell duringy shower 3 times.

This is a fantastic place with spacious luxory rooms and bathrooms. Huge comfy bed, nice balcony with table and chairs for the smokers :D , quite big bathtub and additional mirror for make up. It was flawlessly clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and polite - reception, security, room cleaning, waiters, SPA center - everyone is professional, helpful and really knows how to make a guest feel welcome and among friends. The food is the only thing that leaves a bit more to be desired. The hotel is about 10 min walking distance from the city center, it is on a quiet and nice street near a park. A great place to relax and enjoy yourself :)

This is the first time i actually leave a review online, but i really want say a public "thank you" note to Victor from the SPA. His massage therapy is, and i mean it, a splendid and delightful experience with great professionalism and charming personality. And i speak from the name of me and my friends who also enjoyed their massages.
This was definitely my best SPA experience and i have visited a lot of SPA studios and therapists in different places in Europe and a little bit of Asia.
Thank you Vic, we will come again for certain in our next trip to Bulgaria.
The only upset was the sauna, the steam bath and the jacuzzi which are a little bit of dirty and old, maybe the maintenance personnel have to pay more attention to the SPA facilities.
