This a great place for your rest, since they have really wide range of options for saunas, pools, infrared sauna room and etc.
The staff is amazing! Extremely polite and very hasty!
One downside is that some of the saunas were not working which was odd since I going there like every other week, and some of them are not working more than a month.
But overall it is a great place to visit for your relax. 😌

I have booked double bed room and got two single beds. In a request to change to double bed the receptionist claimed that there are not available rooms. In the room on the desk was partially dismantled RJ45 phone outlet with wires. We were 2 guests and only one bathrobe was giving to us! No remote control for the room TV was available! To be fair after requesting the remote control, receptionist brought it to the room. No water, small refrigerator or anything refreshing inside the room. This is 4-star hotel and must have those amenities. The breakfast was fine and that is the most good think in the hotel!
NOT recommended!

I went to use the Spa and the experience was horrible. No one in the Spa reception to give you towels, or key for the lockers. The shower in the pool area was not working, the jacuzzi inside the pool was not working. In the Sauna area half were close, the showers there without cold water and no pressure, same with the one in the changing room barely cold and no pressure, no gel or shampoo, and the hair drier making a scary sound like it was close to break.

I have been all across the US and Europe. Although the hotel looks pretty from the outside, the rooms are filthy! The carpet resembles a cheap motel. Mold, dirt and little cleanliness. The room was still not ready at 7pm, and they did not know how to compensate people. Will NEVER stay here again.

First time at Sophia and this is our hotel. Managed to get an awesome deal on a huge room with a great view and spa treatments included. All the sunas are working pretty great, the massage cost extra, but I didn't get the chance to try it. The only minus is that the gym and hot tub was under renovations. Recommend this hotel to everyone

Extra large room (25sqm) with very strange stripes on floor-which are unsimetric to the room equipment and that make fuzzy feeling. Location is quiet, small parking. Indoor pool and gr8 restaurant.

Worst service I’ve ever received, called for the SPA zone today, the man at front desk said it will be ready in 1 hr, an hour and a half later when I was there he lied to me that it’s not been used for a while so it will take additional time, guess what - he forgot to turn it on, it was cold and he already charged my card… then I wanted to go to another place and he never returned my credit back stating it’s my problem. Very rude! People - do not go there for SPA and wellness. Totally disappointed. Hope the owners will replace this guy at reception…

The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty. But receptionist was really helpful and nice, they take dogs and the bed was OK. Parkin was really good, road to the hotel was horrible. Breakfast was nice.
