3 star hotels in Albena

The hotel is ok close to the sea, but they allow pets on the beach and rooms and restaurant, some are barking hysterical, it's annoying when trying to relax on the beach.

It’s sad because this hotel has top locationon the beach, but TOTALLY morally old.The rooms are clean and the staff is ok.The food is ok: not great, not terrible. There is a huge problem: if you want to sit on the sunbed and umbrella on the beach (included in the price), you have to fight with the romanians…

Hotel kept clean and very good service considering end of summer season. Food was fresh but low selection food was served through lunch and dinner, not varied at all .

The hotel was great, the hotel was clean, organised and there was a wide range tasty food with a live grill every morning and dinner where they made pancakes for breakfast and roasted vegetables + meat for dinner. Staff were every kind and all were there to help. Only small problem was a bad smell in the stairs and a slight smell in the bathroom. All in all, great hotel in a good place near the beach

Everything was wonderful, beginning with the food, location, the beach, etc. Housekeeping is dilligent ensuring rooms remain spotless throughout the stay.

Cleanliness: Excellent and high standard everywhere. There were cleaning staff constantly cleaning and tidying up after people. We really felt sorry for the staff – people would just get up and leave their plates/food/drinks on the table without a care in the world. It was my 6th year here in Mura. I just love it. I love the beach in Albena, especially in Mura where you can go out of the hotel and you are there. This year the rooms were renovated and they were great. There are big bed and TV, that I never turned on, because we were always at the beach. I stayed in this hotel June 2024.The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around.Food a bit boring,not big choice.The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too. The biggest problem was dirty rooms AND ACTUALLY NO CLEANER FOR WHOLE WEEK.I had a big fight with the reception and they said they dont have cleaners to clean rooms.That spoilt my holiday...

We were fortunate to have been guests here! We went all inclusive and had a great time. The accommodation was clean with all mod cons, food was delicious, beach front bar, geat entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, reasonably priced and fantastic WIFI

There is not much to do here but the beach is beautiful and most of the staff were friendly. They make the alcohol really strong. 3 nights there, and I'm on the wagon. I really enjoyed the animation team Geri and Tillya they were smiley and friendly and had a really fun mini disco and night shows

I really want to highlight the great animation. Tillya and Gery - whoever employs these entertainers at their hotel has already won. Always friendly, always nice, a big variety of games like archery, cocktail game, cup tournament and more! Their night shows are not to be missed as well with programs for kids and adults!

Middle class hotel with middle class staff. The barmans at the Lobby bar are rude and not professional at all. The pool isn't clean and safe and the food is below average. The staff is prioritising foreign tourist and not Bulgarians.

Amazing definitely go again next year

Honestly a great hotel. There are TONS of stuff to do in general. Tennis areas, shops, markets, horse riding, even a night disco (some nights). Food is pretty good and the beach is nice and clean.

The location is perfect — if you want the beach, you have the beach; if you want the pool, you have the pool. The food was tasty and had enough variety to suit my taste. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to ask them for assistance several times — from helping with our room to even providing us with medicine — and they always did their best. However, sometimes they seemed a bit uninformed...

The animation is really amazing, like outstanding and kudos to the only animator there, that young and cheerful girl named Tillya, really a humble and a hardworking one! Everything was good and service was great. We had a nice stay in a big room. The beach is perfect and the restaurants amazing. I absolutely adored the style. Perfect pool activities and shows made by animation team with smile. Wish to go again soon.

The hotel is a bit old. It wasn't not cleaned well and the rooms weren't renovated. The restaurant was very stuffy and not pleasant to eat. The food was not very nice and the same. The receptionists were very polite. The animation was unique. Many thanks to the animators and for their hard work to make us happy. Every day we had different games and fun experiences. Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions...

The hotel is right next to beach, and the view from the room was a killer. The stuff is nice and friendly, if you need something you can always go at the reception and ask. The hotel is clean, it's location is spot on, close to everything in Albena. All in all, great value for the money.

Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side. Next morning we had a chat with manager and we got a seaview! Exellent service! Breakfast on the other hotel is no problem, 20m.

Room was a large family room lots of storage space lovely and clean tv air conditioning and a fridge. A spacious balcony . Pool area was well kept. Hotel is on the beach with parasol and two beds included in with the room

Amazing place - nice staff and clean rooms. The sea view is stunning in the morning at sunrise. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel. I'm glad we stayed here, we had an amazing holiday!
